Best Water Conditioner Installa… in Glendale AZ

This was my second interaction with Lawson.   The first time was a blind call on my behalf and was in ever lucky.   The insides of my toilet needed to be replaced and they did a great job.   They also advised me that something is was doing wrong in using chlorine tablets contributed to my problem.   I also had them look at a sink that needed attention too.  Well they did an excellent job on that too.   There was also a calcium deposit in the sink that I had no idea how to get rid of and again the technician told me how to get rid of it.  I tried his suggestion and to my delight it totally took care of the problem.   Lawson is the best it is the only plumbing organization i will use.   The second time I called was I saw a post on FB regarding having your hot water heater flushed and they had a coupon on Angies list.   The service is normally  $99 but with the coupon  $59 so called they came out did the work took all of 30 minutes.  One of the most refreshing part of this call was they found no problem and did not try to sell me anything . Sorry for being so long but didn't know I could post here so just giving Lawson their proper due.

Anyways..  Brian was great.  Found my water heater leaking and he came out the next morning.  Just quick and easy for me..

Refused receipt.  Charged $270 and spent 35 minutes changing out three toilet fill valves.  I already had the fill valve kits... installation only.  Had me pay by Zelle...

Avoid this business and find someone more knowledgeable and trust worthy! I had toilets getting clogged at our rental place and asked these guys to come over to check it. They claimed after inspection that the line had roots clogging it from a large tree on the property and main sewer line is damaged. they gave me a pretty hefty quote for almost $15k to replace the entire line. I authorized the work and few months later, same problem again with toilets getting clogged. Asked these guys to come back and check it. They claimed that the issue is in the bathroom lines with roots and need to be repaired for additional quote for several thousand dollars. I asked them why they did not check it during the first time, and they made all sorts of excuses. Did not admit that they have done half baked job, never even went inside the bathroom and only fixed the main line. Still charging me so much money and not even offering to finish the job they should have taken care of to being with.

The worst company and service I have ever dealt with!

I had my bath tub installed and this company was great. Very professional and friendly staff. They did a great job and I am really happy with my new bath tub! Highly recommend.

This past saturday my garbage disposal crapped out...
i called Lawson's family plumbing and they came out and fixed in mins!

Also, within in mins of fixing it, he did it for free!
He explained to us what had happened and what to do and if it happens again!

Very quick service and very friendly!

I really appreciate the service these folks provide. They're so nice and helpful. They've really came through when I was having plumbing issues. I had some really negative experiences with other local plumbers so it's really nice to find a go to professional like The Aussie Plumber! The first job many years back that Chad (Poseidon Plumbing) did for us was a small job that my husband was thinking of doing himself. But Chad's price that included installation was much lower than we were expecting with the part. (I hope he made some money) So latter down the road when we had trouble with our old (from our last home) water filtration system and we called Chad again. We totally expected that we needed a new system but Chad found a small problem and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't because he's Chad! We recently called him for another recent repair and he worked fast, clean, efficient and very reasonable.

We couldn't ask for anything better!

Gave me an exact price for the service I wanted. And gave me other choices, with exact prices.
Showed up on time. Clean work.
Explained about the warranty and why we should register the item with the manufacturer.
Charged the quoted price weather we paid cash or check or credit card (unlike others who added a fee for credit card).
We will use them again.

Our water heater pilot light would not light so I called Norfleet Plumbing. Nick came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. It needed a part which he ordered and had sent next day. When the part arrived, he came right out and installed it. Very professional and reasonable pricing.. A local family owned business that I highly recommend!

We have been having a problem with low water pressure in the two showers and one sink. Eloy was extremely efficient and professional in every way. He discovered the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend him.
