Maximum Plumbing has earned my business going forward. My basement toilet and shower stall drainage had a clog and within a couple of hours, Maximum Plumbing was able to get a plumber out to fix the issues and do so quickly with a honest and fair assessment as well as reasonable pricing. Kudos to Lucas (the plumber) who also provided some good recommendations on tools to help with the maintenance. Overall very satisfied as a customer.
After a terrible experience with another plumber, we were amazed at how fast, responsive and friendly Maximum plumbing is! Would highly recommend for any issues you have. Thank you for all your help and really appreciate it!

Replacement of a dryer gas valve. Maxim was super quick and responsive, and was very thorough to make sure the dryer was installed properly and working before he left. Price was very reasonable. We're new to the neighborhood and we're grateful to have a reliable local plumber. Thank you!
Amazing work! Had them come out to fix the water hookups for my washer. From my first message to them being at my house was less than 90 minutes. Absolutely stellar response. Did an amazing job & even helped hook up our washing machine when he was done. Also caught that our dryer hadn't been hooked up properly and fixed that for us. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs!

I contacted Maximum Plumbing last week about replacing two outdoor spigot which had been leaking. Lucas came the next day, gave a very fair estimate, and completed the work in about an hour or so. From first contact to job done in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend and plan to use them for any future plumbing work.

Max was super efficient, flexible, knowledgeable, and honest about what he could and could not do. For each issue we had, he gave us unbiased advice without being pushy. We called him to check on what we thought were two clogged drains and he gave us an initial quote for it. Turns out one of the drains wasn't clogged in the first place. Even though he could have asked us for the full amount on the quote, he took it off without even us having to ask! What's more, he offered to come take a look at it anytime the drain actually began to clog. He was really easy to work with and did not mansplain at all, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be calling on him for any future project.
Max was very professional and I highly recommended Maximum Plumbing. Called on a Wednesday and he was here Thursday morning.

I just had a great experience (from first call to job completion) with Maximum Plumbing. The attention to detail from both Max and Lukas from my first call was outstanding.
Lukas quickly identified the issue I figured needed to be serviced, but then went above and beyond to assess a few other potential issues I hadn't even considered. His desire to do the job right likely saved me tens of thousands of dollars in future flood damage in the very near future.
This was a great overall experience, and I also appreciated that their pricing was fair.

Our ejector pump stopped working after many years of usage. Max's team was able to come and fix it the same day I called. The price is very competitive and their service is excellent! Highly recommended.
Had Maximum plumbing out today to fix 2 issues we were having. Came earlier than expected and explained the job and even showed us a couple tips for prevention. Would highly recommend!
Just needed a pipe fixed under my sink. Slow leak. Lucas was prompt and very nice. I would highly recommend!
I needed a toilet I had bought installed at my house. Maximum Plumbing was available on short notice and did an outstanding job. They remove the old toilet from the basement bathroom and took it upstairs for me to dispose of it, they would've taken it for an additional $20 but my trash disposal company Will pick it up on trash day. They did an excellent job installing the new toilet and testing it and cleaning up. The price was reasonable at $195 which I thought was fair. First time using Maximum Plumbing and I will use them again in the future.
Sump pump failed, I called Maximum Plumbing, got a response immediately, pump was replaced the next day, job was done in a very professional and clean manner. Can't ask for more. I will definitely use this company again.

Had a great experience with maximum plumbing replacing a hot water heater. They were responsive via text and phone call, very competitive on price.
During the installation they wore masks, took shoes off in the house, and left my basement very clean.

Max was prompt in responding to messages. The water heater installation quote he provided had appropriate details of the job. The price was reasonable. He made sure to leave the place clean after the job was done. His work passed inspection without any problems.
Lucas came out promptly when I needed a toilet replaced. I already had the new toilet. He was courteous and efficient. He also made sure that my drain line wasn't clogged like I thought it may be - which was a relief. He told me that I needed a new water supply shut-off valve because mine was old and wasn't closing completely. He offered to replace it for $60 which was the cost of the new valve and not would not charge me any labor cost because he was charging me for the toilet installation. I questioned how a small valve could possibly cost so much, but asked him to go ahead and replace it.
Later I resolved this with the business owner Max who agreed that the charge was excessive.

Max is absolutely the best plumber I've ever dealt with!!! I've hired him several times and have never been disappointed!! So far he has installed a new sump pump, fixed a problematic leaking/clogged kitchen sink and installed a brand new water heater. He was always informative, patient with questions, always on time if not earlier than expected, cleaned up any mess and was able to quote over the phone!! I never got an impression that he was dishonest like previous plumbers I've hired. I will refer him to all my friends/family and even my clients (I'm a Real Estate Broker). I contacted Max plumbing, he got back to me within an hour.
I explained my problem and set up a appointment for him to come out the
following day. Max diagnosed the problem and repaired it within one hour.
Good service and reasonably priced, Maximum plumbing will get my
business for any plumbing problems in the future.

Called Maximum Plumbing to fix a few issues with our new home. They arrived as stated on April 20th, but only reviewed what needed to be repaired. Was charged $85 for the visit and was told that I would be called with an estimate in a day or two. It is now May 12th and I never received a call with an estimate and no one followed up with me regarding the repairs. They had no problem calling me to let me know they were running late on April 20th, so there is no issue with my phone. They had no problem cashing my $85 check and emailing me a receipt. My $85 should be refunded since they did not followup as promised.

Max responded to my inquiry within minutes, provided an estimate and had us on his schedule that same day. He looked at the various fixtures that we thought might require repairs and provided some cost-saving DIY tips for a few of the items. Max fixed everything in no time at all and the final bill matched the original estimate. We'll definitely call him again when we need a plumber.

Max first answered my phone call to ask if he could call me back as he was at a customers. He promptly called me back within the hour and shortly after came over to take a look at my main water shut off valves. He quoted me a fair price compared to other quotes I got and completed the work quickly and professionally. He even took his shoes off to walk into my home. He is very responsive via phone call/text message. Not something that is easy to find in plumbers/electricians/contractors.
Very impressed with Maximum Plumbing and will be using them again for other projects.
I recieved an honest evaluation of our hot water tank. All it needed was for the spring to be cleaned and tank reset. I wasn't even charged for the visit. I will use Maximum Plumbing again for sure!
Honesty and professionalism at its best. If you're looking for a quote on a home project, I suggest you give Max a call. He didn't charge us anything to come look at what we needed done and he gave us some excellent (very honest) advice and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend Maximum Plumbing.

They came out the same day I called and got the job done. Very professional and very reasonable prices. I will be using them on my next plumbing project. I highly recommend using them.
I had a leak in the basement and after opening up my drywall determined the source to be the pipes leading to the laundry.
Max fit me into his busy schedule and helped explain why it was a disaster waiting to happen based on how it was setup by the previous owner. He came by the next day, fixed the issue, and now I can sleep easy knowing that I won't have an issue moving forward.
Max was great, the pricing was even better, and he respected my household by being sure to take off his shoes and by cleaning up after himself.

I called Maximum plumbing on a Monday afternoon and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Maxim was on time and professional. I had 3 fixes and recommended what repairs should be prioritized. He quoted me for all 3 repairs and we scheduled a time for him to come back. We were going to replace the cap to my sewer cleanout which may have turned into a much bigger job but he suggested an easier fix. He finished all three repairs in just over 2 hours. It's tough to find an honest, reasonably priced plumber who strives to offer the simplest solution. Max is a true old school tradesman. My only complaint is that he did not accept my offer of a cup of coffee. I worked hard to brew that Keurig pod.

Called Tuesday had an appointment the next day. Fixed a sump pump. Very reasonable. The next day, the water heater wasn't working. Called Max at Maximum Plumbing at 4:00 pm. He actually called back 2 minutes later and was at the house by 5:30. Shoes off, mask on, great attitude. Fixed the electric connections to the heater; no charge! No charge and service in less than 2 hours from a plumber! Guess I know who l'll be calling again.
Very honest, prompt, and nice to deal with. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

Through Yelp I requested quotes for a shower drip. I've been around the block a few times, as an older guy, and my assumption was that 99% of the time water leaks like this require a cartridge replacement in the Moen shower assembly, and this turned out to be the case. Maxim was willing to provide estimates, and soon showed up to do the work. Problem solved, thanks.

I found water leaking into my basement and called at 6:10pm in the middle of a pandemic and Max was at my house in 20 minutes! So nice and wore a mask and gloves and took his shoes off. Turns out my refrigerator is leaking and he told me I need an appliance repair person because thankfully there is not a plumbing issue. I asked what I owed and he wouldn't take money from me even for his time. Such a great honest guy and exceeded the great reviews I saw on Facebook about him. I will be using Maximum Plumbing moving forward and recommending him to everyone I know!

Max was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our crawl space. He came out that day and had very fair prices. Nice guy and quick worker. Would recommend him 100%!
Maxim is a very skilled plumber and an ever nicer person. He has solved several of our plumbing issues as well as fixing our sump pump which was previously very loud and inefficient. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. He has been available when we need him.
Maximum plumbing was great. We moved into a home in Hawthron Woods. Max came to our home and helped a plumbing need, then he helped us with an odd smell in the master bathroom. He was professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend this company.
