Needed a new RO system. Wanted to give a smaller local company my business. Glad I went with Wyman. Setting up the appt was easy and pleasant, and she was able to have someone come out the next day. Text updates on the morning of the appt to let me know the tech was on his way. AJ was friendly and professional. Did the job quickly and correctly. I was very pleased with the service I received and will use them again.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Mike was super helpful, quick, efficient, and I would definitely use him again. He even had some suggestions for future repairs which he sent me a quote for, but was very low pressure about it. His rate is very reasonable, and his manner is friendly. I couldn't be happier with this company!

They came quickly and wore masks. The salesman was personable. However, I asked for a water heater that had a long warranty period and a good efficiency rating. What I got was a standard 6 year warranty. I was told by Desert Foothills that the warranty was 8 years, but checking with the manufacturer it is 6 years. The efficiency rating is 419 on a scale of 117 to 506. Lower is more efficient. Further, one of the screws on the door covering the thermostat won't come out. When I called Desert Foothills I had to leave a message. My message was never returned.

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

It was the night before Xmas eve and I blew up my disposal. It was out of my own stupidity and those darn potato skins, 12 potatoes to be exact. Called my home warranty company at 10pm at night and they set me up with Brewer. I had a big family dinner planned for the next day and feared I wouldn't get a plumber out in time. In a panic I called the number they provided. I hoped to leave an urgent message and would pray someone would call me back on Xmas eve. To my surprise the owner (Michael) picked up the phone! I woke him up.. he laughed it off and promised to be over the next morning.

He showed up as promised on Xmas eve! He save my family's Xmas dinner! A huge thank you and I appreciate your dedication to your clients. I will forever be calling you for help. Ha!

Needed a second opinion on a plumbing issue.  Barney arrived in less than 2 hours and was very knowledgeable.  Turns out we didn't need the expensive repair the other company was proposing.  Honest, great customer service and a reasonable fee.  Glad we called!

Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.

The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

I needed a handyman to help get our new house move in ready while my husband was out of town. Gary came on time and worked hard until the job was done. He installed 4 ceiling fans, a dog door, a toilet, and new shower head. He noticed my electric box was finicky and offered to pick one up next time he was in the area. I'd definitely call him back for more projects!
