Alex did some work for my dad years ago and had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of his work. We called Alex to get a quote for moving a drain and installing a new tub and surround. He was very responsive and gave us an estimate the next day. His prices are fair and reasonable and he was able to start almost immediately. His work is top notch and we love our new tub. Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Trident Plumbing is the BEST.  They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.  Thank you Jimmy and Jared for AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY SERVICE.  You arrived on time, cleaned the area and disposed of everything.   If anyone is looking for plumbing services, this company is honest and demonstrates great customer service.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

They came quickly and wore masks. The salesman was personable. However, I asked for a water heater that had a long warranty period and a good efficiency rating. What I got was a standard 6 year warranty. I was told by Desert Foothills that the warranty was 8 years, but checking with the manufacturer it is 6 years. The efficiency rating is 419 on a scale of 117 to 506. Lower is more efficient. Further, one of the screws on the door covering the thermostat won't come out. When I called Desert Foothills I had to leave a message. My message was never returned.

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

Had Michael and team out for a slab leak- did a great job finding it and offering a few solutions for a complicated situation. Straight forward, friendly, and communicated throughout the process. Michael went above and beyond: was very friendly to my 4 year old and, because part of the process required cutting into drywall, was nice enough to provide a great recommendation for someone to repair it.

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

They installed a water conditioning system for us and it turned out great! They were very friendly, professional and offered a quick turn around time. We are very satisfied with them and will definitely recommend to others and used them in the future. Thank you guys!

Communicated with Gary via Yelp. Quoted a price and since we are not DIY people I wanted a handyman that I can have on speed dial.
Gary installed 4 light fixtures for me, removing the existing ones and hanging new modern ones.
He showed up on time and got right to work. Brought all his own tools and did all the work himself. After talking to Gary found out he has vast experience and can do it all.
I highly recommend him and will use him for my future projects.
