I have know Alex for 10+ years and he is an amazing plumber and just an amazing person in our community! He has done many repairs for me and my home owners. From water heaters, bath tub leaks, toilets, install new plumbing pipes etc! He always explains short term options, cost effective options and what is best long term options.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. We love Charity and Rigo!!! We had them come out for several plumbing issues.  Sure we could have had a handy man cheaper, but the attention to detail, fair pricing, better than any of the major big outfits, and they are local to Laveen.  We replaced toilets, updated sinks, and found the nasty beginnings of the dreaded sewer line clog.  Very personable.  Idea generating.  Truly awesome.  Rigo even recommended having an estimate from one of the other outfits (no need, as earlier, before we knew of them, we had some estimates from some of the big places for water softer/water heater replacement/issuse- and yes, those guys come in at 50% more)

I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

They came the same day I called to replace my water heater and had the heater on their truck. They were professional, helpful, and explained all the pricing.

I had Mike over to do a few things for me and he did a great job. He is fast and on-time. Plus, his clock seems to run slower than mine does so he charges less than I expected. Finally, he is just a good guy and taught me how to do a few things so I could handle them next time. Will definitely call again.

We've worked with Desert foothills plumbing in the past and they been always very available a little bit higher priced but the service they provide this great Greg was especially great he was able to help us with a water filtrate

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

These are the go to guys for emergency plumbing and I'll only use San Tan in the future. Immediate response, outstanding customer service.

Can you say fast service!! I called them at 6am for a leaking water heater, a small drip and not an emergency. They were at the house in Tempe by 9am with a new water heater ready to install. All work was complete by 11 and my troubles were over. Very personable and friendly. The area around the water heater was as clean if not cleaner when work was complete. The price was $200 less than the big name plumbers charge ( G Brazil). I very Highly recommend Above and Beyond!!
