Was glad we called Bohannon Plumbing as we were not put off like we were by two previous plumbers. Set an appointment in less than a week for a non emergency and followed through with the work. Got the work done in a timely manner and was very professional as was Cody who worked with him. Wish I had found them two years ago. This was my first annual visit, after PF Plumbing helped me out of a tight spot, when I first moved into my home in August of 2018.  At that time, we needed a new water pressure regulator and water heater installed, plus a thorough cleaning of all sewage pipes out of the house.  All equipment has performed wonderfully over the last year with no issues.  Jarrett arrived today to flush our water heater, and check the home's plumbing systems.  His work was thorough, and he explained every process he undertook.  He took steps to increase our water pressure, and clear a few slow drains, all as part of our annual plan.  He then installed a new flush handle in our master toilet, to correct an old problem.  All work was fast, clean, and well explained.  I continue to be a very happy PF Plumbing customer.

Please do your research.  This company is not a good HVAC company. Lots of complaints by customers with North Carolina BBB and on google. Do the research and you will see.

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.

I requested plumbing services through my home warranty company and Home Services promptly sent someone over to diagnose the problem. I was told that the fix requires approval from the warranty company. That was four weeks ago.

Since the initial visit, I've called the office several times. Each time the receptionist told me that they are waiting on the home warranty company, and someone will call me back soon with an update. However, I have yet to receive a call back.

I contacted my home warranty company to see if they were the slow-moving party. They responded to me the next day and said that they can't get a hold of anyone at the business, and have received no response to email messages.

As the business owner appears sensitive to negative reviews, I am hoping that this issue catches his attention.
