emailed this company through their website to get a quote to replace  and upgrade 2 Trane AC systems. Mike left me a voicemail. When I called back this last Friday, he was grumpy and confrontational. Very gruff with me. I figured if he was like this just trying to schedule an appointment, I can't imagine what having them do a $20K+ job would be like.

Excellent Plumber services and always dependable and reliable. Definently a good family ran business with great integrity and loyalty to the customer. Will be using them again.

I was very happy with my experience with Sav-On Plumbing from scheduling with Nancy to working with Branden. They were very prompt! I called with my issue in the afternoon and they were over to fix early the next morning. Branden gave me a courtesy call upon arrival with his estimated time and also called and handled warranty parts for me. My recent experience with Gold Star Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them 6-stars instead of 5 and here's why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a do it yourself-er around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Gold Star Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Gold Star, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let's not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in per code and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin's attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to them for potential future work. Great customer service in setting up the appointment. Melanie was very thoughtful and was able to squeeze me in the next day. The guys on the job were patient, professional and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered all of my questions before I hired him. When all my questions were answered he offered to get the job done that same day! The job was well done and I couldn't be happier with Sound Plumbing.

When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

Arrived on time. Fixed some minor problems, drained our tankless heaters and checked our water conditioner. Also recommended some future repairs and did a thorough check of all our house plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. Recommend them highly.

I've been a customer for almost 10 years and have always been very happy with their work.  Apple has done numerous jobs for me, from relocating my sewer line a few years ago (major job!) to fixing running toilets, leaky showers, and getting the 'yuck' out of my drains.  Their work is always top notch, technicians/plumbers are on time, friendly, and highly qualified (shout out to Tim!).  Customer service is super helpful and responsive.  Pricing is very reasonable.

In 2022 we needed to have new bathroom faucets put in.  I went online and decided to go with Lawson Family Plumbing and called them.  The young man who came out was so nice and did a fabulous job for us.  We purchased a new dishwasher this year and just had it installed a few days ago.  At the time the delivery guy told us that the property shut off valve needed to be replaced because there was a leak and that one of the valves underneath the kitchen sink needed to to be replaced because it looked corroded.  I called Lawson Family Plumbing and Rob came out and put in a new property shut off valve and it looks great!  (Much better than the 1984 model).  He replaced both the valves underneath the kitchen sink.  He showed us the old (1984) valves and they looked awful.  He said it was a good thing we had both of them replaced because we could have had leak come upon us. Phew!  I have made another appointment with them for next week and Rob will be checking all our valves underneath the bathroom sinks, the toilets and the washing machine connection.  I absolutely recommend this company!!!!

Forrest was really friendly and nice. I had a concern that the new toilet might not fit into my small bathroom and he came out to measure it the very next day before going to Lowe's and finding one that fit perfectly. He made this entire process of exchanging a toilet into a very easy experience. He and his team did great work and I 100% recommend to any of my friends and family.

I have only had a quote so far, however, I am so impressed with how quickly they came out and got the quote back to me, with a lot of energy and care, and no pressure! I feel that the quote is fair and will compare it with others.

Arrived on time great service took care of the problem that I called for put on shoe covers as to not track dirt in-and-out of my house positive attitude seem very knowledgeable got me a for another job that I need very grateful

Highly recommend  Barrett Plumbing and Drain. Austin and his team are very professional, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely be calling Barrett Plumbing for all plumbing issues.

I have used American Plumbing twice now and they have been great both times. They answer the phone when you call, and give updates as to how far out the tech is from arriving. Very friendly and easy to schedule prompt appointments. They explain the work/repairs to be done and are not condescending. I will try to use them for any future plumbing needs.

Always use them as my plumber and Jim is great! He's the nicest guy around and always knows the answers the first time. Can always schedule next day!

My tenants had a faucet that wasn't working.  I was having trouble finding a handyman who would fix it sooner than 2-3 weeks out, as it was impacting their ability to use the kitchen sink. Rafael responded to my Yelp request within an hour, gave me a quote and was there the next day.  It is a sink in a historic home which required shutting down the water while working. He removed the rusted faucet and replaced it - it looks great. And, he was on time for the job. I am definitely going to call CIB again when in need of handyman work.

I cannot recommend Jordan enough. He is timely/professional/ and most importantly keeps his word. He fixed some loose handles in my guest shower and warranted his work. Unfortunately there was a faulty washer that allowed the shower to drip. Jordan was back out immediately to fix this issue along with a leak in my other shower and honored his warranty. He is great and I will continue to use him as my plumber for as long as I am in Arizona. He is a plumber you can trust!

Rich installed a new water filtration system and new water heater for us when our old equipment failed in August of 2019.  He was very nice, prompt and did a wonderful job for us.  Today we had no hot water so I called the office first thing this morning.  Rich came right out and diagnosed our problem quickly with no charge.  (The gas company had shut off our gas inadvertently instead of one of our neighbors).  This is a reputable company and I would recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area looking for a plumber.  So glad we found them!  We'll always call them for our plumbing issues.

Poseidon Plumbing is honest, reliable and thorough.  I have used them for years and never had a problem with them.  They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
