Cause two leaks inside my house. Tore up baseboards and drywall to dry left and never came back.called owner in December no one has called back. Paid them over $4000. Ruined our holiday season.

Update Rooter Ranger finally called back after this review, they sent someone out to see the damage and supposedly to finish the work. At that time he said we will make things right first we will refund us fully if not at least half of what we paid and we will send someone o jet the pipes today. Since then no one has come or called me back. They refunded half of the price we paid them through the finance company, without letting us know by phone email or text. We got an estimate to repair our home from the damage they caused and it will take about $3500 to repair the floors and walls not including the water soaked new rug and the bathroom vanity. We will be ramping up our efforts through the board of contractors and social media to get satisfaction.

Our drain became clogged preparing for Easter dinner. We contacted Rooter Ranger and set up appointment. They were very prompt, arriving as scheduled. The serviceman was very cordial, examined the problem and solved the situation within a matter of minutes.
The pricing was quite reasonable as well! I would recommend their services to all!

Only did one star because I don't know how to do negative stars..
They will take advantage of you and try to scam you by creating problems that do not exist. do not waste your time or money on this company. we contacted them to clear a clogged kitchen drain, after mgr came out, they insisted it was a major issue with mud & roots in our pipes and would cost $2500-2800 to jet the pipes. then stated it would cost $10k-15k when they start jackhammering into the bathroom floors. We only hired them because they offered a special to clear the drain for less than $50.. it ended up costing $270 by the time they left, and I still had a clogged drain. we called our normal plumber at Deer Valley Plumbing and they confirmed NO mud or roots in our pipes, it was simple grease clogged in the peatrap. but they stated, even if it was bad & needed a jet, it would only cost $800. definitely would not need any jackhammering into floors. the tech ANDRE and his manager totally took advantage of a woman home alone, offered several hugs, complimented all our hobbies, and played on my stressed emotions. they didn't even bother checking the peatrap or anything under the sink. they immediately went to mud & roots and even claimed to see them on the camera scope. LIARS and SCAMMERS!! I posted this review on their Facebook and they blocked my account within an hour. They are hiding bad reviews!! Do not use this shady company!!!!!

I had a really bad experience with another big plumbing company that left me putting off a non-emergency repair for most of this year. I called rooter Ranger this morning after hearing an advertisement on the radio. Within about an hour from my first call the plumber was at my house and my toilet was fixed for the $47 drain clear special. The plumber was honest, friendly and quick. Next time I won't take so long to call because these guys are awesome!

They damage my bathroom. First they said that roots had damage the sewer pipe under the house. No roots were found. They then said that the flange the holds the toilet in place. They had to unbolt the toilet to remove it. Get another plumber to verify that the work needs to be done. They sent me a bill for $3600. Get the repair in writing; don't sign a tablet or a phone. I finally receive a full refund.

Our toilet backed up over the weekend, how inconvenient. We had major stoppages and while even draining the washer or other plumbing up upstairs during the stoppage the bottom floor toilet would overflow. So I called these guys to verify a $47 drain clearing special would include my issue, they said yes. Isaac my technician immediately identified the source of the problem underneath our house. He then snaked the line going towards our house and within 2-3 feet water began gushing like a river out to the main out. He also recommended a later on further look in with a camera back into the drain to prevent possible future problems.

We had a sewer line blockage and flooding. They gave us a quote saying that our insurance would cover most of the cost. They recommended green sky finance company which the lead got me to sign to cover the costs that insurance was not going to cover.
They processed the financed cost before they did the work without my authorization. They quoted me $10k and then charged me 18k.

Don't trust these scumbags. They subcontracted the work to another plumber that they probably picked up from the car park of Home Depot. Left our house in a shambles. Dust and dirt everywhere and even left our old toilet in the front yard for the 2months it took them to fix the issue. The owners denied that they did a unprofessional job. They didn't care because they paid themselves before the job was done. I filed a complaint with them and the finance company. 2 years later I get notified that there is a class action suit from the finance company processing unauthorized loans from contractors like ROOTER RANGER LLC.
I'm grateful that I lodged a formal complaint, as I can now claim costs that I did not approve.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PLUMBERS.

They will scam you with the finance company and pay themselves before the job is done.

EDIT: I do not know for certain the name of the person I met. I did not ask for ID. My identification was based on the fact that I was given a business card for a man named Jordan Beebe, who contacted me after this review to say he hasn't been in the field for three years.

That may be true. I just know the name from the business card (see photo), and was told that the man who worked the camera through the pipes was said to be the supervisor/boss to the original tech who tried to fix the issue. I have amended the references to his name in this review.

Rooter Ranger was out at my older (1970s) basement home in Gilbert, Arizona on June 5, 2021. I had called for plumbing help because our downstairs bathroom was backed up.

I have since had the problem completely fixed by another company (including a camera check), and can now say definitively that he was totally wrong about the problem.

The company representative *insisted* that there was a break in the pipe under the slab in the adjacent room. This was not the case. (See photo.)

At the time, I told him at least twice that what he was suggesting made no sense, based on where the drain entered the sump, and the logical path for the plumbing in the bathroom. Even with their camera, he apparently couldn't orient himself with what he was seeing.

He relied solely on pinging his electronic equipment, instead of taking the time to use visual clues (with and without the camera), listening to his customer's concerns, measuring the distance, and/or doing his due diligence by looking inside the sump pump basin. (I asked him twice if he wanted to take a look inside it, and he said no both times.)

So he couldn't be bothered to take the time to check out a very integral part of our plumbing system that was near the bathroom, nor did he seem to verify anything else that could have been the issue... but he had no problem at all immediately telling me that the solution was $3,200-$3,400 of jackhammering/repair to fix the broken pipe. (He didn't even mark the area on the floor where he thought the problem was. How was someone supposed to properly fix anything without such guidance?)

If he had simply checked the pump basin, the company representative would have literally seen the root of the problem -- as well as the tip of the camera -- and he also might have even noticed that the pipe was not broken. (The root entry was at a joint, not due to a break.)

What the company representative suggested would have been very destructive, expensive, hugely disruptive to our entire household -- and completely unnecessary. He also prolonged the length of time it took to solve our major plumbing problem.

And to get to the point where he could deliver this advice, the company charged me $200.

Before submitting this review, I contacted Rooter Ranger about this issue with the details above. I got one brief email back from someone else, suggesting a phone call -- but I never received a call or voicemail. (ETA: I gave them 30 days to contact me/discuss this before posting this review.)

A follow-up email has seen no response at all.

We waited for nearly a month to write this review because Isaac was so darn NICE and seemed to want to help us and we wanted to give the main office time to contact us but they never did, even after repeated calls. My daughter's toilet in the master bedroom that she rents out in her older, small home on Mulberry Drive in SW Phoenix got plugged up on Dec. 18, 2021. Isaac came out and tried to clear it, couldn't do it, then said we needed to use water to blast it out. He went up on the roof because the older home does not have access points and was able to clear it. Charged us $1189 for clearing the pipe and running a camera down to see if they could find the problem, which they did the next day. We paid for it and Isaac assured us that the amount could be put toward any more expensive repairs that needed to be made.

Apparently the camera showed a problem out near the road. Repairs would cost in excess of $5000 - 6000. My daughter has two toilets, and only one of them was backing up repeatedly. The renter was not putting anything she shouldn't down the drain. I asked Isaac, If the problem is at the road, why aren't BOTH toilets backing up? He said that maybe it was closer to the outlet near the road, which did not make sense to me.

My issue is two-fold: 1) My daughter has repeatedly asked for a detailed receipt showing what the $1189 included and has been assured each time that she would be sent one. None has arrived as of almost a month after the service. I tried calling and no one who has any authority is ever in the office.
2) This amount seems exceptionally high for the work performed. Am I wrong? Do you have some sort of a price chart we could see?

My husband and a plumber friend who used to work many years for a rooter company came over a few days later, removed the toilet, and ran hot water for 10 minutes down the tub and toilet pipes with no blockage.

We would like to see the video of the problem with the pipes to confirm that an actual problem exists. If the pipe issues near the road are not actually what caused the blockages, we would like some of our money returned and an explanation of what they did and a receipt showing the work done. No complaints about Isaac, as he was trying to be helpful and just did what his boss told him to do.

Please contact us or my daughter to resolve this issue. I have called the office several times to try to talk to someone in charge with absolutely no luck.

UPDATE: The delightful Albert from HR returned my call on Jan. 14, 2022, and we tried to figure out why my daughter did not get the invoice that she had requested several times. Turned out that someone had written her email address down wrong and within a few minutes, she received the receipt. Rooter Ranger also agreed to a partial refund for the work done because we had so much trouble getting this resolved and explained to us. My daughter is still waiting for a final phone call explaining what she will need to do in the future based on the results from the camera. Daughter swore she spelled out her email several times, but..... oh, well.

We had called for a simple snake for the main line on a late Friday
afternoon. Adrian came out they and found that it wasn't simply plugged, their was some kind of serious blockage. Said would be back with camera line to see what we were dealing with, but cleared enough so it was usable temporarily. With the camera line, he showed the results to my husband who could see it was exactly what he said it was. A hole in the pipe that tree roots grew into. He told us how much it would be, how fast they could be out, and how long it would take, and called the city to mark electrical wires first. They finished on time with almost no interruption of water use. Teyon (TE-on) was the technician that did the huge job digging 7 feet down and then under our driveway so it wouldn't have to be broken and replaced the piece of pipe. He was fantastic to work with and could not have been nicer. Everyone there went above and beyond. This is the only plumber in my contacts now. I will forgo my home warranty and call this company instead.

I called his company last night as an emergency to unclog a toilet. They have the most competitive pricing in town. The professionalism the plumber showed when he arrived to the house was superb. He actually took off his shoes so he wouldn't dirty our carpets and I didn't even ask him to. He explained what the problem was, and he fixed it in a prompt fashion. My bathroom facet had lost all pressure for some reason. While driving to work, I had just happened to hear a commercial for Rooter Ranger offering a special for a plumbing evaluation. I called to schedule and appointment, and within 45 minutes, a gentlemen named Jason from Rooter Ranger was here. He looked at the sink and within minutes, he determined that it was just the filter on the facet. With a few twists of a wrench, it was fixed. He shook my hand, told me to have a good weekend, and said this one is on the house. Please remember us for next time.

If I could give them negative stars I would. First they are EXPENSIVE. For 5 water cut offs I was charged $800. Only 2 were under a sink.
Second job I was told they have plenty of techs waiting on a call. When the estimate was given, they couldn't get here until tomorrow.
When the techs showed up at 7:45am, they STUNK!! Smelled like they had slept off a drunken bender. Then they did not take care when cutting out the drywall and were not going to replace it! For almost $2k to move kitchen water line and drain 6, replace ice maker supply and one supply line, I would have expected better care or at least rough replacement of drywall. I found another plumber that did the job for less than $500. Shop around and don't get taken.

Read till the end!!! We contacted this company because we had a clogged drain. We were told at the time that it would be a $47 service charge as long as it was simply a clogged drain. Technician arrived on site and stated that he would auger the mainline. He claimed when he did so that something was causing his line to stick and did not want to try to auger it from the toilet side. He then stated that he needed to use a camera line to find and inspect the clog. My husband normally handles these type of things but he just recently had two surgeries so this is why we called the company. He was here on site letting the technician know he believed it was on the toilet side and it simply just needed a larger auger than we had here at home. The technician informed us that that was not the case and if that was to be done that the toilet would have to be completely removed. Which we refused because that was going to be an additional several hundred dollars. He's in insisted that he had to charge us for the camera to be placed in the line to inspect. And called another technician to assist him with this. When the camera was placed nothing was found and my husband insisted that he auger from the toilet side. When he did so the clog went right through and everything started flowing. He then proceeded to tell us that he had to charge us for his time and for the camera even though it was just a simple unclogging like we knew from the start. So we spent several hundred dollars more than we needed to all because he refused to do what was the simple task . We felt like this was all intentional from the beginning and really feel taken advantage of. Please be cautious when using this company as it appears they are just out to make the most money possible. We will not be using or recommending their services in the future.

**UPDATE** So after this whole ordeal, we got a surprise visit this morning from Rooter Ranger, specifically Daniel, who, within 15mins diagnosed and located the leak. Daniel and the team of professional, extremely knowledgeable and kind plumbers fixed the issue within 2 hours! Thank you Rooter Ranger for sending Daniel... he's the best!

Absolute WORST plumbing company in The Valley. Do not hire them unless you want to get jerked around for DAYS without anyone diagnosing the issue or fixing your plumbing leak. They also keep suggesting and referring out other companies so they don't have to do any actual work because they're either a. Incompetent or b. Lazy.

We discovered we had a leak somewhere in our upstairs bathroom and was dripping into our kitchen and garage. A representative came out and said they couldn't diagnose the leak until another contract company would come out to cut the drywall and expose the piping so they could find the leak. Well, today said company came out and removed my ENITRE CEILING in the kitchen and half of my garage. Called this sorry excuse of a plumbing company to come out and locate and fix the leak so we could have someone come out and repair the ceiling.

The regional manager came out and assured me that that's not how we do business so we waiting for him to come out. He finally arrived 4 hours after speaking on the phone and left within 5 mins, telling my husband that he couldn't fix the issue because it's the wood under the toilet seat that's wet and is causing the issue... like what?! What kind of diagnosis is that?! We can see it's wet and there's something CAUSING the leak, wouldn't you think?! Well, we were again told that another company would have to come out to fix the flooring and he left WITHOUT SO MUCH AS TO DIAGNOSE OR LOCATE THE LEAK!!!!

I called the company again, furious, and apparently my message will be sent to all the supervisors -- but I'm not sure what good that will do, these plumbers are absolutely the worst most incompetent, clock-milking, wanna get paid for doing nothing kind of plumbers.

I HIGHY suggest you RUN quickly and find another company to help with plumbing needs; this company SUCKS!!!

We had a water main break in our front yard. Isaac came out within an hour and found the break. He worked well past sundown to get us hooked up with temporary water. They came back the next day and replaced our whole line. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. I will be calling them next time I need plumbing done!

Update: While it took a VERY long time to get a response back from the company, they did finally reach out and were able to provide a large portion of the money back. Which I do feel like was an appropriate amount for the work that was done. Once I was able to get in contact with someone, it was clear customer experience was and is a top priority priority for the company. I still do not recommend the third party company Quick Restore for repairs, as they wanted to slap some flooring over water damaged subfloor on my second story bathroom. But, I would think about using this plumbing company again, as the work was great. Just be mindful only insurance can tell you what you will and will not be reimbursed for.

When replacing a toilet i discovered the flange underneath had broken. Called rooter ranger to come out to replace it. They said the floor needed to be torn up around the drain in order to replace the flange and quoted me $2600 to fix it. Had someone else come out the next day to look who was able to remove the old one and install a replacement for $150.

Called last night as they are a 24 hrs of operation company, or at least they say they are, the woman who answered the phone was rude and told me no one would come out that night, I only have one bathroom in my house and was forced to go outside until a different plumbing company was able to show up and resolve my issue, mainline turned out to be shatter with roots and its going to be a massive project starting Monday and I would recommend you all use someone else, thats fast reliable and they will come out the same day. DO NOT USE ROOTER RANGER!!!

The plumber they sent out to our house (on January 27th) was completely incompetent and we were grossly overcharged for the service he did do.
He came out to check out why we had water accumulation on the bottom of the bathroom vanity. He said he could not find any leaks and suggested that, because the pipe was clogged, water was backing up and the pressure was causing leakage from one of the drain seals. He offered to clean the plastic drain pipes out for $99. This sounded expensive, still we wanted the problem handled so we let him proceed. It took him only 5 minutes to do the job, a very expensive 5 minutes. Now, on February 15th, the problem is back. We called our usual plumber (who was not available the first time) and it literally took him seconds to find the leak that was in the faucet connection causing the water accumulation. DO NOT HIRE! Plumbers poorly trained.

Everyone else was booked out a week or more.

These guys could be here in 20 minutes. I had a simple toilet mechanical problem. They said, no problem, $189. I suggested that was pretty high for a $10 part and 10 minutes. He, Louis, nice guy, said, I don't make up the prices.

i said I'll pass and he wished me a nice day and left briskly. I get the impression that their business plan is to lurk around Phoenix with high availability and higher prices. Not what I needed. It is a shame since I have two more plumbing issues we never discussed.

I guess I'll just use the other toilets until next week.

Rooter Ranger failed to unclog my clogged kitchen sink, despite attempting it four times with a snake. However, after giving up on the clog, three staff members then put considerable effort into touring my home, producing an estimate for $6,300 (discounted!) for other work - all while the drain was still clogged. Luckily, I contacted another plumber for a second opinion, who came to my house within an hour and unclogged the sink as requested in 20 minutes, with a snake, for $175. I felt pressured by Rooter Ranger to pay for extensive plumbing work when all I wanted and required was an unclogged sink.
Rooter Ranger contacted me after I posted this review and reimbursed me the $175 I paid the other plumber who resolved my issue, as well as asking me to taken down this review

I had issues with my garbage disposal. After contacting several plumbers, Rooter Ranger Plumbing was the only one with immediate availability to address the situation. They were very professional and reached out right away to confirm a time that worked for me. A.J. came out to assess the situation and found the problem. He took care of everything in a timely manner and was very informative about what was going on, without mansplaining, which I appreciate. I asked him to check another problem I was having with a wobbly toilet. He made sure I was aware of what could be causing the issue before moving forward and even contacted his supervisor to ensure I was getting the correct service, which was also appreciated. I have had situations where the plumber dispatched made recommendations that were not correct and they did not seek any higher up recommendations. Rooter Ranger Plumbing provided the proper solution and were able to take care of all my necessary repairs the next day. As a single woman it's hard to trust repair recommendations in any field but Rooter Ranger Plumbing was honest and very capable of handling all of my repairs. I definitely will be calling them back with any future repairs or services. Thank you!!!

Manager called to apologize for previous service call. Technicians will be instructed to be very careful with providing diagnosis of situation. If not 100% sure of observations Rooter Ranger will convey that information to owner and recommend additional diagnostics until problem is correctly diagnosed.
Rooter Ranger offered to pay for the cost of the 2nd company. I declined the offer since I am convinced they will offer excellent - professional service to myself and other customers in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the people with this company. Last time, it was my old house. This time, it's at a new place. Over the course of a few months I have had a few plumbing issues here and the folks at Rooter Ranger ( Mikey, Travis and others ) have been exceptionally easy to work with. Every time I call, I'm fortunate enough to get same day service and the issue resolved the same day. They do more than just sewer stuff. Don't hesitate, call them now.
For those interested in details, please read on. Over a period of a month, I'd notice this weird smell coming from the master bedroom and I couldn't quite pinpoint it. At first, I thought it was my dog ( poor guy ). Then, not long after, my dog moved to a farm upstate. Yep. He gone. Anyways, after he left us, the smell returned and I still couldn't quite figure it out. After much frustration, I called the Rangers and Mikey stopped in. He took a look and gave me his thoughts on it. I told him I'd consider the options he presented and get back to them. In a nutshell, he suggested that we could replace the wax ring on the toilet or smoke the place and see where we end up. I called back a few days later and opted for the wax ring ( it was much less expensive ) and when he began the toilet removal, he discovered that the old wax ring hadn't even been mashed down. Apparently, when the wind whips up from our summer storms, it can hit that roof pipe just right and force that stanky sewer air back towards the inside of the house. If the toilet had been sealed properly, I would never have even known that was a thing.
Anyway, he was in and out in less than an hour and crisis averted !

Frank was AWESOME! He showed up with a great attitude and ready to work. We had two issues, one with our toilet and one with our shower drain. He fixed both in a timely manner and saw there may be a future issue with our plumbing. He gave us an estimate should we decide to get that fixed. Worst experience with a plumber! Came out quick but as soon as he got here he was up selling me to remove the toilet for $500 before he even did anything. I am a rental property owner for the past 26 years and this guy was barley wet behind the ears! I said I would remove the toilet and before I could ever get my wrench to remove the two nuts that holds the toilet he said I have for other jobs! I dismissed him and proceeded to do the job and call another plumber to help me get the job done! You should have at least tried something before you up sell anyone! I feel bad for people that don't know anything and you take advantage of them! Very sad!

We had a clogged drain happen in our kitchen on Friday night. We made the dreaded weekend service call and were so very pleased with Rooter Ranger and Mario! Mario was dispatched to our home and was so kind and courteous. He was professional and clean- wore his mask the entire time.

Mario was very sweet with our curious kiddos too. COVID has them starving for social interaction and he sweetly asked them about our dog. Just so kind.

DO NOT USE IN SAN DIEGO. Absolute trash, they tried to clear a clog in a bathroom sink. Dude snaked it 6 feet and failed to clear the clog, he proceeded to tell me I needed to hydro flush it. He then used the snake through the P trap thinking the clog might be right below the sink and like an idiot broke the P-Trap at the curve. Not thinking it was a possibility with a powered snake... He then tells me it will be 350 dollars for the FAILED (not to mention short 6 foot) snake and to replace the plumbing HE BROKE. He goes and gets supplies for the new plumbing he broke.... it takes 3 hours with no communication; he does not have basic piping in his truck??? He then fixes it - tells me I will be billed via a phone call and leaves. Before he leaves, I ask him what his credentials are - he says he's a plumber, but he went to trade school for HVAC...he wasn't even licensed, not even an apprentice.

I get another local and trusted local plumber in and he snakes to 30 feet and fixes the problem. This actual plumber is also confused as to why the moron went only 6 feet into the wall and then AFTER - put the snake though the P-Trap??? Additionally, the Ranger Rooter Plumber's fix job is of such poor tolerance that it is likely to leak in the future due to terrible construction. If you are in San Diego County DO NOT click that first add for Rooter Ranger, they are frauds. I know they are a big operation out of AZ and NV so I hope you all are monitoring your reviews and respond to this. I will let you know which people you have on staff that will be awfully bad for the future of your expansion here in San Diego.

To whom it may concern -
today my fill valve in my toilet needed fixing .

Austin's showed up shortly thereafter - he -for a young man , had an unprecedented amount of knowledge about plumbing.

Austin felt it was only fair to not charge me because - it was NOT BROKEN...just needed a lowering of the h20 levels - in the new toilet !
I would recommended this company to anyone needing an honest and accurate analysis of your plumbing .

I had a slab leak in March of 2020. Rooter Ranger was fast to respond and inspected my house. They recommended a leak detection company. Rooter Ranger later provided me an estimate to fix the problem and I agreed. A few days later, Rooter Rangar said a technician would come at 10am. I waited and no one showed up. Someone eventually called and said they would be late. They showed up at 1230am. The tech cut into some drywall and said he needed to wait for his supervisor to approve the work. A short time later, he says the supervisor cannot come. The technician says they will be back the following day at 8am to finish the job. I wait. No one. Around 1pm, I text a supervisor and he says they come in an hour or so. Overall, I paid $6200. They did the job and I was satisfied. However, I waited around hours for them to come and great businesses don't do that to customers.

Our main line backed up into our kitchen sink at 5:15am (ughhh the smell!!), contacted Rooter Ranger Plumbing at around 6:30am, they got back to me within a short timeframe and set-up for a technician to come out, Gabe, who arrived around 10am. Upon inspecting the issue and clearing the sink he brought in Mike to run a camera and see exactly what was preventing the snake from moving forward. 35+ years of gunk and never cleaned before mains that run out about 120 feet from the house to the city line, is what was causing the problem.

They let us know our options, we went with the hydro jet option, expensive but Alfredo did a wonderful job in clearing the lines, by 9pm the problem was solved for good.

Mike came back out to video the lines, a world of difference in the two videos letting us know we got our money's worth when all the lines were cleared, except for a portion running from the end of our line to the city line where there was a lip. Alfredo came back out the next day and cleared that part out also. Definitely will be using these guys again, thanks so much!

I called up Rooter Ranger Plumbing for a drain cleaning service as my kitchen drain had clogged up ; Mario came over promptly within 90 minutes with his colleague Alfredo came and cleared up my drain within 20 minutes. They were articulate in explaining the cause, steps to control grease buildup and the services one could use to prevent such issues in the future. I will recommend them for this service and will call them for any future plumbing requirements that I have.

We had someone come out but he could not get his snake in our drain. Was very friendly and did not charge as he could not snake. He then had his supervisor come out with camera but could not camera drain where clog was. They then used camera on roof vent which did not address clog. They then snaked inside (supervisor) and he said he got the snake in but it got stuck. They then told me that it would be over 10 grand to repair. When wife got home we used our snake and got it draining again. I am now being asked to pay for camera even know they never got camera in our drain under sink. I was originally told that if Di not fix clog then there would not be a charge.

I wouldn't expect to feel good about a plumbing emergency and I've experienced plenty of them, but Frank and Armando just left our house after diagnosing and fixing a tricky problem that left us without hot water in our kitchen and I'm actually cheerful. They got here fast, were super friendly and reassuring, and quickly and methodically ruled out possibilities before pinpointing the malfunction. I know there were a couple of points where less-scrupulous professionals could have easily capitalized on my lack of expertise and charged a lot more, but these guys were openly happy for us that our repairs would not cost more than they did. I have full confidence that these are the guys to call when something worse goes wrong.

I called Rooter Ranger a couple of times and both times were top notch.

First of all, I like that they answer the phone immediately with no bs on the way.
Once I explained the issue at the lady over the phone, she immediately sent the guy.

Sadly for me, the second time was a major pipe leaking outside of the dwelling so they had to send the supervisor as well and look with the cable camera.
The two gentlemen, Jared and Mikey, were both very nice and professional. They tried to save me as much money as they can.

In one day, they dug into the stucco of my condo and fixed the cracked pipe. They worked fast and diligently.

Communication was also very easy and effective. After they were done with their job, they notified a local painter to re-do the dwelling with the right color paint.

They took care of everything so I'm glad we paid them fairly.

I recommend this business and I would call them again if I needed to.

On Sunday, my shower stopped working and was dripping uncontrollably. Frank came out (after 6pm on Sunday!), and assessed the situation. It is a 30 year old shower/plumbing. Frank was able to stop the dripping and is trying to find a valve that will fit into this old thing and will return tomorrow. Frank is a very nice person, very professional, and an expert. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have to say the service call is just finishing up, but Cooper was at my house he went over all the work that the previous plumber from another company did. Made sure that I understood what was causing the issues, and was able to fix what previous plumbing companies were telling me would require a gut and new bathroom. He was able to get my parents who are seniors taken care of and in the end not only make sure everything was done right but that they knew how to use everything and were comfortable. I couldn't be happier, he is someone that I will keep on speed dial for any issues.

UPDATE:. Almost 2 years on waiting for a permit for septic. They also installed a Well Pump and pressure tanks. They used a 2017 motor for a 2020 repair. Something that should of had a warranty. System went down approx. 1 year after repair, by installing a new pump motor, pressure tanks and electrical box (ALL NEW). Low end products and used parts were installed at inflated rate.

We just had the Rooter Rangers out today and within an hour of my call they were out here fixing my slow draining kitchen sink. Dakota in the office was extremely nice and listened to what I needed. My call was given to an Isaac that was crazy nice to my family as well as empathetic to my issue. Isaac got to work quickly doing the work and even showed me some of the results that he found while snaking my sink. Isaac gave great suggestions and how we can keep from having future issues and said great things about the company you can tell he's proud to work for. As I write this it's 8:15 p.m. and I'm already sending out ranger rooters phone number to friends and family that may need a service later on. As I feel like is fairly common, I was hesitant to call for plumbing services but I'm very grateful that I landed with this company. Great job to the company for hiring an outstanding technician!

this call was in response to work done 10 months ago. they came out and evaluated and after much discussion it was decided it was connected to previous work so under warranty. Alfredo came out and attacked the problem as if it was one he hadn't seen before. He reinspected the lines concerned and went to working unplugging the line by jetting and rooter rooting, alternating til clear. at all times pleasant, knowledgeable and keeping us informed every step of the way. when finished he informed us that he was going to perform a test with all the water running and the washing machine as well. he said when Alfredo is satisfied, its done. Well done Alfredo. We also have to say that Mike was out the day before and very understanding of our needs. THANK YOU ROOTER RANGER RANGERS LOL WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I'm a landlord and manage a lot of properties. I had a drain that was backing up and I couldn't clear it with a handheld 25' snake myself. Called Rooter Ranger, and for their base rate of $47, they sent someone out very quickly. So far, so good. The tech ran a larger snake 35' into the line but couldn't clear it. Called me and recommended running a camera into the line to further diagnose the issue (not necessarily clear it) for $199. Said they would apply the $47 to the $199. I declined the camera for the moment, and paid them the $47. I heard back from another rooter vendor that I've used in the past later that day, and they sent a tech out the next day. Cleared the line for their base rate of $105. So my total cost was $152. I guess that if it's an easy fix Rooter Ranger is a good value. If it's harder to fix, the other vendor is the way to go. Glad I didn't pay for the camera.

Mark & Tito came out to unclog the kitchen and fix a leak. They were here approximately five minutes before they fixed the clog. The leak required 2 washers and they were done fairly quickly. No jacking up the price and charging for stuff I didn't actually need. I would definitely use them again. 100%

These guys were great! Carlos, Mark and the camera tech were prompt, courteous, went beyond to try and fix my plumbing issue. Carlos offered to go and get ME a drink from the store or asked if I needed anything. He kept me in the loop during the WHOLE process. He didn't just go from one end of the house to the next without letting me know what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will never go to Bill Howe again. This job was way over priced in my opinion, nearly $8K to repair the sewer line just before Christmas. They told us it would be a very deep dig, and would need to be done by a special machine, a master plumber, and that they would be finished in 3-4 days. The price seemed high but worth it to get'er done before Christmas, and done right. They put 2 laborers there to 'start' digging but never got the machine.

For 3 very long days one or two guys dug with shovels, using flood lights after dark. They had to use their own tools, and were not trained well for safety, but these laborers had a great attitude and worked hard. My husband had to stop them and call the supervisor to complain that the hole needed to be shored up or it might cave in on them. The supervisor dropped off wood and left. They did their best but needed more guidance. The laborers were great, never complained, and seemed happy to have my husband watching out for them. It has been over a year and we have had no problems, so it did get done right, which is why they earned 3 stars.

Even if they paid the laborers $25 an hour for 100 man-hours of digging/filling in that's $2500. The 'master plumber' that sold us this job was in that hole for 2 hours max, let's give him $500/hour. No expensive machine. For overhead, insurance, $1500. That's $5000. We just felt ripped off once we saw that most of the job was digging by untrained labor and very little supervision!

Love Issaic. Got in on Friday morning we got a clogged drain. Called and had an appointment scheduled. Issaic came out in about two and half hours. He is very hard working man. Unclog floor drain in less than 30 minutes. Only $47 bucks. Will repeat business.

Our kitchen sink backed up on Friday night. I had my own 40' 1/2 tape 'snake'--I was unable to break through from the clean out outside. Had to call a plumber. Googled and found Rooter Ranger--$67 drain cleaning special. Called around 10am--scheduled for 11-1 arrival. Gust Isotalo arrived on time and started the cleaning after confirming $67!! 40 minutes later he finally got through the blockage!! Still only $67 and with a 30 day guarantee! I'm very impressed and will be using Rooter Ranger from now on. Gust was kind, professional and left my back patio cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend these guys...

Note: Actual services were not performed, but overall experience during quoting process was very good.
Our water heater went out and we were looking into going tankless instead of using our home warranty to repair/replace the standard tank heater that failed us, so we asked Rooter Ranger to come out for a quote. We agreed on a time and, unfortunately, we weren't able to be there when they arrived, but they were very understanding and looked at our project while we weren't there and quickly provided a quote. Though we ultimately decided to stay with the home-warranty repair due to costs, Rooter Ranger was very professional and seemed very thorough and knowledgeable, so we will definitely contact them for any future plumbing needs.

Charged thousands of dollars to fix an issue they couldn't even fix. Never got a refund and they left the work incomplete. We had to end up doing it ourselves. Ended up trying to charge us for work that was never done. Only removed the excess charge when we mentioned it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

After my home warranty suggested a plumbing co. for a blocked line I reviewed said co.
What a joke.
I called Rooter Ranger and within a couple of hours Casey showed up . I was impressed the moment I met him he performed the service that was required at the time and walked me through the process on a whole home service.
This company really does own up to the 5 star rating they so deserve!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY!! TALK YOU INTO SIGNING YOUR LIFE AWAY! GET MORE BIDS!!!
Well, where do I begin? Josh came out on Christmas Eve as we had a stopped up pipe in our kitchen. He tried to snake it and said it wouldn't work as it would only go 3 feet in the drain line (in the wall). I had already done that myself and knew it was blocked! He said he would be back day after Christmas with a man who does the camera in the line.

Erick (the camera guy) came out and showed my father the video of the drain. He claimed that the main drain pipe was broken and needed to be replaced. I came home to hear this! He said he had to go outside to his truck to work the numbers? He came back in and said it would be about $19,500.00. He said that we should just do the bathroom also for only $3,000.00 more as if he was doing us a favor! He said that we were really getting a great price and that he applied the SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT!! Sure......I balked at that price and also questioned the whole assessment. After he talked my parents into financing the job (2 separate loans)!!!! I asked my parents to hold off!! They are on a fixed income as my dad is 78 and my mother is 84 years old. While Erick was doing his selling, I was finding other legitimate companies that won't screw you over!!

I left and went to work, and couldn't shake the idea that these guys are shysters'! They aren't here to help you! I shortly received 2 phone calls from other plumbing companies in the area. I called my father to stop whatever Rooter Rangers had talked him into as they wanted to come and start the job in the morning. Once they start working you're obligated to the contract.

I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND BID THE JOB. He snaked the main pipe from outside, which Rooter Rangers did not and said there is nothing wrong with our Main Drain. He showed my father the snake and there was no dirt or debris whatsoever. He could fix it, no problem. It was for only $850.00! WOW what a HUGE relief! Are you serious? Erick should be fired!! If I was the owner of this company I would be appalled that this type of behavior was being conducted and would NOT want my name behind it!!

I would definitely recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone looking for a great professional plumbing and speedy service work, had a clogged pipe and a major leak got ahold of Rooter Ranger and notified them of my problem and the female I spoke to advised me that a Tech would be out to my house in about an hour and sure enough the Tech called me 30 minutes later talk about speedy reply and the Tech Roy Camacho advised me that he would be at my house in a few minutes which only took him about 15 minutes to show up at my house, Roy was very professional and clean with the work that he provided and he was done quick and left me satisfied and happy that I got my kitchen sink fixed I am definitely gonna do business with Roy Camacho and Rooter Ranger as far as plumbing problems from here on into the future Thanks Rooter Ranger for the Great honest work.

I've used Jordan four times now. Always on time and always finishes the job quickly. In my 30 years here in the valley I've run into some pretty shady plumbing companies that come out on time for the estimate and then when you hire them, they don't show up on the days or even the times they promise. Then they try to up sale you on things that you don't need. I've never had this issue with Rooter Ranger. His guys are clean and courteous and professional and show up when they promise. In my humble opinion Jordan is by far one of the most honest humble men I've ever known. You hire him, and you're treated like one of the family.

I had another company give me a quote for a job they didn't fix the first time out. After snaking my toilet and leaving, the water started to back up in the tub and toilets. After he came back he said it would cost 4500.00 for a new back flap drain. Whaaat? What even is that? So on getting a second opinion I was actually shown what the problem was AND they searched for the part even tho it had been discontinued. They did the job for 3200.00 and went above and beyond from start to finish. They even helped me replant my cactus which was too close to the work being done. Tim and Shawn were professional and explained all aspects of what they were doing. I can highly recommend this company to do an honest and fair job! Will use them again! Hopefully not soon...lol

I had a clogged kitchen sink and was told they would send a technician out to diagnose the problem for free. The technician didn't even turn on the sink or disposal to see what was happening. He charged $47 to run a snake through the access line, after which he told me that the problem was so severe that it would cost $250 just to run a camera through and see what was going on, and only then would he be able to estimate the full cost of the extensive work that would need to get done. Before committing to that, I got a second opinion, who recommended putting drain cleaner through the sink and that has solved the issue. I feel like I was being conned into paying more money by someone who didn't even attempt to try an easier solution.

First, the ladies in the house asked me if I called Cute Guy Plumbing? So all of a sudden the drains didn't matter? Ha! Well their work was top notch. Jordan and his crew responded very quickly on a Friday night. Danny was awesome. They were very professional and the prices were extremely reasonable. As a matter fact, they were almost half of what another plumbing outfit wanted.

The job ended up being much bigger than expected and they carefully explained everything at each step. I am good with most home repairs, but plumbing is the nastiest stuff there is. He fixed it the first try and then stuck around to answer some questions about plumbing for me. We identified a few areas that might give us trouble down the road and he gave me suggestions on how I might approach them. He was mindful of the cost the entire time and was willing to work with me from the start. He was punctual, good at communicating, and had friendly conversation as well. We had a totally collapsed portion of a sewer lateral from our 1950's home. It did take 2 days to get an initial consult scheduled, but once I was actually talking to a live person rather than just texting/Yelp messaging, they got me on the calendar for the following day. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and sent a camera down the drain to locate the exact portion that had collapsed. They scoped all three of our contributing laterals since I had paid for the one that was problematic to ensure there weren't additional issues on the horizon. Braydon & Jamal started the following morning digging out the necessary areas for them to access the pipes that needed replacing. They were quick, courteous, and extremely tidy at the end of the day, sweeping their work area and blocking off the area to ensure it was safe overnight. They did wonderful work and I'm as pleased as anyone can be when having to pay for new sewer pipes.

Background:
The repair required removal of black mold damage, resulting in our having to remove several cabinets and ultimately remodel the kitchen. While I dealt with my insurance, the technician, Alex D., called me several times with tips on dealing with insurance as he had extensive experience to share about.

He referred us to Dry Down, to do the black mold removal. When completed, Dry Down sent our contact information to a dry wall repair person or company; but we were never contacted. Maybe it is a Covid 19 problem, but we finally got a dry wall professional, Dan The Dry Wall Man, to do the work.

Alex performed an extensive plumbing repair under the kitchen sink to clear up a blockage. He removed a steel pipe that had been left in the wall after a previous repair. It looks clean and professional. Alex was always very respectful on the phone. The one hiccup was he left the sink and dishwasher disconnected because he thought we were tearing it out immediately for the kitchen remodel. However, we did not.

After a family emergency due to the Covid 19 crisis, he returned a couple weeks later to connect the sink and dishwasher as requested. In this challenging time that our nation and the world is dealing with, I appreciated his attention to detail, walking me through the process of the black mold clean up and the repair that would follow, and also his extensive knowledge in dealing with the insurance adjustor.

I would recommend Rooter Ranger for all your plumbing needs.

Called them after another plumber service made me wait 2 hours and wanted to charge me 220.00! The tech guy Chip came out and came within an hour. (it was Thursday evening when i called for service). He was very nice and knowledgeable. Explain the issue with me and cleared the drain. Everything took about 15 mins from the time he walked in the door, fixed the issue and billed me. My kitchen sink backed up and I was unable to fix it. Called Rooter Ranger this morning and had someone out by late morning. Adrian was very professional and informed me after he tried to snake the drain that it was really backed up. He said they would need to put a camera down the line. He and Jared came back later in the afternoon and were able to determine there was a huge grease back-up (from years and years). I had an emergency garbage disposal issue and was looking for someone to come out same day and fix it for my tenants. This company provided by far the most affordable quote for the service AND had same day availability to come fix it- something that was extremely hard to find. Casey was fantastic to work with, and even when my tenants weren't home when he first arrived, he offered to come back late in the evening (7-8pm) to get it fixed. He kept in contact with me the entire time, was so honest about the problem, which was luckily an easy fix, and gave me some great expert advice on what we should consider for the future. I had big problem with my toilet, it had been clogged for 4-5 days and the small was so bad.

Last night my sink got clogged and my wife and I were really worried about both getting it fixed, and the cost of getting it fixed as well. I looked on Google and Yelp and saw how close Rooter Ranger was to us and some of the positive reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning. It's a Sunday on a holiday weekend so I didn't have high hopes, but to my surprise they were able to come in quickly within 4 hours of my call. The plumber who came was friendly and courteous, and told me how much it would likely cost and how much time it would likely take before he started. As the process went on he gave me regular updates until it was complete. He was able to effectively unclog the sink, and gave me some advice for how to keep it from clogging in the future and to regularly maintain the line. Overall, extremely good service, and a very good price for what he did.

Will hopefully not have to use a plumber in the future, but inevitably when I do, I will definitely use Rooter Ranger.

A Saturday morning backup in the laundry room required a call to Rooter Ranger. A phone call brought a quick response and Adrian tried snaking out the problem. With the line packed with 40 years of scum and grease Jim was called in to run a camera in the line. The next morning Jess showed up to hydro flush the laundry room and kitchen. They are OVERPRICED and encourage you to commit insurance FRAUD. They will lie and pressure you when you're suffering a frightening emergency. I'm sure most people cave and I almost did, too! Luckily I didn't commit to their absurd prices even though it was an emergency. Instead I shopped around and every other place was less expensive! Every. Other. Place. Even Rooter Ranger's plumber told me that he thought his partner's quote was too high! WOW. He admitted they overcharge because it's an emergency and most people feel they must pay it like in the emergency room. Do not allow Rooter Ranger to manipulate you when you're under this incredible stress! I went with Reddi Plumbing--also licensed, for HALF of the price. They actually performed more duties for that price, too. Oh and by the way, Rooter Ranger showed up with a restoration company that was even more dishonest, and almost cut into my dry wall before I consented. This restoration company ALSO encouraged me to commit insurance fraud--in writing! They lied a bunch about how insurance will cover everything; but since I waited and looked into it, I found out that insurance wouldn't cover half of the stuff they said it would, and I would have been left with the bill! But the more they do, the more they're paid, so what do they care? Creeps! TLDR: don't use Rooter Ranger or their affiliated companies. They're overpriced tricksters!

REVIEW UPDATE
My original request was to have my clean out pipe checked for blockages. In the past I've had oleander roots in the pipe. Previous plumbers had used a auger on the end of the cable to scrape out roots.
I called Rooter Ranger and they came out quickly. They ran their cable thru my clean out pipe without finding any blockages. I didn't specifically ask for a rooter with an auger, I just assumed that all rooter jobs used them. When Rooter Ranger found out that I wasn't happy about the job, they got in touch with me right away to see if they could fix things to my satisfaction.In retrospect, I think most of the problems were due to poor communication between the company and myself. I would use them again, but try to be more clear on what I wanted.

First service was great, lowest price and quick service. So good of service that I called them back again thinking it'd be another good deal. Nope.
I called them, they told me several leaks were in the water system and that I'd be cheaper to just get the whole house repiped for 10k. I come to learn later, through someone else who went under the house to see the water damage under there, that it was 3 small leaks that could have easily been fixed for a small fraction of that cost. Then the water damage. They called a company to come take care of the water damage. Never showed me any of the extensive water damage that was under the house. On top of that, to fix the water damage in the kitchen, they ripped out half of the kitchen, its currently unusable. Its been over a month since this started and I still don't have a usable kitchen, all thanks to the company they brought in to take care of the extensive water damage that barely did any damage at all, you don't have to be trained to see how little damage there was from the water. The repairs for water damage are nearly another 4700. The warning signs were clear too, I should have called BS and stopped them immediately upon them calling a company to take care of the damage on my behalf. Guess I know now, just because I had one good service with a company, it doesn't mean I should trust them with another service. Great first service, completely scammed by both them and the company they called to take care of the extensive water damage.

I cannot express my sincere appreciation for Casey, Bobby and Jesse yesterday. Our sewer line backed up and waste filled our toilets and tubs. Within 2 hours, Rooter Rangers had a qualified engineer here ready to assist. After examining and problem detection, Casey realized our issue required more support. He scheduled Bobby to provide further detailed analysis. Upon learning where our issue was, Jesse was not far in tow to perform a high pressure flush of our sewer lines. Each were knowledgeable, honest, sincere and humble when I offered cold beverages and a tip of appreciation. Jesse even offered to assist us clean the mess in our home. Old school ethics with new school technology!

When I called Rooter Ranger to unclog my kitchen sink I was first impressed with the professionalism of Casey and Justin when they arrived. They asked me appropriate questions and listened as I explained the history of my issues with the drain. After several attempts to unclog the drain with a snake Casey determined that there was a severe blockage and that he recommended using a camera to identify the problem. Of course I winced at hearing this but after he patiently put up with and answered all my questions I agreed.

Jarrod came with the camera scope, again very professionally, and they went up on the roof to access the pipes through the vents. After looking at the video of my sewer pipes it was evident that we had a big problem. Total blockage at the juncture with the main sewer line. The good news is that we found the problem but the bad news was that it wasn't going to cheap to fix. It required excavating through our floor and foundation about 4 1/2 feet. But the veterans discount helped a lot and we agreed on a price.

Quinn showed up with Jarrod the next morning. Once again, a very professional and polite young man. He taped down protective matts on the floor and covered our furniture and cabinets with plastic. Then he went to work. I mean he worked so hard. Hours later from deep in a whole in our kitchen he showed us the totally blocked pipe. Crap was piled up in there for two feet and the pipe itself was almost fully collapsed.

At the end of a long day Quinn had replaced our entire kitchen sewer line and reconnected two other connecting pipes, refilled the dirt and poured new concrete. It was really something.

From the very beginning I had a good feeling about this company. It was Casey and the way he presented everything that made me feel comfortable. The smartly painted trucks and uniforms helped with the first impression too. Frankly, after living in the same house for 30 years and needing plumbers many times, I've never had such a positive experience. So, honestly, for all that I wrote above and more, I'm giving Rooter Ranger 5 stars. Because they earned it. And now I have a new go-to plumber. Thanks guys!

This company is LEGIT!!! My drain clogged Christmas morning and I called another company. The guy was sweet enough to come out Christmas Day, but that was a disaster. He was going to charge me $300 (fine, it's Christmas I get it) but all I got was broken roof tiles, destroyed Christmas lights and a drain that wasn't unclogged. Which meant no Christmas dinner for my family. Sad face. This morning I called Rooter Ranger and Dan called me back within 5 minutes. He was here an hour later. And it's a Boxing Day miracle, my drain was unclogged 20 minutes later!! And the price was wayyyyyyyy better than the other guy. Dan, you are my holiday hero. Excellent work, very polite, cleaned up his mess and didn't try to up sell me in any way. This is my new go to plumbing company!! Thank you!!

First off I would like to say that 5 stars is not even close to the rating I would give this company! This company deserves a much higher rating to match their work! We had a house full of people the day before thanksgiving when the toilets backed up! We called them that afternoon and they had someone out within the hour. With the stress of the holidays and then the plumbing issues the owner took his time and helped us with some options on getting the work done. He stayed with us and was very patient while we made our decision. I can honestly say they made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle! Had Gabrielle out yesterday to resolve a drain issue with both the tub and the toilet. Charged $114 to clean out tub drain and toilet. Seemed to be working but later toilet began to back up. He is coming back out to fix the problem and I will repost my review if the results are favorable. Gabrielle came back out at no cost and checked everything. I called rooter ranger on a Saturday morning and the phone staff was extremely nice and helpful routing my call to next available tech that would call to let me know arrival time. Within 15 mins a tech called to trouble shoot and said he would be at my house wIthin 2 hours. Very awesome customer service. The tech that arrived was Mario, very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the leak in my shower and fixed the drip with a cap and offered to return to fix when parts arrive, didn't charge for the diagnostic or home visit such a great company with great customer service. Will call them again for sure!

Had a main line stoppage on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing like a shower and bathtub full of you know what. Called a couple other places, seems wanting your drain unclogged on the same day that you called constituted an emergency, and premium costs. Called Rooter Ranger, explained my situation and was told they would call me back with an ETA of the nearest plumber. In less than five minutes I was informed that the employee would be at my house between 6 pm and 8 pm. I was sent text messages updating that the plumber was enroute to my location. Gust Isotalo arrived on time and unclogged the drain within fifteen minutes. The price was excellent, as was the service. I will definitely use Rooter Ranger whenever I have plumbing issues. During this Covid-19 time, the employee, Gust Isotalo, practiced the recommended protocol of wearing a face covering and maintained appropriate social distances. Over a very good experience.

I didn't have a good experience at all. When they were selling me the job they sold me on doing some of the finish work and come to my house and go over with me exactly what they do. This was the main guy( I won't mention names) and he had the guy that would do the work with him. The main guy never came over but once. Then they started off well and then I had problems with the special order tub arriving cracked. So the wait to that point was on me. They did all the underground plumbing. When they were showing me some of the work they finished to the point of having to stop because of the special order I noticed the vent wasn't plumbed in and asked them about it and they asked if I wanted that hooked up. I replied yes. When everything arrived they got it plumbed in and then I needed it moved to finish the wall. It took calling the office and complaining about no return call. Finally they showed up and did that and when I was done it took calling the office again. I was told one time he was on emergency and when he n fact they were opening a shop in another state. I was told in the bid they would hook up the tub and toilet. They really struggle with customer service and finish type of plumber. Personally I'll never recommend them to anyone. This cost me everything I had saved. I work two full time jobs and expected a lot better customer service. Five thumbs down.

I had a recent experience where I called Rooter Ranger to come fix a valve on the toilet in the master bathroom after I accidentally broke it off while trying to turn the water off. I was leaving for a week and it happened the night before. They plumber came out the next day and replaced the valve & the leak but did not fully tighten the screw which caused a very slow leak over the next week which I noticed when I came back. I also noticed the moisture had seeped into my walls & baseboards and I contacted Rooter Ranger immediately. They sent a plumber out right away who told me it was not tightened fully and made sure that it finally was. I asked him if they would be able to replace the baseboards and the plumber called his manager and they sent out a restoration company to do an analysis and dry out the area and are replacing everything at no charge. This is what I call great customer service and i would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone!!!

All our drains were backing up so I called Rooter Ranger at 6:00 a.m. to have our sewer main rootered. A technician arrived by 8:00. After discovering the pipe was obstructed by tree roots in two locations (documented by video), we were forced to repair the areas. They began work immediately, worked until 7:30 pm, then completed the job by around noon the following day. We were without use of our drains/toilets for only a couple of hours the entire job. The owner Jordan and employee Danny, were professional, very honest and up front regarding our options, time frame, cost, etc. The technicians who did the work were also extremely polite and professional. The experience was positive in every aspect. I would recommend Rooter Ranger without reservation.

If there is such a thing as Karma, Raul--with Rooter Ranger--will be leading a charmed life. Suddenly we were without hot water. Raul helped us find out if our warranty was still good (which it was) and then made three visits, including a Saturday, to locate the elusive problem. He was able to locate the problem as an electrical one. Because it was not a plumbing problem, he said it was no charge! You heard right--no charge. Best experience I've had dealing with a plumber. Was quoted a price when I made the appointment that I thought was too good to be true, but in the end I was not disappointed. Ryan handled the service call this morning for our house in Cerritos, CA. He was pleasant to deal with and very patient as he answered my questions. I requested only a drain clean for the kitchen sink, but since the sink has clogged up a number of times over the past few years, i suspect I will be calling Ryan and Rooter Ranger again to handle my future plumbing needs. You're crazy to use anybody but these guys. I asked for a quote last night through Yelp (a Friday night at 9p, mind you) and was called immediately to schedule an appt. They arrived the next morning right on time. The job was more difficult than I expected and more difficult than Adrian expected. After attempting three different means of clearing a pipe he finally got it done. Despite the change in service, and longer than expected call, Adrian stuck to the original quote. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Seems rare to find that combination these days. I'd give more stars if I could.

My wife called Rooter Ranger for a major kitchen clog. I had heard their radio commercials, but I wasn't sure about using a company I didn't know. However, we needed help on Sunday, the day before New Year's Eve, and we were desperate. Chris got us on his schedule and came out late Sunday afternoon. Chris was great. He stayed well into Sunday night, but eventually said he'd need to come the next day with more equipment. Chris came back the next day (and so did two other employees). It took them several hours to finally conquer the problem. We had our kitchen back in time for New Year's Eve and we breathed a big sigh of relief. I was ready to be crushed with a huge bill. They came on Sunday, stayed late, came again on a day that most people were off, and the work took quite some time. The bill was about $799. It was more than we expected to pay when we first called, but after the amount of work the guys did, I considered it more than fair. I am very pleased with the prompt, professional service we received, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Rooter Ranger again.

My first time using this company. Called around 8:30 A.M., the customer service lady (can't remember her name) was very nice, knew what I was talking about when I said I have a leak on the thingy that connects to....
She was professional and set me up for an appt quick. Adrien showed up well within the time frame I was given for the appt. He was courteous and explained my options for the issues I had. Adrien did a fantastic job correcting an issue I had without tearing out my shower wall like a different company wanted to. He is very knowledgable and instead of just jumping to the easiest (most destructive) way to repair, he took a moment to think of different options, and discussed them with me. To me, that is a professional that cares about the customer instead of just getting a job done quick. I appreciate the work he did, and saved me from spending to repair shower wall tiles.
Price for completing both of the issues I had was very fair and much better than the big name company I talked to previously.
This company is now my go to for plumbing issues.

The main sewer line on the house was clogged the other night, 3/20, around 8pm. I called around and the other plumbers that actually bothered to call back all wanted $400+ to come out and clear the line. I called Rooter Ranger after seeing the $47 drain clear offer on line, I figured there would be additional after hours charges, etc. but $47 sounded like a good starting point. The first person I talked to said it would be just the $47 along as there was access, which there is, and said the tech would call shortly. I got a call from the tech, Adrian I think, within 5mins and he was at the house with in 40mins. The tech was very nice and polite, worked promptly to snake the line, no up sells, no we'll have to come back tomorrow and charge more, which I have to admit I was expecting. He got it cleared and gave me the bill for $47!!! Great service, great company, they made a customer for life.
