Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Greensboro NC

Was glad we called Bohannon Plumbing as we were not put off like we were by two previous plumbers. Set an appointment in less than a week for a non emergency and followed through with the work. Got the work done in a timely manner and was very professional as was Cody who worked with him. Wish I had found them two years ago. Would highly recommended.  His wife always answered the phone and did a great job scheduling. Working with contractors the past two years have been a nightmare but not this time. Thanks!!!!!

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

I was very pleased with Mr Rooter and their staff. Not only did a real person answer the phone but she was able to send someone out to my home that same day. Once the plumber arrived he was very friendly and understood my concerns. HE told me the price to fix the leak in my shower before he did anything. Love the fact that there were no hidden fees for trip charges. The work was completed in one day and when he left there was no mess for me to clean up. I will use MR. Rooter again.

At first I was pleased with the installation of my water heater until the supervisor came out and found a few things that the installer failed to do properly. After several re-schedules he finally came and did a few things and said that was it.  Afterwards the city inspector came out to give his OK and he found several things wrong and needed attention.  Again PF Plumbing installer needed to come back and address the issues he found.  I was given the wrong date (which he never came) and the girl from the office kept calling with updates on when John could come out to fix the problem which the city inspector found.  Today she has called on the hour all afternoon giving me an update on why John was not showing up.  My son talked to her this time (as I was irritated with this put-off) and informed her that we did not wish to be scheduled for a week out (meaning next week) and that we had waited long enough for this issue to be resolved.  We told her to forget rescheduling us and take us off the list.   They can deal with the city inspector themselves!!!!

Responded quickly to service call. Very courteous and fixed our problem at the lowest cost possible.

I'm telling you if you're in the Lexington area this is the company to call get good quick results for your plumbing needs. They don't mind residential jobs of new clients. So many of the plumbing companies around Lexington only want to come to you if they have been to your house before. Which I think is totally ludicrous because who knows when you need plumbing needs. This is the best plumbing company for your hard-earned dollar around. They don't give you smoke and mirrors like other plumbing companies do. They simply fix your plumbing needs in a high-quality but try to save you money along the way if possible. They don't try to blow you out of the water each time they come by with over-inflated fees. I don't think you will find a better company for your plumbing Solutions. They sent out Mike and Braxton this time. Mike was very knowledgeable and training Braxton at the time who was also a pleasant young man. But I got to give my kudos to Mike he was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Solve my problem in a very timely manner. Once again I have to give this company five stars for being on the ball. In the Lexington area this is about the best bang for the buck in plumbing you're going to find. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years honorable service to our nation. You will not be I'm happy with your choice of this plumbing company. May God be with you always. Please seek your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ daily we are in some crazy times.

Advanced Appliance was chosen by our home warranty company to provide repairs to one of our heat pumps that wasn't cooling our upstairs.  Their first visit out was the beginning of May and here we are going into August, and our heat pump is STILL not working.  They've replaced the condenser coil (then had to come back out and fix it because their technician cut corners).  They've cancelled 2 of our scheduled appointments back-to-back for a technician to read the dye they injected last time, and this is the 2nd time this summer they've had to inject our system with dye.  Every guy that comes out swears he's fixed it; then a couple days later our upstairs temp is back up in the high 80s/low 90s.  This company does not understand that we have jobs, too, so every time they miss their 5-hr. window, I miss an entire day of work.  They're not reliable, and I can't honestly say I think they know what they're doing.

If your looking for a good plumber look no further. If you want a honest one keep looking

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.

I have only ever complained on an online forum for this company on this issue. While everything started well, as you can see from the text exchange pics that are loaded under photos for this company, that what had started as a we can fix it with some fiber resin, even though it's not to code, turned into a we don't want out techs and their tools even touching your plumbing! What was simple fix, that was never even suggested as being something they wouldn't do, or shouldn't do (the fiber resin), became a courtesy though it never was said to be such, and then a we won't touch your plumbing, it's too bad. Their mode of interaction is either by text or message service over the phone. It is nearly impossible to speak to a person unless they call you. I posted on their Facebook page and they admitted that their initial tech made an incorrect diagnosis. I am all fine with unexpected changes, or when a job goes awry for reasons unforeseen, but this is not a case of that. They only became nasty when I called into question the seriousness with which they took the call. As the texts will show, she/he even had the audacity to try and distinguish between a drip and a leak claiming that the former is not the latter. I am pretty sure that a drip is a form of leak.
