Over the years, I've called upon a number of plumbing companies and I have to say that I have never been more pleased. Courteous, honest, efficient, skilled service and punctual, as well!

It's nice to know that I don't have to ask around for referrals or take a blind chance on somebody off of internet.

Great service at a reasonable price. I'll use them again. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Came to snake a drain. Said my pipes were collapsed and needed to excavate and redo.  Said they could not hydro jet cause it would cause damage.    Gave high qoute.   Called mister sewer.  50 bucks later my drain is unclogged and working properly.  Said nothing is wrong with my pipes.

Great and fast service to replace our water regulator and install a new sink and faucet.
Rob and Greg were very friendly and efficient doing these tasks.

Brett does great work very professional and cleaned up when he was finished with the work. Would use him for all our plumbing needs.

Requested a quote to have our water heater replaced (it was leaking, but not yet a total fail) responded promptly and through out the conversation thru email as well.  The quote was in line with what appears to be the industry standard.  They were able to have somebody out the next morning.  The installer was on time, friendly, and cleaned everything up.  Final price was exactly as was quoted.

Today I called 412 plumbers. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonable. The  toilet was leaking into basement. They fixed without trying to up sell me all new plumbing in basement like other plumbers.

Brett and Jarrett came to assess a nasty leak from our tub into the basement. The quote was more than within our price range and fixed in what felt like an instant compared to how long we'd been dealing with this leak. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and the end result is better than we imagined. Will be calling them from now on!

Nick came out to help us with a badly clogged downspout that went into our sewer line. He managed to clean out one of the worst clogs I've ever heard of in no time. He was great to work with. The whole time he carefully explained what he would be doing, what the possible outcomes were, and exactly how much everything would cost. Once he had everything working, he explained our options for preventing the problem in the future without trying to upsell us on repairs we didn't immediately need. We will definitely be going with 412 plumbing in the future.

I  want  to  compliment  the  412 Team  and  the  excellent and  friendly service.  We had a major  issue  last December  and they  worked hard and long to solve it as fast as possible.  Charges were quite reasonable.
recently we had  a relatively minor  problem,  but major annoyance, and  they were able  to  quickly fit me into the schedule .  Issue took a bit longer than  anticipated, but it was  solved, and indeed,  corrected  to prevent a future occurrence.  Very highly recommended

Outstanding service! Many thanks to Bob who was super professional and able to fix all three toilets in one trip! He went above and beyond in checking the water pressure in the house and advising us on our unusual emergency drains and to keep an eye on our traps in case of smell. Will definitely use 412 Plumbing again for any future needs.

412 Plumbing has done so much great work for us. We had to emergency replace our water heater and relocate it in the basement. They rebuilt a toilet. They also came on 4th of July weekend to repair the gas line to our outdoor grill.

I cannot say enough great things about them.

Excellent - high quality service - reasonable prices!  We have used 412 Plumbing for multiple projects this year as we remodel our kitchen and powder room.  Service is professional and timely - easy scheduling and they show up when they say they are going to show up!  No surprise additional costs at the end of the job. They have replumbed our kitchen and powder room, installed a dishwasher, disposable and kitchen faucet, installed new gas pipes for our gas cooktop in our new island, and switched out much of our old cast iron plumbing for newer PVC pipe in our house (we had a separate issue before the remodel where our pipes burst in the wall). We have had them do work with our water heater and other small plumbing jobs as well and we have been pleased with all the work! I'm pretty sure there isn't any plumbing issue they haven't done in our house... and even our dog likes them...(probably because they're here so much...lol).

Walt was courteous, quick and efficient. Though I would have been a wee bit happier had I not been charged $65 for a $40 faucet. However, earlier they had sent me a gift card of $25 as an incentive to use them again (I would've called them anyway), so I broke even on that charge.

UPDATE:  Mandy apologized for the overcharge and is sending me a check for $9.40.

Admittedly, I should have written this review a while ago, but I haven't had much time to sit down and really explain just how great 412 Plumbing is.
First, whenever you call 412, Mandy is genuine and kind on the phone, so you start things off right; she works quickly to schedule and communicate out to Brett.
As for Brett: he's fantastic. Brett helped me with sewer inspections when I was in the process of finding a home. He was thorough and candid. For the house I bought, he inspected the sewer line going out to the city sewer (that's the only part of the home's sewage I asked him to inspect) and also checked a couple of valves in the basement. Fast forward, I bought the house and in a month, my drain starts backing up in my basement. A contractor sent through the home warranty said my line going out to the city sewer was shot, and so was my main within my house. He said I had only a few months before my entire system would backup or possibly even collapse.
Furious, I called Brett and asked a million questions, yet him and Mandy were calm and worked incredibly well with me to schedule something immediately. Brett came by, inspected the lines, flushed out the system, and we found that the previous owner threw a ton of concrete, rocks, and other construction materials down the main, which was clogging the line within the house (the line going out to the city sewer was totally fine). The conclusion was that the lines are old, but fine, and that the debris in the lines must have been what the previous contractor found (and assumed to be deteriorating lines). He recommended treating the system like a septic system will help keep the lines healthy and working for a long while.
Brett gave me recorded videos of everything and showed me exactly what was going on--he was very transparent and honest. The lines are spotless and things have been flowing along well now.
I would recommend these guys to anyone, and although I hope I don't have any plumbing issues any time soon, I would call 412 back in a heartbeat.
Also a plus, their prices are very reasonable and fair.

We have used them 3 times now for minor plumbing issues at the home.  Always timely, professional and repairs done correctly.

Plumbing can be one headache but it's a necessary part of home upkeep. I decided to hire 412 plumbing based on my research since my toilet was not flushing properly. I called and made an appointment. The technician came out within the 2 hour window I was given. He did the necessary tests and found I needed a flapper. This can be the most simplest of problems but he explained to me that it is not a simple replacement. It must be installed correctly or it will not function properly

After the toilet was fixed I had him look at my bathtub since it had a slow drain due to soap scum and was concerned about the mold around the caulking. He was very honest and told me that all I needed was to purchase a product that targets mold or mix a tiny amount of bleach with water to remove it. He told me my bathtub was fine and did not need replacement. He also tested the bathtub drain and it ran okay.

He told me that normally soap scum builds up from hair products but more so from bathing soap gels since they take longer to break down in the drain.

The price is based on the labor of the fixture itself as well as parts as opposed to time and a flat arrival fee. Sure it can be costly but to have peace of mind and to avoid unnecessary replacements is well worth the time and effort. Checks and credit cards are accepted. Due to the hard water in my home he gave me a 3 month warranty on the part.

412 Plumbing also does bathroom installations. The technician went over with me that if I wanted to replace my sink enclosure that I get the exact dimensions and select what I want and purchase it directly from a home supply store. Any questions I have can be directed to their business.

412 Plumbing is open during weekday hours but do provide emergency services on weekends and after hours. I am very happy with the services I received and plan to use them again for any future plumbing needs I may have.

I have used 412 plumbing for the past 4+ years.  They come when they say they will, they are very efficient and clean up afterwards.  I strongly recommend them to my friends!

They did a great job installing some bidets and a kitchen sink for me. Arrived on time and got right to work. Turned out my main problem in one install, which I'd attempted on my own first, was in fact a manufacturing defect in a hard to source part from a bidet manufacturer. The guys got creative and managed to repair the broken part, getting my toilet back in service when otherwise it might have taken days to replace. Cleaned up after themselves. Was able to get a non-emergency appointment within a couple of days. Recommend, especially if you're in the South Hills

Outstanding job on a very big undertaking at our home. Brad and his team were fantastic. Job was done thoroughly and with dedication. Brad sat down and explained everything that was necessary and why. His bid and pricing were on point and  far more in line than some other companies who were price gouging. He communicated with me daily. Did the entire job start to finish without interruption or delay. Highest recommendation to an honest diligent and committed man and his company. Would not go anywhere else.

Lovely, clean and honest!  Brett was fantastic!  Didn't suggest things we didn't need!  Call them if you need a plumber!!  We will use them again!!
