Alex did some work for my dad years ago and had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of his work. We called Alex to get a quote for moving a drain and installing a new tub and surround. He was very responsive and gave us an estimate the next day. His prices are fair and reasonable and he was able to start almost immediately. His work is top notch and we love our new tub. Alex is very friendly and professional and we will continue to use Hondo's Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend this business!

For liability purposes, I called to have a gas line hooked up to the dryer in my home. Nikki scheduled for a licensed plumber to come out for the job. She is very thorough and had communicated with me every step of the way.

Skyler and Eric arrived at my home promptly and completed the job and while the work was very simple, the little things are the big things for me. Skyler and Eric were both professional, personable, and friendly. They even installed the hoses from my washer to the waterline without me asking.

I highly recommend Wyman and will only look to them for any other future work in my home.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. Two issues that had been causing me stress were solved for what I think was an very fair price, I should have called these guys weeks ago.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Mike has been fantastic with all of the tasks we have had him help us with. Earlier in the year, we purchased an investment property and needed someone to fix up several small things in the house. One of which included fixing up the kitchen cabinets. Several contractors we received bids from gave us so much grief regarding the cabinets (said we needed to replace them) and also fixing the spa tub. They wanted to charge us an arm and a leg, too.

I found Mike through an ad on Craigslist and called him in a last-ditch effort. My husband immediately liked him but the most important part was that Mike wasn't afraid to take on the things we wanted. He didn't hesitate to say that fixing the kitchen cabinets wouldn't be a problem. Being a handyman, his prices were extremely reasonable. Mike demonstrated excellent communication with my husband and we appreciated being informed every step of the way. He also had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed interacting with him.

Mike was also perfectly fine going to Home Depot with my husband so that we could purchase supplies on our Home Depot card. Incredibly, he even struck up a few deals with the salesperson to save us more money!  A few times while we were at the property doing yardwork, he was quick to lend us any of his tools to help us out.

All in all, we were very pleased with his work on the house (fixing and rebuilding the kitchen cabinets, removing and installing a new tub, repairing and installing landscape lighting controls that were stolen, installing and repairing lighting, plumbing, and repairing various components on the exterior of the house). Great, great guy to work with and we were lucky to have found him.

We lost water pressure!  Our shower was weak!! The pressure varied ... sometimes ok, but then would fade. We called Desert Foothills Plumbing at 6 pm for an emergency repair!  Desert Hills plumber was here in an hour. Our plumber, Reuben, was great. He checked the bathrooms, kitchen and the water filter system. He quickly determined the problem!
He adjusted the water pressure and changed the water filter. Our problem was solved. No mess either!

Just had them come out to investigate a weird smell coming through our AC. Mike M. made it out first thing the next day. Very kind, professional, quick, and a clear expert. He was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within minutes. He also recommended some maintenance on our older unit that I wouldn't have known about had he not gone the extra mile to do a full systems check will up there. The office was easy to contact and professional. Will absolutely be using this company again for all HVAC related issues at our home!

These guys have been nothing but professional and polite when it comes to customer service. They are quick to diagnose and correct the problem. In this day of crooks, they are honest and experts. Highly recommended!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

The cost, for about an hours work, to install a kitchen faucet and 2 shut-off valves:  $592!!  They charged me $145 per shut-off valve! Those can be purchased at a plumbing supply store for about $20 each.  And charged $300 to install them and the faucet!  I will NEVER do business with them again!!
