These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

I was very pleased with Mr Rooter and their staff. Not only did a real person answer the phone but she was able to send someone out to my home that same day. Once the plumber arrived he was very friendly and understood my concerns. HE told me the price to fix the leak in my shower before he did anything. Love the fact that there were no hidden fees for trip charges. The work was completed in one day and when he left there was no mess for me to clean up. I will use MR. Rooter again.

$2000 to move a drain and shower head for our shower remodel? SERIOUSLY?! And then when I question the price I get an absurd explanation and question about a 3 piece drain. There are too many other good plumbers in this area to let PF Plumbing rip my family off like this. Folks, if you need a plumber my advice is don't waste your time calling this company. What a joke

I'm telling you if you're in the Lexington area this is the company to call get good quick results for your plumbing needs. They don't mind residential jobs of new clients. So many of the plumbing companies around Lexington only want to come to you if they have been to your house before. Which I think is totally ludicrous because who knows when you need plumbing needs. This is the best plumbing company for your hard-earned dollar around. They don't give you smoke and mirrors like other plumbing companies do. They simply fix your plumbing needs in a high-quality but try to save you money along the way if possible. They don't try to blow you out of the water each time they come by with over-inflated fees. I don't think you will find a better company for your plumbing Solutions. They sent out Mike and Braxton this time. Mike was very knowledgeable and training Braxton at the time who was also a pleasant young man. But I got to give my kudos to Mike he was very efficient and knew what he was doing. Solve my problem in a very timely manner. Once again I have to give this company five stars for being on the ball. In the Lexington area this is about the best bang for the buck in plumbing you're going to find. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years honorable service to our nation. My HVAC was on the fritz. They were able to come out the same day. Scheduling was a breeze, and communication was maintained until Garrison was able to navigate to my location. A picture was via text message so I knew who would be arriving. Garrison was extra knowledgeable, and was able to troubleshoot, and fix the problem faster than I expected. My home is super cold now! Yay! We are ready for summer!

The office staff was so nice!  A service person was sent within a few hours after I called, and he cleared my drain within minutes after his arrival. The company called within minutes to be sure my problem was completed to my satisfaction. I recommend this company highly!  They were so helpful, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I have a home warrenty with American Home Sheild. They contacted Services of the Triad to repair a bad leak in the kitchen sink drain. The service tech checked it and said the drain connection was lose. He tightened it then left. Less then 30 minutes later it was leaking again. When we called the Services of the Triad we were told we had to make another service request and pay another $75 for the tech to come back and try again to fix the drain
Update: After talking to American Home Sheild for over an hour, they checked the service report. He said while fixing one leak he found another leak, but since his work order said leak he fixed one leak, left the other. PLEASE NEVER USE HOME SERVICES OF THE TRAID!
