I called Affordable Plumbong this morning at 9'oclock, about putting in a new toilet and fixing my outsise water faucet that was leaking badly. They had their representative (Gustavo) here by 11o'clock. Guatavo went right to work, was friendly and helpfull answering any questions I had. I was very pleased at the work completed and the price charged. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done. Thanks guys for your fast responce and good work.

Charged $169. for half hour of work putting in pipe drain under kitchen sink. I was told it would be $69. for service call and $99. for each additional hour. Outrageous. Now it's unfortunate for them because now I need a new hot water system and I won't be calling affordable plumbing!

Called to get a rough estimate on replacing a water heater. The person that answered said there are a lot of things to take into consideration and basically ended the call. Didn't offer to come take a look, nothing. Must have so much business they don't need anymore.

I have been using these guys for several years and they do a great job. As the name implies, they can save you some money vs. the big ad guys in the Yellow Pages. I switched to Affordable from John's Plumbing with no drop off in service, but nearly 1/2 the price. Highly recommend.

Wes and Scott were nice enough and responsive. They had to replace the fan motor in my outside unit. They told me the cost for the part was $200 and the service fees and labor were an additional $300. It took them half an hour to replace the motor. Doesn't seem very affordable to me. They billed me $75 for 2 service calls (one to diagnose the problem and another service fee to return with the part), and $150 for 30 minutes worth of labor. I don't know, just seems too high to me.

I have used Affordable Plumbing several times the past few years and have never been disappointed. They showed up on time, performed the work and charged a far and reasonable price. When I had my water and sewer lines replaced they went out of their way to see to it my extensive landscaping was not harmed. Okay- I am updating my review of these guys. The problems we had were with Chip, one of the partners of the business. That bad impression has, unfortunately, not changed.

However, Mike the other partner has come through for us and been very accommodating and professional in resolving this matter so I have revised my stars and comments to be more positive. I'd say if you are dealing with Mike, he has been a stand up guy.
