We started a totally unrelated diy install of a water filter system, but Murphy's law, when we finished and turned the water back on, the shut off valve under the sink started leaking and wouldn't stop. So we had to shut off the main valve and what we planned to be a quick project turned into a much bigger problem that was suddenly an emergency. Thankfully, the plumber arrived quickly and replaced the single valve with 2 valves so we wouldn't run into new problems when installing a dishwasher (next project on the list). I really appreciated the forward thinking! (Note: this service was awhile ago, but I waited to post the review to make sure the repair lasted and it absolutely has. No issues since.)

On time, convenient scheduling, great availability. I'm very glad my insurance was covering me water heater leak damage as it was thousands of dollars for them to cut out some drywall and bring over fans and a dehumidifier.
I did not go with the reconstruction company they referred as this company was just trying to get top dollar from the insurance company plus my deductible. Instead I found someone else to replace drywall and spray texture for a fraction of the cost and saved almost $2100.

A water pipe broke in my uncle's front yard while he was on vacation this summer. A slow, gentle leak octupled his water usage.
