After having Wyman repair a broken pipe during the Pandemic, we had them install a water softener. Our technician was sick on the day of our appointment, but Wyman was able to get someone out later the same day. The unit was installed in less than two hours and everything works perfectly. Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

Trident Plumbing is the BEST.  They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.  Thank you Jimmy and Jared for AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY SERVICE.  You arrived on time, cleaned the area and disposed of everything.   If anyone is looking for plumbing services, this company is honest and demonstrates great customer service.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Mike was unknown to me before he did work on my parents home, getting it ready to sell.  He showed up on time, kept in touch by phone and got all the work done and did it well.  I'm planning on hiring Mike for some jobs in my own home.  He is a pleasant, trustworthy and skilled handyman.  I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance.

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. Michael (owner) worked with Old Republic (Home Warranty Co.) to install a new water heater. I called Michael at 7am on a Sat. and he had Vinny at my door by 9am and began the process of stopping the bad leak we had. They found a 75 gal water heater and had it installed by 1pm!!  I cannot tell you how impressed we were with their service it was incredible. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if I ever have a plumbing issue.Thanks again Michael!

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all!
