Best Thermostat Repair in Atlanta GA

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Rohan was a life saver. Our HVAC stopped cooling one fine day making our upstairs very hot (perfect timing). Home warranty was an option but you know you always get scheduled with the worst of the worst, and they couldn't schedule me in for a few days..

I checked up some reviews on Yelp and HVAC Guys showed up as the only 5 star reviewed provider. Curious I checked other platforms and all had glowing reviews, so I messaged the business on Yelp, and got a response almost immediately.

It took me a bit to respond to him, given the chaotic household on a Saturday evening but I was made aware that there is an emergency service fee and the repair charges to fix! Rohan was on his way around 7pm!

Rohan has a good demeanor and very personable. He got to work immediately and diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Within 20 mins I had my HVAC working again. He gave him quite a few pieces of relevant information about my HVAC and even cleaned the coils outside to make sure everything was tip top!

The total charge was reasonable - please don't compare these with DIY costs as HVACs need some level of knowledge and expertise. They accept all forms of payment but Venmo/Zelle make it super easy to pay for the services.

Highly recommended. They also offer maintenance, which is top on my list prior to me turning my heat on.

Robert takes the time to do the job right. He explains everything in terms I can understand. I'm always given several options and never feel like I am being up sold.
I am so impressed with the level of customer service from this company....from start to finish. Every single person I ever deal with through out their process seems to love their job. That makes me feel confident in their work.

They are either all related and have a tight knit family or they have some great team building leadership. What ever their secret is, they have a great work culture and it shows.

I have had a very disappointing experience with Casteel. Let me be clear, the HVAC techs are topnotch. However, their dispatch is a disaster (no one appears to input clear notes in the files and I literally got 4 different answers during one phone call this week and one time they cancelled a service appointment for no reason) and there are 4 managers that are aware of this issue and none of them have called me to address the interior repairs necessitated by their HVAC and duct installation. The managers that are aware include the warranty manager, the installation manager, the customer service manager and the general manager. If you are only looking for exceptional techs, this is the place for you. If you are looking for exceptional techs and customer contact when issues arise, you may want to look elsewhere.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night, so I called and scheduled them to come out.  They gave me an appointment time of Saturday between 8 am and 4 pm.  That sucks, but whatever.  I called at 10 am to confirm everything and they told me that they had no record of my appointment being scheduled.  When asked when the next available service time was, they told me later this week, or maybe next week.  I called Estes Heating and Air instead and they had the problem solved literally 2 hours later.
