Best Plumbing Inspection in Glendale AZ

Wow. These guys are incredible.

My AC was blowing hot air when I got home from work at 3pm on a Friday. Called these guys because they were #1 on Yelp and they more than earned the spot.

At 3pm of Friday they had a tech (Joseph) to my house by 4:30 and the unit fixed by 5:10pm.

Joseph the tech was stellar. He Checked the thermostat, went up checked my roof unit, and in about 20-30 min he had it blowing cold air again. He taught us about the unit and what had failed and been replaced and taught us a bit about the best air filters.

Couldn't be happier with their service. We've been using a family friend for years and I'll actually be switching to them because they're quicker and more convenient.

Excellent Plumber services and always dependable and reliable. Definently a good family ran business with great integrity and loyalty to the customer. Will be using them again.

I have complicated plumbing in the house, called Mountain Park Plumbing, got a hold of Matt, I texted Matt a picture, and he was able to give me an accurate quote and a good description of whats required, he was very patient and friendly.  The price is very reasonable, he was on time and did an excellent job.  Thank you Matt.

My girlfriend and I used VETSBuilt to renovate our house after refinancing our house. We were so excited for the house to have a makeover and truly be turned into a home for our family. My girlfriend is a retired combat medic for the army so we were even more excited to use a veteran run company. I would like to warn those of you looking to use this company against it. Our house is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but there were so many mistakes, short cuts, and then there is the fact that there is no warranty on the work.                              -Before beginning the renovation I has asked Bob if I should patch the holes in the house and remove all of the nails/tacks/staples/etc. He had told me not to worry and that the painters would take care of it. The painters failed to remove those items and I know have the pleasure of continuing to remove them and repaint where they were. The holes were patched in a rushed manner. When the sun hits the patches just right, you can see where the left over spackle was smeared over the walls and the hole. Then there is the clean up for the painters. They left paint over numerous light fixtures, baseboards, the new floor, and the ceiling.                     -We originally wanted to get cabinets from Home Depot and had picked out the design and received a quote. Bob told us that his cabinet guy was the best. This was not true. The cabinet guy, his name is Jaime, was far from the best. After having sat down with both Bob and Jaime to design the cabinets, as Bob told us the ones we wanted from Home Depot were no good, the cabinets were designed ENTIRELY wrong. The design was similar to the old cabinetry that we were tossing. We informed Bob, who had told us he remembered the design we chose and agreed the ones built were not what we were paying for. The cabinets were never replaced and we received $500 off for something we didn't want. There were further issues with the cabinets when Bob failed to communicate with his guy that we were no longer able to afford a new vanity for our master bathroom. We had told him we didn't want the vanity but Bob had arranged a deal with Jaime that we could keep this vanity for free...another way to make up for the entire kitchen being done wrong. The vanity was also designed wrong, the drawers require so much force to be opened that most of the time you end up whacking yourself in the leg or crotch. I told Bob this too, and despite him also having difficulties opening the drawers and him watching me attempt to open the drawer and having it hit me in the crotch, he said it would be okay over time. To this very day, I still hit myself. The hinges used by the cabinet guy were put on in a rushed manner, Bob claimed that clients make his guy nervous (we were never in the house when he was here) and one of the cabinet doors is beginning to fall off the hinge. Bob did make an attempt to have Jaime fix the spice rack and the missing stain on the island cabinetry. However, when Jaime arrived he had stated Bob never told him about needing to bring stain to finish the island, I texted Bob right there on the spot and he told me that Jaime doesn't understand English very well so he must not have known what he was talking about.                                 -The floor we had put in began to pop up after Bob's crew left. Bob had the floor installed by someone now well versed in the type of floor we were putting in, the subfloor was uneven and despite putting down the moisture barrier pad, it didn't help - there are spots that sag and where the boards pop. The company we wanted to use would have leveled the sub floor and saved us the hassle of continuously bouncing as we walk through the house. Bob did the measurements for the house to determine how much of the flooring we needed to purchase. He measured wrong every time. I believe we had to make 2 extra trips to the store to get more flooring...which wasn't in the budget. This just seems like a rookie mistake for a contractor. And it was costly.                                                        -We had the master bathroom renovated. The crew Bob used for this portion was very nice. Other than cleaning their equipment down the shower drain and toilet, their tile work looks and is amazing. No flaws! The shower that Bob had done for us is beautiful, but leaks. The joints where the glass meet have not been sealed properly and water spills out onto the floor in a large puddle.                                                                 Like I said, we had huge hopes for our experience and partnership with this company. And it fell short. All of the issues listed above were addressed with Bob directly. Unfortunately, while he talks to you about wanting things to be perfect, and how he understands wanting things done right because you're paying for it - its a lie. When we attempted to address these issues, Bob told me I informed that they were small things that were knit-picky and that this

we have used Black Hills Plumbing for a number of years.,very good company! they do a great job of diagnosing issues and fixing them. all their employees have been top notch. that show up when scheduled and get the job done-correctly. that also explain everything very well.

Great service.  Had a 55 TV hung in a location with no connections (power outlet/coax cable/etc).  Gabriel was able to install all and it looks amazing.  I will be coming back to Xpertecs for more services.  Check them out as they have a long list of available services at very reasonable prices.

OUTSTANDING. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company. From the minute you call, Michelle is very kind and transparent about their services and what to expect. Franz and James showed up and were both extremely respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation, all while being 100% transparent about how to fix it. Lots of other experts said it was something else. But Franz and James were the only ones to diagnose the problem! They were literally in mud and water, missed their lunch, and went above and beyond to help anyway they could. If you have a plumbing issue... these are the people you want.

Stay far away. Had an appointment scheduled for an inspection. Then they overbooked and had to reschedule. We reschedules then their technician was sick. Then we rescheduled a 3rd time, and they called us the morning of to confirm and notified us the technician would be there before noon. Then they called again to confirm, I told them you guys already confirmed. At this point it was well past 12 and no one was there. They have to confirm multiple times but no one showed after the first confirmation. Then we called and asked where the technician was and they said sorry we can't help you anymore. Waste of time, No one communicates with each other at this office. They will call and harass you multiple times. Stay away, bad news.

BRAVO Plumbing Masters!!!

We were vandalized last evening and our outdoor water supply spigot pipe had been bent down - breaking it & spewing water all over our front lawn (until we discovered it).  So, we had to shut the water off to our entire premises.  Immediately, we called Plumbing Masters, who said it wouldn't be until this afternoon ...but asked to be put on the 1st available (since we had no water at all).  Within the hour, Plumbing Masters called back to say Josh was on his way.  (WooHoo!)

Josh arrived around 9:30am & quoted a price - we agreed.  However, Josh couldn't get the broken pipe off; even had to make a trip to Home Depot for parts.  And still, that blasted pipe wasn't budging.  But, Josh NEVER gave up - never!  Josh's perseverance & sheer brute force won ...and a new pipe was finally installed, water turned back on and the price quoted was the price we paid!!!

We couldn't be more thrilled with Plumbing Masters & highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit.  
I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company.  I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no.  I decided to call Lawson.  As always, they came out to do a free estimate.  And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later.  
The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable.
They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills.
I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. I have been using Lawson Family Plumbing since about 2013.

When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company.  I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies.  I am glad Lawson was able to do the job.  It looks great and I am confident in their work.

My bath tub gradually became slow to drain to the point where I was ankle deep in water. I had two different plumbers come out to check it. Both were sent by my home insurance. I was told  they had to go on the roof to check it and ofcourse it wasn't covered by insurance. Then told the pipes were collapsed.  $$$
I then called Sunland plumbing.  OMG! They literally sent someone the same day and within less then 30 minutes had the problem figured out without going on the roof. The technician was  Ethan and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, honest.  He also found another problem and fixed it before it went bad. I literally paid less for the entire service then I did going thru my insurance company who didn't fix anything! I can't say enough good things about this company.  The entire experience was such a smooth process from the amazing lady that investigated the history of my home and and set up a appointment to the wonderful plumbers that fixed the problem and found another problem that was on the verge of breaking. Thank you Ethan and Sunland!!
I will schedule a appointment to check my air conditioning next.

Honest, professional and affordable!!

Just wanted to pass along my recent experience with Top Notch Plumbing and Drain (locally owned) - Owner: Mark Felice.    

We had a bit of an unusual request for a plumber which was replacing/installing an outdoor submersible sump pump, near the pool.

My project started on Yelp - where I found Top Notch and many other plumbers.  Top Notch actually responded via Yelp on the weekend, so by the time Monday rolled around I had estimate appts. already scheduled!

He was then even able to schedule the work the following day.  
It gets better the next day he was able to start early-which as many of us know getting contractors to merely show-up is half the battle.  Mark was professionally dressed, great communicator, and provided a fair estimate.  Today he called first, showed up early, finished faster than he thought, was open to some changes in the project scope, and his price came in under his quote yesterday...Under Promise + Over Deliver!  
Great experience.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

I'm a New Yorker. I don't take #@&% from anyone. I have high standards! Well, this afternoon at 4:15, I sprung a BIG leak.Water everywhere..tons of towels. I called Belsito. 45 mins later.The guy is here, fixes it.bada boom.(lol). Price: amazing. Seriously, they 'saved' my life. I am calling them this week to replace my water softener(part of the problem) and R/o. I live in a community where I think people drive in and say:let's gouge them. Not the case with Belsito. I would recommend them to anyone with any plumbing issues.

Trust this crook he gave me money that stool from other people 10 out of 10 would use again.
