Our bathroom sink was leaking after it had already been fixed previously. Trevor came out and immediately determined that the pipes had been put on incorrectly. He got the correct parts and re-assembled the sink properly, and also got out a major clog left by the previous tenants. In addition, he replaced our hot water shut off because it was not working. His prices were reasonable and the job was done quickly (and on short notice). We are very satisfied with his service will definitely be using him again.

Based on positive reviews and a good first impression I  hired Trevor Young for my remodeling project. He gave me a reasonable bid and promised to start work on Monday. And then at the last minute he sent an email, he had changed his mind, and my project wasn't worth his time. How professional!

Today was my first time calling Trever & he was very nice & knowledgeable.  My mother is 90 years old & very hard of hearing, but Trever was very patient answering her questions. We had a leak & water was all over the garage. He quickly found the problem & was fixed! Trever also cleaned up the mess for us. My mother & I will be calling Trever next week to pickup & install a new water softener unit.  We highly recommend Trever!!  We have quite a few household repairs & we will be calling on Trever for the job.

We had 4 outlets moved behind our mounted TVs. Not only did Trevor complete this project in the same day, he patched up the holes and textured for us. Couldn't ask for  better service. He will be my first call from now on!

Trevor responded to Yelp messenger promptly and was able to accommodate our request to do the work on Saturday.  Very good job.  Would not hesitate to use again.

I hate to leave any small business a bad review being a small business owner myself, but this was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!   The only reason I'm not giving him 1 star is because Trevor had done work for me before.  

I messaged him a week ago to return to my Uncles house to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen and haul away some items.  He had done work in the past with no problems.  

Yesterday, on the day he was to do the work, he flaked, no call, no vm, text or anything.  He finally texted me back several hours later to let me know he was on the way home from a trip out of town and couldn't make it.  What?!?   Wow.  I cut him some
slack on his unprofessionalism only because of the positive history before.  We agreed to a reschedule today @ 9:30a.  Again, he flaked, 0 communication after 2 texts.    I immediately hired someone else from Yelp who promised NOT to flake.  I texted him one last time to let him know not to bother coming (if he was even going to).  No apology, explanation, or response from him.   Not cool .... not cool at all.

Wow, Trevor provides excellent customer service! I had a toilet I needed to replace because the previous owners grouted the toilet to the floor. Anyways, Trevor came out took a look at it and took care of it. It needed a longer hose, because the current hose was too short; he took care of it. He did an amazing job and even hauled the old toilet. If you need handy man repairs, I would definitely recommend Trevor. He's awesome. I have a couple of other things I need to get done around the house and I will definitely be calling him up. If you want good service, quality work and someone reliable (arrived when he said he would), Trevor is your guy. Thanks man!

Trevor came out and installed a Tesla EV charger in my garage. Very responsive and arrived on time and completed the job in the time allotted. I did have an issue with the charger after the install and I messaged Trevor. He came out quickly and serviced the installation and it works perfectly now. Thank you Trevor!

I paid Young's Handyman $180 to fix my leaky faucet on 5/17/2020. What he did was replace the faucet and manage to cut our sink and damage it. He also managed to cut our granite and ruin our countertops. He even avoided me for weeks until I ran into him at the local hardware store. He then agreed to come by Wednesday 6/10/2020 and he was a no show. He failed to call or text. He can now expect to see me in small claims court along with this honest review with screenshots of our conversations. He caused damage and chose to leave it !! People deserve to know the truth. He is not professional and he treats his customers like they don't matter at all.

Trevor was very helpful installing a hot water dispenser on my kitchen sink and then coming back out to address another plumbing leak.  I would definitely follow up with him for other handyman services as he was prompt, responsive, and communicates well.

Our headaches began, when we trusted the reviews on YELP. We hired Trevor to handle as much remodeling as he was qualified to handle. That was a mistake. Trevor has just  enough knowledge to  appear as though he is qualified. Almost everything he touched in a 3 month span has cost us money to  be fixed by a professional. He completely disassembled our HVAC for a repair. That fix cost me appx $7k, as I had to hire an HVAC contractor to fix both of  his HVAC jobs that he totally jacked. His bathroom remodel left sewer drains dumping into our sub floor vs. correctly tie in to sewer lane. His electrical work all  has to  be corrected and put ip  to code. I am still having those issue resolved almost 3 months later. I consider myself lucky, he did not burn either of the properties down to the  ground!

Trevor always seemed to be hurting for money. Always  wanted to be paid before the jobs finished or inspected. Serious red flags!

God help anyone risking their property on his work product. I'm up to almost $10k getting his work fixed.

Don't believe the misleading statement by Trevor. We were most definitely-  a real customer!i interested parties can contact me direct for copies of Invoices. Don't make the same mistakes we did.

I have used Young Handyman Services several time for my building in Citrus Heights and Rocklin. He did some building maintenance and light installs for me. Reasonably priced and would use again. Thanks Trevor!

Had Trevor do some plumbing work at my home in Folsom.  Cannot say enough good things about the work.  He took the time to get the job done right and would not leave until the work was completed correctly and to my satisfaction.

I will be using his services again in the future.

Trevor is great. He shows up exactly on the dot and able to detect the problem and fixed it for us on the same day. Our dishwasher wasn't working and I had called several plumbers and appliances repair and non of them could come out right away. Trevor came and fixed it for us. I will definitely use Trevor in the future. We all need a dependable reliable handyman and I highly recommend Trevor.

Trevor has been back to do some other jobs around the house.  It nice to have someone who is skilled and reliable.

Trevor is great!  Hard worker, very efficient.  I had him remove an old jacuzzi tub.  Friendly, professional, and I will be hiring him again for future projects.

Well, a follow up to previous review. I was happy when owner followed up and offered to give me a small free service to make up for my previous review. Set up appt date and time for him to come out. Tick-tock. He never came much less a follow up message. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Highly recommend.  Prompt communication and follow up. Excellent clean craftsmanship and attention to detail. I will definitely be using again for lots of future projects.

I really needed a transfer switch installed since our electric leaders are leaving us on our own!
Trevor got to me even with the crush of work, he showed up the following day as promised and was able to get me up and running the following day.

It was great,  They were on time, the price was exaclty what he quoted.  Like with every job its not always as stright forward but they had the experpice to fix the issue and in less time than they estimated.  They even offered to help me move a few large appliances which was not apart of the bid.
