Best Thermostat Repair in Houston TX

Can't complain too much with my experience. They were prompt to respond, informative. Professional. And had my issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Was a little more than I wanted to spend because I had to buy a part and it required two separate service appointments. Wish the price was a tad cheaper-- having moved from out of state I notice a lot of services like this tend to overcharge. But overall wasn't too bad of an experience and would probably use them again in the future if needed.

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

I had a leak on an external water faucet that connected from the city to the riser pipe.  In order to save the estimate trip, I sent emails with pictures and detailed description of what I needed to be done to four different plumbing companies.  Katy was the most responsive with the best price.  Mark and his partner showed up on time and got the job done with an hour or so.  They then wrapped the pipe giving the final finish to the job. Their pricing was competitive, they communicated well, and delivered a good service. I would use them again.

Abacus has rescheduled on me twice for maintenance to my AC units. Before each appointment, I received a booking confirmation, however, on the day of my appointment (which I had to stay home from work to take care of), they called me stating that other customers are having emergencies. They now claim they can't see me until June. Upon my first reschedule, I was assured by the individual making my appointment that I would not be rescheduled and I would be seen early on my appointment date - I should have known it was a lie. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers and I will not be using them in the future.

Our A.C. was not cooling as well as it used to so we called VP right away.
Mr Pablo showed up at the appointment time. He was very polite. He put his boot covers and went right to work. He spent some time in the attic, and changed the filter. It turns out the coil had frozen and was not allowing cool air to get by.
He was in and out in 45 minutes and everything is working great!
We are very happy with their service. This is the 2nd time we call Village Plumbing and we will continue to use their services.

We love Weeks. My 84 year old mother was without air. I called this morning and they sent someone out within one hour. She had a panel replaced and unit was up and running within an hour! Thank you!
