So this is a tough one for me. We had a random water stain in our ceiling that kept showing up, growing then going away, so we thought we should bring in a professional before we started tearing up the ceiling (which is painful when you have textured finish.) Eyman was quick to schedule, they were on time and didn't try to abuse me on my limited knowledge of plumbing to rack up an expensive bill. These are all the pluses. On the down side, it wasn't an emergency call, they were only in my house for about 13 minutes (said our problem wasn't about the pipes), and still charged over $120. I know there's a minimum fee, but it's tough to pay that with zero resolution and less than a 1/4 hour in the house.
So I'm giving a four star review, cuz I'll probably call them back in the future for any other issue, but I can't go five-star based on not giving a guy a break for what amounted to looking at the ceiling and roof and saying, Not a plumbing issue.
I got a call at 11:40 telling me the driver would be at my house within 20 minutes. The window I was told was 8 to 1230. So far, they have met expectations. The driver/plumber I talk to seem polite. The vehicle pulled up at 12:13 . I have a male dog that was abused by his previous owners so I gave the plumber a dog treat to give to my dog and he was very helpful / wiand my dog was calm afterwards. The guy was talkative and also able to do work at the same time. He was in and out within an hour. His name was Tom, an older gentleman and I would definitely ask for this particular technician if I use this plumbing company again.

Wayne got everything under control at my home today and I am beyond grateful. I'm dealing with some serious water damage from a broken pipe under my kitchen sink and he was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Another company I called beforehand basically told me I was screwed until they were paid upfront. He came in, took a look at the problem, and got straight to work. Thank you so so much, Wayne! I still have a list of issues to deal with, but I can go ahead and check the plumbing off of it!

When I had to call a plumber I picked the one whose trucks I had seen all over town and who wasn't too far from my house. I honestly didn't expect to have any kind of experience. I figured I would call, a tradesman would show up, take care of my issues and I would pay the bill.
What I did not expect was to have a truly pleasant experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment with the very friendly and informative receptionist to the knowledgeable and extremely professional plumber that was sent to my home.
Not only was the caliber of their work excellent, the customer service from this organization was of the highest quality. I hope to never need their services again but I can guarantee that if I do ever need a plumber or if anyone asks me I will absolutely use Eyman Plumbing.
Long story short (not possible sorry) MUD claimed we had a leak in our service line. MUD was correct there was a leak but it was with their main. I went with Eyman because they had already been contacted by my neighbor (the main runs thru his yard.) You know you're in good hands when the truck pulls up with the drives name on the side: DIGGER DAVE. Impressive skill with a backhoe. MUD ended up finishing the job (because it was their issue after all.) Scott Eyman was pleasant to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. Because MUD only gives customers 7 days (to fix MUD's problem) I was a bit anxious about having my water shut off. Scott understood my concerns and made sure I was taken care of in time.

Eyman is at it again. They have the reputation of nickel and dime you but this one was over the top. Keep in mind they charge $111/hr and a trip fee of $22.50(which they neglect to mention). This time the technician didn't have the parts to fix my AC. It took him 1hr and 30min to get the part to the warehouse which is only 13min way (let's call it 30min round trip account for some traffic) that is shameful. What was he doing for the other hour? Of course they charge for the whole time and then they put the blame on their supply house even though the technician called ahead and told him they had the part ready for him and they are locayed in the same building. When I challenged them with the fact that the part was already waiting for him, Jennifer (the so called customer service) started to make excuses and stating ludicrous statements such you don't know how long he waited for the part, the traffic could be heavy. Don't make me laugh, traffic in Omaha at 10.45am. Basically they stole 1hr of labor more or less from me. If you are reading this, beware of the big red truck. It will make you regret you called them. Call others providers first (Ben franckin, rooto rooter etc).
Now, you would think that the customer service (if you call with this situation, they would try to compromise and meet you half way). I just asked to reduce the time by 30min of the extra 1hr unaccounted for. The lady that took my call Jennifer pretty much told me to go pound sand and that they bill would stand. I asked to talked to a supervisor and instead of letting me speak to him, she just repeated the last statement. Not to mention she kept interrupting me in the middle of my statement with the foremention ludicrous statement and excuses.
My Last recommendation (besides not using this company) and I know this will be uncomfortable for most of you, but if you have a feeling you are been ripped off, DON'T SIGN THE WORK ORDER. Just tell them you will be calling the office.

DON'T USE EYMAN
Horrible service, lazy techs, bait and switch selling techniques, rude office staff. Bad book keepers and a complete wast of money and time. One of my clients (elderly couple) even tried to use them for a leak. I isolated the leak and they called at 8am. By the time they called back (4 hours later) they offered emergency service at after hour rates. Fortunately I knew another plumber who was able to come out and have it fixed by 1pm same day at a reasonable cost.
I wouldn't even recommend this company to someone I disliked.
Excellent work on emergency call with water leak coming down to first floor from upstairs bathroom at my elderly mother's house. Also Joe fixed a different, less pressing, issue while here. Took a picture of work so that my elderly mother could see new replacement facet and fixings, as she can't easily go upstairs anymore. Joe came within 1 hour of placing call. He said he had 45 years of experience with residential plumbing, and I believe him! We will call again for any future Plumbing needs and will ask for Joe.

My sewer was blocked and now running free due to the excellent work of Wyatt. It took him a while and several runs to clear all the debris. I have lived in this home for over 30 years and had my share of blocked drains and sewer lines. Of all the plumbers I have hired Eymans are the best and if I exist longer in this house they will be called with the next problem.

I've used Eyman several times for various plumbing and HVAC issues. Each time I've been impressed by the person who takes calls and by the techs who come to my home. Very professional, personable, and excellent service each time. Each tech has been very willing to explain the repairs and answer my questions.
This company is horrible they price gouged us. We have used them to repair pipes and put hot water heater in my parents house, a month later our drain in basement flooded. They told us our pipes were not guaranteed because the plumber who replaced them no longer works for them but we will send someone to fix your drain which cost a 1000 dollars to snake it out. The tech broke his snake cheated us 245 dollars after doing that he hydro jet lying to us saying the line is cleared and charged 725 dollars and the
pipes aren't cleared out and want to charge us 10,000 dollars to replace main pipe line also 5800 to fix the break. They won't show us the video of the pipe being cleared as they say to see the break and denied us service and the brand new hot water heater they put in isn't going to be won't be warranted for six years, as they told us it would be. The customer service lady denied us service and said their attorney will be calling us and hung up on my brother. These people are scammers and price gouged us. Do not use them they don't honor anything and the grandson Scott doesn't do anything but say his grandfather owns this company. The service people are rude and lie to your face.

What a joke! I called there after hours hotline for service on a backed-up main line into my house. They gave me a very high rate which I understand on the weekends, I decided to wait a day until Monday!The reservationist then told me that they would be out or call first thing Monday morning. I called the property 930am Monday and they informed me that the reservationists have no clue of their schedule and they can't get to me until tomorrow... Horrible customer service!

Very disappointing. They did some work for us about a year ago and we were satisfied with them. Today they were scheduled to show up between 8-9 am. They showed up after 9 am. This would be forgivable if I did not feel like they were trying to up the charges on their bill with unwarranted and unneeded repairs.
I called the day prior to get a ball park figure on what they charged to install a hot water heater. They quoted me the price for the visit, hourly rate, and subsequent time if needed. They also stated that if any parts were needed this would be an additional cost. This was totally reasonable.
The plumber arrived and before he even stepped into the house he started talking about an additional $400-$500 because the pressure in the house might be too high, that this was code and something that was routinely added on. I asked why this was not mentioned when I originally called up for the quote? He said that the city has been increasing the water pressure and this is what happens.
I felt completely bamboozled and that they were trying to take advantage of me. The reason for this is the fact that we own a rental property right across the street from our current home. It has the same type of pipes and same water supply from the city. We had to replace the hot water heater less than a year ago and we were not gauged and extra $400 for a pressure regulator. This was done by Eyman.
If I would have known this I would have called around first. Instead I simply went with the company that I thought was honest and proficient. Needless to say we did not go with Eyman. Live and learn.
I requested a service appointment. i let the serviceman know I commute out of town for work so I would be coming home early to meet him. He left a message canceling the day of. Rescheduled, giving benefit of the doubt. Once again, left work early to commute home to meet him. No show! Pretty ridiculous! Do not use this company. No regards!!!
Dwight showed up promptly as I was told. He was pleasant, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable regarding my plumbing issue. It's always a pleasure doing business with Eyman's plumbing and heating.
Well, Eyman Plumbing did not work out well at all. After giving me a scheduled arrival time of between 2:00 and 2:30, they never showed up and never called. I called at 2:45 and was assured they would arrive shortly. Now they are closed as it is after 5:00 p.m.
