Once again, my urgent call to this business was for a broken water heater in garage storage at our Kailua rental. Plumbers and staff are quick to respond and resolve problem to the satisfaction of the renter and us while other plumbers contacted by the property manager do not respond as quickly.
We've used them at our residence in the past as well with the greatest satisfaction. All dedicated workers and staff and hard working and dedicated. Knowing how messy, unclean plumbing can be, it's a blessing to have them there in times of need.  Mahalo Jeff and staff.

The team was great! They came in quickly and set up to help with water damage due to a water heater leak. They were able to identify the trouble areas and immediately got to work on drying them up to prevent any further damage. Everything was explained  in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. Super friendly and helpful. They even dealt with the insurance company for me! Less stress for me to handle during an already stressful situation. The leak is fixed and everything is good to go. I would definitely reccomend them and I'll be using them again in the future. Ask for Tim, he was great!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.  Scheduled with Joe for Wednesday, 20 June, but no one showed up.  Called and spoke to Wayne and apparently we were not on any schedule.  Took a whole day off from work for this too.  Very unprofessional.  Even our estimate was done by hand on paper and apparently not input into a computer, but they still managed to charge $100 for the estimate done a couple of months ago, so something must have been on computer.  Anyway, already scheduled with another plumber so will not be utilizing this company ever again.
