Best Water Heater Repair in Gilbert AZ

Alex did some work for my dad years ago and had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of his work. We called Alex to get a quote for moving a drain and installing a new tub and surround. He was very responsive and gave us an estimate the next day. His prices are fair and reasonable and he was able to start almost immediately. His work is top notch and we love our new tub. Alex is very friendly and professional and we will continue to use Hondo's Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend this business!

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. I had two plumbing issues and this was the first time I used Desert Foothills...other North Scottsdale plumbing groups have let us down in the past....BUT NOT DESERT FOOTHILLS....fast service and great attitude....these are my new plumbers....Jose was outstanding!!

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

I would highly recommend this company. They came out the same day I called them and showed up on time. It only took Chad a minute to figure out was was wrong with my water heater and he was able to fix it right away. Fantastic Price and Extraordinary Service. I've gone through a few plumbers, and found that Above and Beyond Plumbing was the most honest and customer service oriented.I had a water heater installed 9 months ago by above and beyond plumbing that was very reasonable. He showed up did what he needed to do and charged what we discussed on the phone.  I had a leak running through my pipe and beyond plumbing came back and repaired the pipe free of charge!  He warranty the water heater and he did just that! I am amazed at what honesty and integrity that these guys have becuase any other plumbers I would call would charge me a trip charge and try to upcharge me for other services that I don't need or want at the time!   I highly recommend them and will use them for other future plumbing need.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because well YELP filters have flitered many of my five star reviews, So I wanted to make sure This company gets the praise that they deserve.

First time out, plumber cannot do anything. Can't figure out how to find source of leak, so leaves and charges us anyway. Finally got an additional plumber out once *we* located where caulking was needed around the spigot. But guess what? Plumber has no tools and apparently doesn't carry caulk either. (?) Finally gave up on these folks and took care of things ourselves. They also don't stand behind their work, so if you actually get someone out there that pretends to fix something, and it starts to leak again, you are SOL. Based on the reviews here, I suspect they have one standard for when they are running service calls through the home warranty company and another standard for the work they contract outside the warranty company. Which indicates a deceptive business with a total lack of integrity. Best of luck if you have to deal with these clowns.
