Best Floor Repair in Glendale AZ

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

Highly recommend Dixon Trades. Reached out on Yelp and got response right away. Worked out some details with text and pics and was here Monday morning to do the work. Called on the way, showed up on time and did a killer job.  Don't waste your time looking around these dudes are LEGIT!

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. I hired this company over the phone at the urging of a local builder, Gary Anderson, and was quoted $550 to replace a leaking water main valve. I called Gary because the bid seemed really high, but he assured me it was fair. The work was performed for the most part, but then I checked out the pricing with another plumber and was quoted $215 for the same job. I asked Wayne for an itemized receipt detailing the cost of the parts and labor, and he replied that he doesn't do bookkeeping that way. Huh...I bet not - anyway - do your homework better than I did. I will be calling the ROC to see if there is anything that can be done.

Gary was quick, professional, and responsive. He installed three new power outlets for me, installed a kitchen sink, and moved a coaxial cable. All work was done cleanly and works great. Very pleased with his work here.

I had been searching for a while for a local contractor to do my tub/shower remodel but had such a hard time finding the right fit. I was looking for a full gut on the tile, fixtures and tub and I also wanted a new sliding glass door to be installed. Thankfully, I finally got a word of mouth recommendation for Alex. I'm so glad I went with this small business. Alex is SO detail oriented - you can tell he has a lot of pride in his craft. He was very communicative about his schedule and arrival times. It's the only bathroom in the house and he was very thoughtful about ensuring the space was clean at the end of his workdays. If I had another shower to re-do I'd hire him again, but in the meantime I've been recommending him to all of my friends for their updates.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. A couple of hours later, the Owner (Dennis) showed up. Not to quote me...to do the work! I'm impressed! That's why I use this company exclusively on my household work. They do it all.

Corey x2 were great.  They were respectful, worked super hard, and kept us updated all day, as the project took a little longer than expected.  We really appreciated that they kept going until they got it right.  Would highly recommend this company, both Coreys and Chris.  Charmayne in the office was terrific, too.  Could not be more pleased.
