Lucky’s Sewer & Drain

Communication was great, for a day or so. Then they ghosted us on an emergency job at a business for 2 days and we never heard from them again. Beware.

These guys are great. I highly recommend. First off, I'm a guy that prefers to do things on his own. I grew up that way, I was raised that way and have no problem figuring things out. Until, I couldn't. We all know you can't trust people to do what they say they're going to do and on top of that do it with integrity.

I got Ron,  like the name says, I got Lucky. I didn't get no attitude or BS from what I could tell. He came in, snaked my main sewer line and brought me the bad news of my pipe collapsing. Financially I was and am in a bad spot given the current job market in my field so it was hard to navigate. Ron was very professional and really walked me through everything. I could see if I didn't fix the problem it was going to be a bigger one. I have 3 little kids so have my hands full. I got no time to deal with sewage considering the hazards.  

On top of this I also got another guy that helped him, I don't recall his name but both of these guys got to work and got it done fast. I wanted to mention him because he has my sincere thanks for getting the job done too. Mind you, its the week before Thanksgiving. They didn't finish in the time they said ONLY because they ran into some obstacles as they dug up the concrete from the previous owner repairs. And they wanted to do the job right. Again, no BS because they brought me down and showed me exactly what they needed to do. Its logical and they could easily cover it up with concrete and make it my problem to deal with later. And I think thats what a lot of guys would do unfortunately.

Take it from this review. Don't give these guys a hard time, ask questions, do your research and be respectful and I really believe they'll give you whats fair and some because its about integrity. We absolutely love love love Ron!  We had a bad contractor come in and remodel our master and main baths.  The second contractor was almost as bad as the first however the one bright spot was they brought in an independent plumber (Ron).  Ron fixed the hot and cold water lines being switched, a drain that was backing up into our shower and a few other things.  When contractor two walked out without finishing the job because we wouldn't make the last payment until the job was done.  The same contractor tried to hang Ron out to dry.  We called Ron to let him know what was going on and he helped us out.  I have had him do a couple of other jobs and would hire him over and over.  As a female I don't always trust contractors without my husband around when it comes to quotes.  I would trust Ron time and again even without my husband.  He was great with our kids and pets too!  I would hire Ron hands down before any other plumber.
