Shawn was very responsive on the phone and talked through my options to fix or replace a tankless water heater. Ultimately we got a brand new unit installed the very next morning after making a decision on what we wanted to do. Installed by Landin in under 2 hours and works great. First of all I hate that I even have to give a star. This company should have no stars!!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I called them to come to my house to fix and replace some shower faucets and fixtures. The plumber comes out, gives us a quote, and says he has to get parts and will be back next week. Never came back, never called. We had to chase them down. When he did finally come back two weeks later he broke my shower pipes and left saying her needed to come back next week with the right parts. Wait... didn't you already leave us hanging for weeks to get parts and now you don't have parts. He left us with a shower that we couldn't use at all and said it'll be a week before he could come back! What???

We ended up calling Emergency Plumbing and Solar. They came out within 15 minutes and fixed our shower in two hours. They were AWESOME and HONEST.
