Best Appliance Repair in Honolulu HI

My water heater started leaking and flooded my garage. I panicked and called several plumbing companies and none of them were able or willing to help me like Real Deal Plumbing Services. Jay answered right away and even adjusted his busy schedule to accommodate my emergency. He explained to me how to shut off the supply valve and also how to shut off the power to the heater. Jay showed up with a new heater and quickly replaced it. After the installation was complete, he stayed until everything was up to temperature and functioning properly. I most definitely recommend utilizing his services. Jay's prices are competitive and this is the only plumbing company I would recommend in all of Hawai'i. He definitely lives up to the name of his company Real Deal. Jay is very experienced and knowledgeable in the plumbing industry. So grateful for Jay being there when I so desperately needed it!

So, it seems like Joe was the go to guy for this company a lot, since so many other reviews on here has him as their handyman. I can only say his reputation is warrented.

I don't write reviews immediately upon work in case of a company in case of a surface job, so these events happened a few weeks ago. My house needed a fix on our door, it's hinges were warped, and the jam was damaged pretty heavily, when Joe came out here we asked him if he was able to redo the door, while he said he could, he mentioned some alternatives to us that would save some costs, and those were acceptable, the alternatives showed his expertise in the area, it was essentially replacing the portion of the jam, and redoing the hinges. The work after holds up very well, the paint over it was very well done, and I cannot see a seam at all, the hinges work great now, and the worse thing about the door is the door itself with it showing some age as it was here for a few years already. When he was doing his job, he didn't dally, and was focused.

In other words for Joe at least from this company, his work ethic and words are trustworthy, and that to me is worth a lot.

William, from William's Services, was prompt to respond to my request for help. Within 24 hours after contacting William, he scheduled a next day appointment to help with a TV removal/installation/mounting project. William completed the job with both great skill and care, all for a very reasonable price.  Not living in Honolulu year round makes it difficult to find an honest, reliable and competent handyman.  I'm extremely fortunate to have found  William and will most definitely hire him again for future projects.  I highly recommend William's Services for any household or business projects requiring a handyman! Thank you William!

I wanted to replace 2 light fixtures in my kitchen (fluorescent to LED) and searched on Yelp.for recommended electricians.  5 responded.  1 was out of town, 1 was a handyman, and 2 electricians gave estimates.  My conso requires a licensed electrician so the handyman wqs out.  Of the 2 electricians, Lin construction was very responsive in the dialog and able to accomodate me the same day.  I did not have the LED fixture and their electrician went and bought it before coming.  They were not the cheapest but did good work and was very personable.  Installed, cleaned up and was on his way in 2 hours.  Highly recommend Lin Construction.  They do plumbing, renos and other thins as they are a licensed contractor.

I called up Frank for a difficult screen job that I couldn't complete myself. The screens that I needed repaired were custom sized and I thought that this job was going to cost me a ton of money. Thankfully I called up Frank first! He built my new screens for an affordable rate and completed the job in no time at all. It was really easy to communicate with Frank during all steps of this job and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I definitely recommend calling Frank up first for your home repair needs. Excellent customer service and all around a very positive experience. My windows have never looked better!

They did some work awhile back for me...replaced both wall a/c units. The new units are cheaper to run and work great!

This business is terrible I can't believe they have this many stars!!! I have a business and had minor work to be done that included removal of carpeting and dry wall patch they already charge more then i was expecting well my philosophy is you get what you pay for... not with this company they came in told me it would be done within a day after running into some obstacles which happens they told me they would be done in a few more days. That turned into two weeks with no communication from them no one showing up and the work is still not done and I refused to have them finish and I have yet heard back from management. My customers are assuming that I'm closing from the look of it and no one is taking care or responsibility if this situation!!! Shame on you folks
