James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. Two issues that had been causing me stress were solved for what I think was an very fair price, I should have called these guys weeks ago.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Mike showed up exactly when he said he would, got right to work without wasting any time and did a good job. You can't ask for better than that!

We had several issues related to a house recently purchased.  The problems were all fixed and in some cases we were advised to wait until we remodel the bathrooms in order to save money. The technician was very knowledgeable.  The technician was on time and very efficient.  I am really glad we used this company.  It came highly recommended.

It was the night before Xmas eve and I blew up my disposal. It was out of my own stupidity and those darn potato skins, 12 potatoes to be exact. Called my home warranty company at 10pm at night and they set me up with Brewer. I had a big family dinner planned for the next day and feared I wouldn't get a plumber out in time. In a panic I called the number they provided. I hoped to leave an urgent message and would pray someone would call me back on Xmas eve. To my surprise the owner (Michael) picked up the phone! I woke him up.. he laughed it off and promised to be over the next morning.

He showed up as promised on Xmas eve! He save my family's Xmas dinner! A huge thank you and I appreciate your dedication to your clients. I will forever be calling you for help. Ha!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

we are extremely satisfied with the professional work that Adam and Chris did today. they installed a water filtration syste, installed a gas line for my patio gri and installed a water line to the side yard. I requested handyman quotes on Yelp and this company was one of the 1st to respond.  He was easy to schedule and flexible when I added to the job.  He showed up on time.  Very professional and friendly.  Listened to what I wanted and made it happen.  There was no rambling (this has happened to me a few times).  He didn't question me and gave me suggestions when I asked.  Very easy to work with!  Highly recommend!  Nathan did a great job, efficient and clean.
