I was very pleased with Mr Rooter and their staff. Not only did a real person answer the phone but she was able to send someone out to my home that same day. Once the plumber arrived he was very friendly and understood my concerns. HE told me the price to fix the leak in my shower before he did anything. Love the fact that there were no hidden fees for trip charges. The work was completed in one day and when he left there was no mess for me to clean up. I will use MR. Rooter again.

I am very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the two technicians, Justin & Ryan, that PF Plumbing sent to replace my garbage disposal and fix some problems that I had in both bathrooms.  They were both very knowledgeable.  I highly recommend PF Pluming.

I didn't have an emergency but I got a service call the next day. My kitchen sink was draining slowly and it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. He stayed on the job till he was satisfied the problem was solved. He was very respectful of my home   I am a very happy repeat customer!

I'm telling you if you're in the Lexington area this is the company to call get good quick results for your plumbing needs. They don't mind residential jobs of new clients. So many of the plumbing companies around Lexington only want to come to you if they have been to your house before. Which I think is totally ludicrous because who knows when you need plumbing needs. This is the best plumbing company for your hard-earned dollar around. They don't give you smoke and mirrors like other plumbing companies do. They simply fix your plumbing needs in a high-quality but try to save you money along the way if possible. They don't try to blow you out of the water each time they come by with over-inflated fees. I don't think you will find a better company for your plumbing Solutions. They sent out Mike and Braxton this time. Mike was very knowledgeable and training Braxton at the time who was also a pleasant young man. But I got to give my kudos to Mike he was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Solve my problem in a very timely manner. Once again I have to give this company five stars for being on the ball. In the Lexington area this is about the best bang for the buck in plumbing you're going to find. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years honorable service to our nation. Advanced Appliance was chosen by our home warranty company to provide repairs to one of our heat pumps that wasn't cooling our upstairs.  Their first visit out was the beginning of May and here we are going into August, and our heat pump is STILL not working.  They've replaced the condenser coil (then had to come back out and fix it because their technician cut corners).  They've cancelled 2 of our scheduled appointments back-to-back for a technician to read the dye they injected last time, and this is the 2nd time this summer they've had to inject our system with dye.  Every guy that comes out swears he's fixed it; then a couple days later our upstairs temp is back up in the high 80s/low 90s.  This company does not understand that we have jobs, too, so every time they miss their 5-hr. window, I miss an entire day of work.  They're not reliable, and I can't honestly say I think they know what they're doing.

If your looking for a good plumber look no further. If you want a honest one keep looking

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.

Very unprofessional !! Lack of customer service ! I got an appointment for 2pm-6pm on one day . At 4pm of the the of the appointment , I got a call stating the plumber can not come out to do the job at my house .I was rescheduled for the very next day for 2pm-6pm .AGAIN I got a call at 5pm of the day I was rescheduled for informing me the plumber can not come out do get the job done .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
