Eric and Henry did a fantastic job installing our new water softener and carbon filter. Friendly, hard working and answered all our questions.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

From just the initial call, I was impressed with Trident Plumbing.  Jared gave me prices over the phone for a water softener/RO system.  I couldn't get another local and highly recommended company to even answer their phone, let alone return my call.

Trident came to the appointment on time, were professional, and appeared genuinely kind.  We already have another appointment set to perform additional upgrades to replace the subpar builder plumbing choices, that we weren't comfortable with.  They have gained our business for life.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Finding the right plumbers and plumbing company can be tough. Each offer glowing reviews and say they can do just about anything, but only a few can deliver. Greg and his team came through for us in a time of great need. We were away on business and had some friends staying in our home. Our friends called and reported a lack of hot water. DFP arrived and trouble-shooted the problem on the hot water heater, which needed replacement (we were delaying it as long as we could, and it finally broke).

A couple of days later, our friends called and reported no hot water again. Sending the crew back determined we now had a main water pipe leak. UGH! The usual route would have been to hire a company with special equipment  to isolate the leak to save time and $, but none were avail for 6-8 weeks (is there a shortage of these folks?). Greg gave us some options, including having his ace plumber Kyle try to find the leak the old fashioned way (with all his human senses), which admittedly may take more time. We were in no position to delay, and we gave the go-ahead. Kyle found the leak in less than an hour! And he fixed it using only three small holes in our wall for access. Job well done!

We have used other local plumbing companies in the past, but Desert Foothills Plumbing is far superior in our view. DFP is my go-to plumbing company now, and we highly recommend them. They took care of us in a great time of need. (BTW, my address shows Los Angeles area because I am still traveling! Our home is in the Carefree area of AZ)

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies. He took into account several factors to recommend a product that fit our situation perfectly. Can't recommend these guys enough

First time out, plumber cannot do anything. Can't figure out how to find source of leak, so leaves and charges us anyway. Finally got an additional plumber out once *we* located where caulking was needed around the spigot. But guess what? Plumber has no tools and apparently doesn't carry caulk either. (?) Finally gave up on these folks and took care of things ourselves. They also don't stand behind their work, so if you actually get someone out there that pretends to fix something, and it starts to leak again, you are SOL. Based on the reviews here, I suspect they have one standard for when they are running service calls through the home warranty company and another standard for the work they contract outside the warranty company. Which indicates a deceptive business with a total lack of integrity. Best of luck if you have to deal with these clowns.

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.

The crew at Fusion was very professional and did a great job. I needed a full replacement of all HVAC flexible ductwork in a tiny, awkward attic crawlspace, and they managed to do it fairly quickly despite having very little room to maneuver. They had to cut one additional access point, but drywall repair was included, and you can't tell that there was a hole there. The job wasn't cheap, but the bid was competitive, and the warranty made me feel confident that this ductwork will last a long time. I look forward to enjoying much more efficient heating and cooling with my new ductwork.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

I have used Darrell's 3 times now. The first 2 were small. So I went big. We moved into our house 3 years ago and even then the gas hot water heater was BAD. It was not to code. The valves were all corroded. It needed replaced. I was worried the cost would be a lot. But Darrell brought a 50 gallon tank (10 gallons bigger) put it on the required stand that had been missing. Since it was raised ALL of the plumbing had to be changed. He replaced everything with high end parts and copper and it looks amazing (for a hot water heater). He brought everything up to code. I no longer need to worry about a leaky valve filling my garage with natural gas.

The best part is he took time to explain to me how it works and hot to maintain it. He explained that a simple flush every 3 months will extend the life. He wrote right on the unit notes and the date it was replaced and even his number incase we needed him back. Basically I don't know why I waited so long. The cost was on the lower side of his original estimate and considering the time and quality parts I was impressed at the cost. He made sure it worked before he left and explained the work was guaranteed. They showed up on time, they worked fast, they protected my stuff and they cleaned up and left the place looking better than before they came. I am so happy I have someone I can trust and would recommend them to anyone.
