Alex arrived exactly on time as he did when he installed my water heater several months ago! This time I wanted an RO system and he thankfully helped me pick the proper unit! The install was fast and simple. He cleans up which is greatly appreciated and always wears a mask, so important at this time !! Thanks for a job well done!!

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

I just had Aspen put in a water softner for me. I hate waiting around for service people. With these guys they came in and did the work and I didn't have to be there. They also took care of a few other issues. Just a great family owned very friendly business.

Greg from Desert Foothills Plumbing is wonderful.  I had a number of plumbing issues that all happened within a week......water heater pilot light.  Replacement of water heater options discussed (I felt very well informed), shower head and water pressure improvements, instant hot water replacement unit installed.  

He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  I am going to request him from now on.

Probably one of the competent AC companies I've ever worked with. They won't be the least expensive, but they'll do the job right, the first time.

Another outstanding experience with Rooter Ranger.  I called on a Sunday morning, expecting to wait for service until Monday at the earliest.  The receptionist was super friendly and had a technician in touch with me within one hour.  We were lucky to get Cody (who worked on an earlier project at our house) -- he was friendly, professional and totally clear about what work was required.  He also jumped in to help us resolve an issue we had with our sink.  The work got done quickly and much more easily than I expected.  Thanks RR for the great service!

We had a burst pipe in the wall of our master bath. They came out the same day and recommended RX2 Restorations for the repairs to the walls and carpeting. When RX2 Restorations opened up the damaged walls and found the source of the leak, Fusion was prepared to do the repair of the piping. Because it was polybutylene, we decided to recipe the entire house, because it was our second time having a leak. Fusion did the entire job in 3 days very professionally and coordinated with RX2 Restorations to make sure we were taken care of. Fusion was professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

Used this company through home warranty. It took nearly three weeks to replace a water heater - they canceled multiple times and pushed back weeks+. Ended up not finishing the job, and I hired someone else to finish it.

They also constantly tried to refer their friends for other work.

Stay away.

Highly recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing. Contacted them after reading the good reviews. Spoke with Rick who was very helpful over the phone in giving me options on the best and cheapest way to add a second sink in our master bathroom. Rick was on time and did quality workmanship. Will be use Above and Beyond Plumbing again.

Gary did an awesome job installing a ducted kitchen island stove hood. Very reasonably priced and timely. I am so happy I found a good handyman. Now I can cook bacon inside the house without opening all of the windows!
