I've used still water plumbing for the last 2 years on numerous jobs and he has alway done an excellent job .  I would highly recommend Joe  at still water plumbing.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I am forced to try and work with them because of my home warranty.  Waited around the first day from 8:30-1 and they never showed. I called and was rescheduled for 8:30-5 the following week (after waiting a week for my appointment). At 3:30pm after waiting all day they called and said no one was available to come and they needed to reschedule me (again). I stayed that was just unacceptable and was told they would pull someone off another job and he would be on his way. They never showed up. Called the next day and was told I would be called back within 30 minutes to be put on the schedule and no one ever called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  The worst part is now I have a second issue and guess who my home warranty scheduled?!

Watch out for this company, they are a crook will charge you for coming out and not wanting to do the job, tech came out 3 hrs late and first thing told me was he did not have tool to take out cartridge in shower, please you are a plumber, he just didn't want to work late,. Then owner Richard had me call him, got mad because I put in bad review, threaten me. For writing review on BBB. Owner should take care of problem not threaten customers BEWARE. Better companies out there use at own risk. This was my first time using this company, I picked them because of good reviews, must have people he knows writing them up.

If your looking for a good plumber look no further. If you want a honest one keep looking

hes not a very honest person.  it's a shame

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.
