He could have charged me 350.00 for the inspection, but he told me I didn't have a leak that it was just my sprinkler system.  I appreciated that.  He checks all around, then adjusted the controls.  He was here before I arrived home.  He was early.  He took his time to diagnose.

They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

responded almost immediately to my Yelp request. Literally was at my house within 30 minutes doing an estimate. Showed up on Sunday as promised and worked incredibly quickly and inexpensively. 100% recommend 10 out of 10.
Educated me on maintenance

Used his services for general repairs which was good. But was quoted one price for interior painting, then was given a ridiculous price over his previous quoted price. He had already seen the space so the price shouldn't have went up. So disappointing.

Very prompt, fast & professional..my service was done within two days..I called them at 9 in the morning to get a consultation & he came out that same day & assesses the situation told me what the issue was & the cost & the very next day it was done!!...& they didn't leave a big mess!! I will definitely recommend & continue to use them in the future!!

I contacted Dan weeks in advance and sent him pictures of the job I needed done in my house. He responded by saying that he could do that kind of work and from all the info he was giving me, I assumed he could get the job done. I reminded him it was really important for me to get it done on the days we agreed because of deadlines. So I didn't bother contacting anyone else.

He arrives and takes a look and starts making excuses about how he doesn't have his tools, is not willing to go rent any, etc. I take a minute to talk to another worker who was renovating my house, and Dan disappears. He texts me and says he can't do the job. Who does that? He didn't have enough courtesy or professionalism to tell me in person that he couldn't do the job.

I call him asking him why he disappeared, and he makes excuse after excuse as to why he feels pressured, doesn't feel comfortable, doesn't have the right tools, doesn't want to have me rent him any, etc etc. I get it if you're not competent to do a certain job and figure that out by doing an onsite inspection. But don't give people the impression weeks before an important deadline, that you can do the job, only to leave them hanging. Not to mention just disappearing without saying anything in person. That's tacky and poor customer service.

Moral of the story, call someone else for your fixing needs.

First off I would like to thank Casteel For sending Jose Cano, he was very professional and gave upfront prices on how much it would cost to fix the faucet from leaking. Corrected the problem with no problem or adjustments of the price I'm extremely happy with the work performed. Would definitely recommend Casteel

Their plumber came on Monday, and needed to replace our recirculator pump and plumb the line into the bottom of our hot water heater. He was nice, quick and professional. My complaint is not about him.

Rather, it is the degree to which they overcharged me for the pump. I looked it up online: the pump they charged me over $1,100 for sells for $300! Even allowing an hour for labor (I don't think it even took that long), that means they STILL charged me over 3x what the pump costs. I realize they need to mark things up a bit to make a profit, but that is truly ridiculous.

I will never use this company for any future services, and after the HVAC maintenance contract I just renewed runs out, I will be cancelling that too.
