Rainbow Plumbing

I've used Rainbow for over30 years. They installed a new furnace for me and replaced my sewer line, as well of several small jobs.  Their work has always been excellent.  I find it hard to believe these poor reviews.

Unfortunately there is not an option for zero stars.  Biggest scam plumbing company around.  Horrible service and extremely dishonest.  Do yourself a favor and call anyone but them.

I was told that they would be out around 2 pm, on 1-11-19 would only accept cash, told the receptionist  that was fine.  I called today to verify that they would be here, said they had told me that they would come out the day before, 1-10-19.  I'm pretty sure if they told me that they could be out the same day, that's something I would remember.  The ironic thing about this is I was referred to this business by another plumber.  I will make sure I call him and tell them not to refer them business anymore.  I found a much cheaper plumbing place that was able to do it same day.
