Chapman has always, always been great to us. Whether I call on the coldest day of the year and need a furnace installed the next day or a simple maintenance service call they go above and beyond every time.

They are reasonably priced and very efficient. We had a small issue with the toilet and he told me what it would take to fix it. Told me company would charge me a certain amount but I could fix it myself for a lot less.

Fast service did a great job at a mainline clog they were in and out in 10 minutes. Didn't try to sell me on anything but told me about other services they offered.

We needed a new water heater due to ours leaking. They were the best price of the 3 plumbers we called and could get to our house the same day! We were super pleased!!! The service man was pleasant and very helpful! I will call them again!

Came out to look at house and never called back with estimate.

First, the work was completed in a timely fashion.  

The problem I have is from the up-sale of the maintenance plan.  Which prevented me from using my free service visit coupon a $89 savings.  Instead I got 20 % off which amounted to $40 savings.   Does not leave a good feeling knowing the maintenance contract cost me more than not having one.  First time customer by the way.  

Now we are canceling the maintenance plan over refusal of honoring coupon.  We would of kept the plan so this makes a bad business decision not to mention customer service on Summers end.

So I got in to a service plan with summers $11.99 they told me it was for one year and I get 3 services air,heating and water heater.
It started in November 16  2017 last payment should have been October 16
Had a appointment Oct 12,2018.
I emailed them Oct 8,2018 and told them I wanted to cancel that my last payment should come out in Oct 16 2018
Now they did not come out on the Oct 12 they said because I canceled my contract they where going to charge me 59.99
Even though I paid for the month.
So I cant wait to see if they charge me Oct 16 I'm sure there's a 30 day cancellation
Never again will I use these people
