Needed vinyl shutter repair for our home and this business was perfect! Quick response time to inquiry and quote quickly provided. Showed up on time and work completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this business for anyone who needs repairs around the house that may be beyond the homeowner's skillset!

Angel responded quickly to my message and came right out. One toilet was randomly running and the other was making a very loud and strange noise. He identified the issue, went out and purchased the necessary parts, and repaired both toilets. He noticed one toilet was a little loose and rocking. He repaired that as well. It was a job done swiftly and efficiently! Give him a call for your plumbing needs!

I hired Terry to replace the hardware in one of our toilets. I found Terry to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. His prices are reasonable, and he was able to get the work done quickly even though the request was made right before Christmas. I will definitely hire Terry again in the future for home maintenance issues.

Talk about lifesavers, One of many people to get hit by the freeze Jan 2014 in Atlanta, came home to find an inch of water covering my downstairs. Got the water shut off. Shop vacuumed about 150 gallons of water, started trying to find a plumber, unfortunately everyone we called was booked for a week. We were looking at a week with no water. Started trying again going down the BBB listings, got to one company who also was booked for a week, they recommended Millwood Plumbing. Contacted them spoke to Gary (nice guy), said he would have a crew in route in 30 minutes, the crew ran into another broken pipe call where they working at the time, Gary notified me it would be an hour, sure enough they were at my door step within an hour, techs identified and repaired the broken pipe within the hour. Wish I had gotten their names, great techs, curious, showed us the pipe went only to a spicket, were its cutoff was separate from the water heater. How to avoid the problem again. These guys are BBB A+ rating, positive reviews, many awards. There price was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will use them in all future plumbing requirements

I was searching for a plumber originally, because water was leaking out of the handle of my toilet's tank. Well, due to the last so-called plumber I paid $95 to, to only rip me off and fix nothing at all, I was really weary of any company who had five star reviews.
When I see a 5-star review now, I have to wonder, were those 5 starts bought, or were they given by actual happy customers who were pleased with the service they received? (as in this 5-star company that I had the grave misfortune of choosing):

As you know, the Superior court ruled in Yelp's favor, just last month, to let Yelp manipulate ratings based on whether a business pays them or not. Check this out, kids: sfgate.com/news/article/…
I hoped I wasn't picking another scam company again! I looked at probably 20 companies on here, plumbers and handymen and took the chance on him.
He's a sweetheart, friendly, easy to talk to, knows what he's doing, and he'll return your calls and even come back if he needs to, to make sure you're happy. In fact, he returned 3 times for this problem with my toilet.
1st time, he thought maybe it was the handle, so I purchased a new handle - he waited 20 minutes for me to return with it. He installed that, but said it was more complicated than others he'd seen, so it took him awhile to install it. His service call was $55, but I gave him $60 since he didn't have change and since it was more complicated than others. It was the only porcelain/metal one they had and I didn't want another plastic one that turns that gross yellow color over time.
But the next day, my floor was flooded with water again. I told him I thought it was because the water was filling too high up then reaching the handle and leaking out, so prior to his arrival, I'd purchased a new toilet fill valve, thinking that needed to be replaced because maybe it was defective, but he said it seemed to still be good and wouldn't need to be replaced, but that he noticed the hose was leaking a little and maybe that should be replaced. He said it shouldn't leak out of the handle anyway, since it was brand new, but still it was anyway.
So, he came back and adjusted the toilet fill valve to make sure the water was staying below the handle and said I could return the toilet fill valve but that if I wanted the hose replaced, I could go get that instead. So, again he waited for me, even though he did offer to go himself. I just prefer to go so I can pick out exactly the type of thing I want, incase there's a choice and I'm not great at giving directions, so I figured too, better I just go and quicker. So I returned with the hose and he installed that. I asked him if I owed him more $ and he said whatever I thought was fair, so I gave him $20 and he seemed ok with that.
7 hours later, my floor was flooded again! So, I left him a voicemail in the early evening and then hadn't yet heard back the next day, so I called the next day and left another voicemail, then he did call me back that evening and set up a time to meet with me on Saturday. Last night, I'd already figured on my own that the problem HAS to be the toilet fill valve because I think it just starts running on its own and then filling water above where it's set to stop, so last night, I just went ahead and re-purchased what I'd previously returned and figured I'd just ask him to install that.
He told me he'd come back on Saturday even though he doesn't work on Saturday, and he did - even 20 minutes early too. He was always on time or if he wasn't sure what time, he'd give me a close estimate.
So, the moral of this story is, I got lucky to pick a legitimate honest handyman who truly earned his five-star ratings.

WTH Happened??? They serviced my condo a little over a year ago with great customer care so I call back this year for annual checkup befor the Atlanta Death Heat arrives. Made the appointment online for late March a few weeks in advance but I didn't get a confirmation. So I follow-up with another email and still nothing. Well the day I wanted them to come I was off and since I never got a confirmation, I headed out to support the local economy w/ a variety of retail rescue operations. While out, I get a phone call saying a service person is at my gate and can't get in. So I call them back and explain that I aint there cuz no one confirmed anyone was coming. Lady over the phone said she responded to my email (when I get home to check inbox and my spam folder there was no response from them). OK, shyyyt happens so I let the lady know that I will just call back and reschedule.
Once again, I go online but this time in the notes section, I explain what happened previously and asked for a pone call toconfirm that someone would be at my condo at the time and date requested. So I get a call from JC...yay service is back! We confirmed an appointment. So the day arrives and I'm at home from 1:30 - 6pm (appointment time was from 2-6pm) and guest what....STOOD UP AGAIN!!!! I even called around 3pm and asked if it was looking like any minute now or closer to 6 in case I needed to step out for a minute. Gave the lady my address and she said that they will call 30-45 minutes before they arrive. Well I didn't need to go anywhere but my phone never rang so at 6:10 pm I headed out.
Now I believe Bob Casteel when he says he plans on taking amazing care of me on his voice message when you call the business. However, apparently the rest of his team didn't get the memo or they did and it only applies to Bob cuz the rest of these boneheads are doing the complete opposite. They were so wonderful last year. Is Bob still with us or is he on vacay?? I dunno but I do know that this place is going to hell in a handbasket.

I rent my house and the landlords live in another state (which can be difficult when house repairs are needed). RS Andrews makes the communication/scheduling/payments/repairs super easy for everyone. I had a shower leak, causing some minor flooding in the basement (frustrating!!) RS Andrews came out and their technician was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. No muss, no fuss. Simply explained the problem to me to where I could relay the info back to my landlords; made sure everything was 100% before he finished. I have never had a plumbing issue before (I thought it was going to be a nightmare!) RS Andrews made the repair faster and easier than I could have ever hoped for. Thank You!!
