Best Door Repair in Atlanta GA

They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

Emerson and Gabrielle are awesome. Hired them to construct a pergola for us, along with a few other repairs on the exterior of our house.  Super reliable, responsive, hard working and did exceptional work. It's been really tough finding reliable and reasonable contractors these days.  Emerson is a hard worker to boot.  So glad we called them!

responded almost immediately to my Yelp request. Literally was at my house within 30 minutes doing an estimate. Showed up on Sunday as promised and worked incredibly quickly and inexpensively. 100% recommend 10 out of 10.
Educated me on maintenance

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Palette Plumbing was among one of the quickest responding companies to get back to me about a clogged toilet. They were out of appointments that day but still managed to squeeze me in which I was very appreciative of. We were given a very reasonable quote for the issue and scheduled an appoint for the next day. I was highly impressed with the professionalism of our technician along with how personable he was. We would have gotten the work done but our landlord came by and fixed the issue himself.

Our technician even texted us a few days later just to make sure our toilet was still running and in good condition. We really appreciated the genuine care and follow up.

Krisako Construction did an awesome job.  Richard and staff were professional. They listened to what i wanted done. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards.  I will definitely use them again.

Well, this was disappointing. Contacted by message on this site a month ago. I explained that our front doors were no longer lined up/square and needed to be realigned. He just responded with doors warp over time. I replied back telling him that I'm well aware of how doors warp but that's not the problem and I asked if he could come out and just take a look at them. No response.

Very unprofessional and uncool.

Mario was able to come out the same day I called. He provided an estimate over the phone after I sent a few pictures. Once he was here, he was very pleasant and professional. He was able to reinstall and repair my shower drain within an hour and his price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend Mario's Home Improvement!

I waited for over 1 month for my service appointment. At the last minute it was canceled.  I contacted Cool Ray and was told my appointment was canceled because other people was without A/C. I guess my appointment that I scheduled over a month prior was not important.  I rescheduled for 2 weeks later and got the same response.  No one showed up for the service appointment. I don't know how you guys stay in business. You have people make appointments and you don't show. VERY disappointing Cool Ray. As I'm watching your commercial on TV about customer service, you should NEVER run that commercial again.
