William, from William's Services, was prompt to respond to my request for help. Within 24 hours after contacting William, he scheduled a next day appointment to help with a TV removal/installation/mounting project. William completed the job with both great skill and care, all for a very reasonable price.  Not living in Honolulu year round makes it difficult to find an honest, reliable and competent handyman.  I'm extremely fortunate to have found  William and will most definitely hire him again for future projects.  I highly recommend William's Services for any household or business projects requiring a handyman! I really love the business philosophy & mission statement of Handy Andy & how they support our vets with jobs so that's why I'm not giving them a one star rating. However, when I called to schedule a repair for a toilet, I was told that I would be receiving an call back shortly. I never received a phone call. I waited for a couple hours, then about 2 days to hear back (I really wanted to support our vets!). There's only one toilet in my apartment & I was forced to stay at my parents house or drive to a nearby public restroom for the days I waited for a call. Eventually I just had to go with another business.

Idea of this business is cool & the other reviews look great, but maybe the phone operator just needs more training.
