We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

They are incredibly easy to schedule with any anyone I've spoken to or has come to the house has been professional and friendly. We needed a new RO system and their team quickly got out here and installed the new system without any issues. They are transparent with their pricing and deliver quality work.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

I did an entire 1930 historic house overhaul and rehabilitation with Mike and his work was always outstanding. With this type of undertaking we ran into MANY unforeseen challenges, but each time Mike called me with at least two viable solutions and ways to keep the project moving forward. He didn't just text me a photo and ask me what I thought we should do. With extended projects like this there has to be patience and communication from both parties and Mike was very good with this. He understood the goals of what I wanted the house to look like and he took pride in providing that level of service and workmanship.

If you want a $60 repair, Mike isn't your guy, take your fake feeling of entitlement and importance somewhere cheaper. If you want quality work and a handyman who treats your home like his own....hire Mike and sleep better at night.

Arrived on time. Fixed some minor problems, drained our tankless heaters and checked our water conditioner. Also recommended some future repairs and did a thorough check of all our house plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. Recommend them highly.

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike Brewer and he responded to my sos call when a flood occurred minutes after they completed their work. We had hired them to replace all the water valves in our home due to our having been the victims 4-5 weeks ago of a more major flood which racked up thus far a State Farm claim of over $20,000.  The cause of this flood was a crack in the plastic turn screw like thing which fastens the steel braided tube from the water valve to the toilet.  I sent an sos to Mike because the drain line from the washing machine popped out of the tube like drain insert just below the hot and cold water valves which connected to the machine.

Though Mike's crew did nothing to cause the latest flood they acted as if they had been the cause and within minutes he called Bradley Boyden of Day and Night Water Removal Specialists to bring out several fans and dehumidifiers. And, within minutes Bradley appeared with his equipment.

Mike also pointed out what could have been the cause of our latest flood and suggested that we should either wite tie the drainage tube to the faucet or obtain part that came with it when we purchased our new washer and drier less then a year ago.

Mike and Bradley couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating, and re-assuring as we went through this flood on the day before I had scheduled knee replacement surgery.  Cudos to Mike and to Bradley for
helping us get back on track especially at a nerve wracking time for the family.  

We first became acquainted with Mike through our homeowner's warranty through Old Republic. Cudos as well to Old Republic because without them we would have met Mike.

Another outstanding experience with Rooter Ranger.  I called on a Sunday morning, expecting to wait for service until Monday at the earliest.  The receptionist was super friendly and had a technician in touch with me within one hour.  We were lucky to get Cody (who worked on an earlier project at our house) -- he was friendly, professional and totally clear about what work was required.  He also jumped in to help us resolve an issue we had with our sink.  The work got done quickly and much more easily than I expected.  Thanks RR for the great service!

We asked Fusion to come look at our broken water heater. They plumber who came out here was super nice and friendly, so I don't blame him, but the company quoted us at $2,999 to replace our water heater -- including parts & labor. Thankfully i sought other quotes--all of which were less than HALF of that cost, with the same water heater and same warranty! I ended up paying someone else just under $1,000 to get the exact same water heater installed. I am honestly just kind of confused as to how this company is charging so much for something that others are not.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

Gary did an Outstanding job on my kitchen repair job.  He is very professional and does exactly what he says he's going to do, he showed up right on time with all the tools and supplies he needed for the job.  He was very accommodating with my tight deadline as well, a real lifesaver.  He's very reasonable on pricing, he will be my go-to guy for any future jobs I need done.  Do yourself a favor and go with Gary for the next project you need done.
