I just needed a simple rewiring of a 220v outlet to 120v. Well, not quite so simple, considering the washer/dryer in front of the outlet had to be moved out of the closet first.

Alex looked at the outlet (behind the washer) and gave me a quote within minutes. Since his company did work in the building before, I didn't have to go through the hassle of submitting the license and insurance required by building management. Alex and his team completed the work within an hour the same week, at a reasonable price (neither the highest or the lowest).

I'm happy to discontinue using an extension cord for the washer/dryer unit.

Called them in the late afternoon to check out our water fountain. Spoke with Sarah and she informed me of their plumbers availability. no one was not available ASAP but she said they can be there in half an hour. I told her no rush as I was about to leave  for the day, she then said they can have someone out there first thing in the morning.. NEXT DAY- Wow! the plumber was there before I got there and when I checked my messages on the phone, Sarah had left me a few letting me know what was happening . Now that is Customer Service. Anyhow they assessed problem then fixed the problem in a snap. Excellent, kind and knowledgeable staff. We would always use them for future plumbing problems. Mahalo

Wonderful company to deal with and I'm in California. Initial estimate for termite damage treatment and repair along with cabinet replacement had greater detail of required work. They offered more services at a lower cost than any of their competition. Thousands less after I asked for additional items to be added to the contract. They were fast, efficient, thoughtful, considerate, and respectful. They kept me informed with email and attached pictures of their progress as they worked with subcontractors and permits along with my housing association to get the job completed correctly in the least amount of time. Everything was done honestly and open. No hidden agenda or surprises. Wish I was as successful dealing with contractors in California. While this review sounds like I'm in the family, this was my first time working with them but you can bet all my future contract work in Hawaii will be done by them.

So our shower head was leaking and leaking quite a bit, called leaks r us and got an appt by the next morning. Tim came out and did a great job. Not only professional but friendly and explained everything. I'll definitely use this business again!

lol, I had actually got a bid from these guys because I too can see Diamond head from my home. I see the van from a distance as it comes into my neighborhood and the driver was smoking but of course he puts it out before he comes down my street.

I had an emergency situation where my bathtub was leaking on the second floor and so he had to break through the first floor ceiling. I understand that things are going to get messy a bit but he was totally careless about my interior furnishings and made unnecessary stains on my carpet and walls.

Not very personable and careless attitude gives you a low rating, coupled with the fact that I paid big bucks for his service makes me frustrated just thinking about it.
