Our water softening system went bad. We called Hondo's and Alex thoroughly explained the difference in a water softening system and water conditioner system. We had know idea that they were two entirely different systems. Alex was extremely knowledgeable. We ended up going with the softener. Alex came and installed it with no issues. He is extremely professional, honest  and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Hondo's.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Needed cheap, deteriorating,  builder grade internal toilet bowl  components replaced.  After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet.  They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.  Best plumbing experience I have ever had.  Great company, will use again.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Mike came to our house to install a porch swing on our front porch. He was easy to communicate with, his prices were reasonable, and he did a great job. When he was done, I asked if he had additional time to install a drying rack in our laundry room knowing that this had been on my to-do list for quite some time. He was very kind and was willing to help, even though I had not originally asked him to do this project. We will definitely hire Mike again!

Probably one of the competent AC companies I've ever worked with. They won't be the least expensive, but they'll do the job right, the first time.

Our Air Conditioner quit working during a 95 degree afternoon and Fusion was the only place that could service our unit the same day I called. They repaired as needed, the only complaint is that I felt the cost for the service was excessive but admittedly it was on the weekend.

I requested handyman quotes on Yelp and this company was one of the 1st to respond.  He was easy to schedule and flexible when I added to the job.  He showed up on time.  Very professional and friendly.  Listened to what I wanted and made it happen.  There was no rambling (this has happened to me a few times).  He didn't question me and gave me suggestions when I asked.  Very easy to work with!  Highly recommend!  Nathan did a great job, efficient and clean.
