I had used Pipe Masters before with outstanding results, but for my next job, installing a new toilet and possibly clearing a blocked pipe I called Pipe Masters and 2 other companies for quotes. As expected, Pipe Masters returned my call and provided me with an estimate within a couple of hours. The other company called me back, only to inform me that someone else would be calling me to provide an estimate, no one ever did. The third company didn't bother to call me back at all.

Pipe Masters estimate was very reasonable and scheduling was a breeze. Their technicians were super nice and professional. They wore booties to cover their shoes and masks on while working. They installed my toilet and tested the line, cleaned everything up and I'm super happy!  Easy breezy!  Thank you Pipe Masters. I will be using you for all my plumbing needs.

I called many plumbers about my electric on demand water heater needing replacement and service valves installed as the old one was not installed correctly. I had THREE plumbers come and stare--and do nothing. All after telling me they were familiar with electric on demand heaters. These guys (Price) were reasonable by the hour as well as all FIVE star reviews so I thought they'd be great. Though nice, the person sent told me he was not actually the company I called--that he had his own company and was helping out...? Huh??? He had not a clue what to do. I spoke with the person in charge and he knew what I needed but this guy did not, so Huh? I emailed...they said they'd look into it. I ordered the valves myself as they didn't seem to know...I sent info. No reply. I called, No reply. Nuff said.
Strike THREE. I'd give one star but at least someone showed up, and when he didn't know what to do did not charge me. Sorry!

Alpha Omega Plumbing always does a great job! I've used them on 3 separate occasions and they are courteous and efficient. I will use them again if I need a professional plumber!
