James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! They were extremely easy to work with and very professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a plumber. We needed a few things replaced in our house and their prices were extremely reasonable!

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Arrived on time. Fixed some minor problems, drained our tankless heaters and checked our water conditioner. Also recommended some future repairs and did a thorough check of all our house plumbing. They were very polite and efficient. Recommend them highly.

Needed a second opinion on a plumbing issue.  Barney arrived in less than 2 hours and was very knowledgeable.  Turns out we didn't need the expensive repair the other company was proposing.  Honest, great customer service and a reasonable fee.  Glad we called!

Have had a persistent issue with nlittle or no flow in my third bathroom, but could live without the extra bath, until the water started running and the only way I could stop it was to shut off the house water.  Next morning, thru Yelp, requested help.  Fusion was the first to respond.  Because of their rating, I scheduled an appointment thru the system for later in the day.  They called a few hours later to see if they could come earlier.  For sure.  So, Chris, the plumber, started out conservatively, trying the least expensive methods first, which I appreciated.  Explained each step and appeared to be listening to my input and description of the problem.  Had to schedule a second appointment for the next day for a high pressure flush, but he made it possible to get my water back on.  Second day process was a success, after 3 hours and he did all the clean-up.  I can assure you it was an extreme mess.  So thank you for a good job and a reasonable price.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

Definitely recommend AAM Plumbing and will use there services again in the near future for planned repairs. This time was almost an emergency I sent a request for service at 6am was contacted within ten minutes. The two gentlemen were there by 10am same day. They were experienced and knowledgeable so they made short work of a challenging little water leak in my home. Jenny the (CSR) who coordinates the work was quick to respond to my request and friendly which is always nice thank you again!
