Chris' Plumbing

My need for a plumber was resolved when I called CHRIS' Plumbing in Weatherford for help.  The response was timely, professional and pleasant.  The work was completed quickly. I'll be a repeat customer of CHRIS' Plumbing.

We have lived in this home for 30 years and been through about 10 plumbers. It seems they are either astronomical with their prices or they simply don't care and just want to get the job behind them. This is not the case with Chris's Plumbing. They show up on time, they are prepared with all the right Equipement and are qualified and competent to do most anything. Twice they have shown up for things that turned out very minor and quick and both times they have commented that I paid for a service call and is there anything else that needs attention. Another time I found mold behind and enclosed tub and Chris told me a quick and inexpensive fix, though I called a mold inspector who tripled the cost of the job...same end result. I trust this company and in an emergency they show up.

They responded quickly for our water heater repair, and fixed the problem.

My toilet has been clogged for a while. My landlord called them. The worker showed up  for 1 hours and claimed the problem was fixed, but it's not fixed. Just wanted the money then left. Not happy at all. The toilet is worse now. And of course calling them will still take days for a worker  to arrive. Not going to call this company anymore. Horrible business.

We had a toilet stopped up and called Chris's Plumbing. They said they would be here this afternoon and they were. Coke went right to work and had the problem solved in about 20 minutes. Everything about this service call was excellent.
I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Who ever was texting me back and forth. Last Monday and Tuesday was not very educated in customer service. We will never use this company.  I was very displeased with the professional skills this company had. I guess they think everyone should know plumbing!! Lol!

I've never had a plumbing service that was as concerned about helping to keep cost of their services & parts where the customer could afford it as Chris Plumbing is. Really friendly in the office & Jeremy the plumber that worked on my sewer issues. Got me scheduled in as my problem was what would be considered an emergency. I can't say enough good things about this business & especially Jeremy. Highly recommend them & definitely will call them again when I need plumbing done.

Had a new kitchen sink installed. The crew arrived on time and did a professional and very efficient job. Replaced all the drain lines, installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. They cleaned up the work site and charged a fair price. I'll call them for all my plumbing needs.

Chris told me I had a slab leak & bad drain leak. I paid them over $2000 of which $1425 was just for leak detection, but now they say they can't find either leak, much less repair them. He suggests I call somebody else, which is what I wish I had done $2000 ago.

Look no further! I have found your plumber! Chris' plumbing is great! Laura is so wonderful to talk to when scheduling your appointment. They are always trying to get you in as quick as possible.
Every plumber I have ever gotten from Chris' plumbing has been amazing. Jeremy is who I usually have and he is so quick and accurate. He will walk you through everything he is doing so that you can see what is wrong or what to do if the same problem happens again. Their prices are great and their work is fantastic! Definitely call them for any plumbing needs.

Arrived promptly repaired our toilet and was gone in about 45 minutes. Great work and I certainly use them again.

I had a PRV installed.  I called and they showed up as scheduled.  The job was completed.  I did not ask for an estimate so I can't really complain.  I had expected a trip charge and labor.  I have photo of the bill attached. Instead there was a $500 service fee.  I don't know if that is typical for plumbers in the area or not.  You may want to get several estimates or ask about flat service fees.

Service was great and the guys were respectful and knowledgeable.  I have used this company before and will use them again if needed.

A 5-Star is 100%.  My 4-Star is 97%.
Made an appointment over the holidays and, when I checked in on the day of the appointment, it was found that the appointment had not been placed on the schedule.  To the credit of the staff, they were able to work us in and complete all requested repairs.  The repairs were completed timely and professionally.  The only down side was they did not do a good job cleaning up afterwards.  I was able to complete the cleanup before the wife returned home and she was happy.  However, the crew could have been a better representative for the company if they had left the area as clean as before the work was performed; and, I would not have been required to take additional time from my work to complete that task.

Will I use them again?  Yes.

Had them come out to install new faucets in bathrooms and kitchen. Chris started the work promptly and worked quickly to get the job done. Chris answered all my questions and efficiently. I appreciate his work and great customer service!! I will continue to use them and highly recommend them!! Great local company...

I called Chris' plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. The front yard hose faucet was not turning off completely and the water wand sprayer had an on/off switch which was only reason it wasn't a swamp. The guys were here maybe 10 minutes and had a new faucet on and done. There's a minimum of $100/hr, plus parts, so I had them check the back yard faucet which was fine. They explained that these freeze resistant faucets (not freeze free) usually last approximately 4 years. Also, they still need covered for winter months to prevent freezing and/or busting. Great service, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

Had an appointment and they called and asked if they could come earlier...  Had a leak in the back yard and they tracked it down, repaired the leak and cleaned up..... Thank you so much for excellent service.  If I ever have any other Plumbing issues, these are my people.

Called Chris' plumbing when Home Depot installers came out to insall 2 new HW Heaters.  This guy was scared to walk the lengh of our attic without something to hold on to, though a 30 flooring was securely in place.  He quickly left and referred me to call a regular plumber, which is where Chris' Plumbing came in.  Two guys showed up and started the process very quickly.  I also had a number of other misc. plumbing issues to take care of so Chris sent another guy out to take care of those.  They showed up on time, had the jobs completed in just under 3 hours!  They laughed about the Home Depot installer when I told them of that story.  I can't say enough nice about all 3 installers who came out.  And their prices were fair, and lower than what Home Depot and Lowes had quoted, by a long shot!  I have a new faucet to get installed and I am going back to Chris' plumbing to have that work done!  Trust me these guys are the real deal and economical to beat!

They set a timely appt. and advised about a delay. They did their best to fix my installed incorrectly toilet in a timely manner. And they gave me a 30 day warranty. Had another co. Bid the job and got a 400.00 quote. Chris' guys did it for almost 25%less. And I like to use local companies. The other co. Was out of area.  Clean, honest and friendly.

I was in need of a plumber for a semi emergency situation. I called a plumbing company we had used in the past and was told I would be placed on a list and it could be 3-4 days before they could get to me. I received an additional referral from a friend. I called Chris's in the morning and was given an appointment time of 2pm. the same day. The guys called as they left the previous appointment and arrived prior to the scheduled time. The repair was completely done in about 30 minutes or less. The charge included the minimum call charge and a nominal amount in addition. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris's Plumbing.

I've used Chris' Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for several years now; they are hands down the best plumbing service I've used in my 50+ years living both in the United States and Europe. They are respectful and honest, and take the time to make sure the customer understands the problem and possible solutions...even if the best solution doesn't financially benefit them. Bottom line, if there's even the remotest possibility a pipe is involved, I call Chris and Jeremy.

Very competent plumbers. I had two plumbing issues back to back. The son came out two hours after my call to unclog a drain and had it done in two minutes flat. Another plumber in the area fixed a hot water heater issue, only to have it happen again five days later. They couldn't come back out for THREE weeks. (Despite my not having sufficient hot water with three small children in the house) However, Chris and his wife came out immediately and fixed the issue for them. Very nice people, I highly recommend them.

I would stay away from this company.  I was misquoted by the wife (who answers the phone and deals with the customers) on my original call.  She seemed very knowledgeable so I really wanted to do business with them.  The next day she informed me that it was $100 higher than she quoted me for installing a water softener.  After explaining that to me she said she would honor the price she originally quoted.  I also let her know that I had a filter that needed to be installed, she told me that was going to be extra (probably around 20 min of labor) and that she would check and call me back that day.  After no call, I called the next day which she again had to apologize for not calling me back.  She told me it would be $100 for the filter install (hmm, I guess to make up for the misquote she was going to honor).  I was upset but still nice to her and she knew it.  When I asked when they could do it she told me she didn't want my business.  She tried to explain that they had workers not come in this week and were running behind and those are the reasons she forgot to call me back.  Sounds like a bad organizational situation.

Chis' Plumbing came out to fix a leak in one of the pipes by our pool equipment in April of 2013. They made us drain our pool, saying that's the only way they can work on the pipes. They spent over 3 hours on fixing one pipe. When we finally filled our pool back up (this took us a long time since we didn't want to run our well dry), we realized the pipe was still leaking. We called them and they told us that they would charge us again if they come out. When we explained that the job wasn't done the first time, they refused to provide a warranty on their work. After numerous phone conversations, they sent us a weird text message saying God bless us and we are not responsible for payment.
After watching hundreds of how-to videos, my husband and I fixed the leak (the pool only had to be drained to the drain line).
I didn't make a complaint at a time since I thought at least they were nice enough not to make us pay for a bad job done. But now, after 1.5 years later we got a phone call from a collection agency saying without payment they will put a lien on our house. I'm shocked and outraged that they have the audacity to claim money.

I have used Chris's Plumbing many times over the years on my residence and rental. They have done work on everything from my barn to my house and I highly recommend them to anyone. They explain exactly what the problems are caused by and the best way to fix them. Professional, timely and very courteous!
