Alex did some work for my dad years ago and had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of his work. We called Alex to get a quote for moving a drain and installing a new tub and surround. He was very responsive and gave us an estimate the next day. His prices are fair and reasonable and he was able to start almost immediately. His work is top notch and we love our new tub. I was looking for a plumber to fix a leaking shower head and clogged sink drain. I sent some quote requests through Yelp and got a few responses back. Some of them were outrageous, but I thought Wyman's seemed fair. They also gave me some price ranges based on the outcomes (luckily, it ended up being on the low end of both).

Communication was easy. They texted me to confirm the appointment and when they were on the way. Doug was very good at talking me through the issues and wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house. Payment was easy too as I could pay with cash, credit, or check. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again for big or small jobs.

My whole house water filter started leaking. I called one guy who told me he was booked way out, but  recommended James of Blue Eye Plumbing - lucky me. James knew exactly what the problem was and went right to work fixing it. He then found a smaller leak that I would not have caught until it was a serious problem. There was a bad O-ring and he just happened to have the exact same one in his van.
James got everything back to working order, cleaned the work area, and made a final inspection - looked fine.
I will definitely use them again - highly recommended.

Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Mike is pretty great! Once you're able to get him scheduled up he does fantastic work. I threw a TON of different needs/tasks at him - from installing electrical outlets to repairing some plumbing, and he was even able to help install a Ring Doorbell when the existing doorbell wiring was WAY too short to reach!

Mike is a problem-solver and he takes each task all the way to it's successful conclusion. He works at a very good pace and his rates are very reasonable as well IMO. What more could you need?

I really appreciated their quick and professional service. I'd been told by other companies they couldn't send out anyone for at least four days. Kyle from Desert Foothills Plumbing came out the same day, was early and even wore a mask due to COVID19 concerns.  The problem was handled quickly and efficiently.  I will definitely use this company for my plumbing needs.

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

They came out during the scheduled time slot and that's as far as I can comment in this review.  A broken machine always works when the repairman shows up! Lol. My garbage disposal turned on as soon as he flipped the switch and hasn't had an issue since.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Have had a persistent issue with nlittle or no flow in my third bathroom, but could live without the extra bath, until the water started running and the only way I could stop it was to shut off the house water.  Next morning, thru Yelp, requested help.  Fusion was the first to respond.  Because of their rating, I scheduled an appointment thru the system for later in the day.  They called a few hours later to see if they could come earlier.  For sure.  So, Chris, the plumber, started out conservatively, trying the least expensive methods first, which I appreciated.  Explained each step and appeared to be listening to my input and description of the problem.  Had to schedule a second appointment for the next day for a high pressure flush, but he made it possible to get my water back on.  Second day process was a success, after 3 hours and he did all the clean-up.  I can assure you it was an extreme mess.  So thank you for a good job and a reasonable price.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.
