My water heater busted and Alex was out the same day to give me a quote. He was so helpful, responsive, and professional through the whole process. He was straight forward, he knows what he's doing, and he's not going to charge you an arm or a leg to do the job.

Nikki was super helpful quoting me over the phone for the toilet install and faucet issue. It is great to know that I can get pricing before I have anyone come to the house.  The pricing was very fair and was very detailed so I didn't hesitate to schedule.  Jason H came to install the toilet perfectly and diagnose my faucet issue fairly quickly. He explained what was wrong and to contact the manufacturer for a free replacement part since it should be under warranty and instructions on the simple fix.  Instead of upselling me a new product he gave me sound and HONEST advice! I really appreciate the service he provided and will definitely use this business again for any future issues!  Also practiced Covid precautions which was super important to my family! Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

From just the initial call, I was impressed with Trident Plumbing.  Jared gave me prices over the phone for a water softener/RO system.  I couldn't get another local and highly recommended company to even answer their phone, let alone return my call.

Trident came to the appointment on time, were professional, and appeared genuinely kind.  We already have another appointment set to perform additional upgrades to replace the subpar builder plumbing choices, that we weren't comfortable with.  They have gained our business for life.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Original: 1 star not for the worked performed but the response time. Yelp says 8 hours, try 3 days. Good for them that they're busy. Seems nice but not someone I'd call again.

Update: The only incorrect thing I wrote in my original review is that the person seems nice. I admit I was completely wrong about that. I don't appreciate being harassed about taking down a factual review. See photo convo attached and his response since he didn't get his way. I'm not the only yelper that had comments about the attitude. You've been warned.

They came out to fix a small issue - which it was not. But very professional and did a bigger repair that was needed. Excellent work, and good pricing.  Plumber was great - i would strongly recommend.

Probably one of the competent AC companies I've ever worked with. They won't be the least expensive, but they'll do the job right, the first time.

This plumbing service is amazing especially if you are a text savvy. You can schedule your appointment online. Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.

The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

I had Gary do a few small items for me. Install doggie door, move exterior outlet, install a ceiling box for fan and replace a recessed light.
Gary was quick with scheduling.  Completed the work in perfect form and was very fair in his pricing.  It took him about 4 hours to complete all the items. It was very clear he was experienced and completed the work like it was a routine activity for him.   We will use him in the future.
