Excel Plumbing and Heating

LB was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with our plumbing repair - he explained every step of the process, showed us how our toilet installation has contributed to our problem and mitigated the install issue so it was fixed more permanently. We really appreciated his consideration for our home and communication, and will go with Excel for anything plumbing related in the future!

LB was great. A few months ago he helped my mother replace a water heater and did a great job for a reasonable price.

I remembered his good service and called him to fix part of my boyfriend's water heater. He was able to come the same day and was super communicative about his arrival time and even called us twice to let us know there was bad traffic and to confirm it was still okay for him to come.

Did a speedy job and even checked our dryer ducts while he was here. 10/10 would recommend Excel!!

Couldn't even get past setting up a service call. Would not recommend as the professionalism in communication is just not there. I placed a service call for water heater service and was expected to do a self inspection. I'd rather deal with professionals who are willing to actually do their jobs.

We called to have them install a mini-hot water heater. LB did it quickly and the installation looks so good, I'm sorry it is in the basement where people can't see it.  Next we called again for an upgrade to our pressure pump and a sink that for 20 years and several plumbers did not drain properly. The pressure pump turned out to be a complicated issue and we were educated as to the problem and potential solutions.  The sink drain had a couple of issues which were fixed.  
I highly recommend LB and would never call another plumber.

LB was great! Put in a request for a non-urgent issue with my garbage disposal on a Monday at 12 pm at LB was here at 3:30 during our requested window. Professional and quick, our garbage disposal is all set. Was also happy to hear LB is the owner of the company as supporting locally owned and black owned businesses is important. Will recommend to friends and others in the Boston area!

LB was incredibly helpful before, during and after the repair. He initially helped me find my main water shut off over the phone to prevent further water leakage and then kept me up to date on when he would be able to arrive to make the repair.  

He is very professional and friendly and makes a tough situation as easy as it could be. He does paperless billing and accepts multiple forms of payment. The price was also very reasonable.  

I would highly recommend Excel for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

An emergency call, and LB was available to come after hours on the same day, as promised. Funny and personable, LB is professional, courteous, reliable, and efficient. He identified the problem quickly, and resolved it in a timely manner. As a contractor myself, I know how difficult it is to find a good plumber. LB is definitely first on my list. Highly recommended!

I had an ongoing issue with leaky toilet and after trying to solve it myself by replacing wax rings 3 times I decided it was time to call a professional . Excel messaged me first (within the hour) and we spoke on the phone about my issue , he quoted me a price and said he would see me on scheduled date.
Completed the work in about an hour and was very professional and respectful. Wore his mask the whole time and talked me through what he did. I will update if I have any issues in the next few weeks as that was my issue when I did it myself but as of today the day after I think I found my go to plumber.

L.B. responded to my voice mail quickly, and was able to come ahead of the originally scheduled time.  He was able to provide a quote immediately on the phone, which allowed me to hire him immediately.  He completed the work in under an hour, and was able to explain everything to me in a clear and professional manner.  I appreciated his insight, professionalism, and workmanship.

Fixed a leaking toilet on short notice before a holiday weekend when no one else would come out. Would highly recommended

LB was a true professional from start to finish!  He was quick to respond and answer all of my questions re: the installation of a reverse osmosis water filtration system in our new home.  He was courteous, punctual, skilled and brought shoe covers with him (bonus points)!  Will definitely call Excel for our future plumbing/heating needs!

Best plumber I've used in years.  LB has done 4 or 5 jobs for over the last few years, both on our house and on a rental unit.  He's courteous, careful, professional, knowledgeable.  What more could you ask for?  Oh, and prompt!

LB was extremely professional, walked me through the best solution for weatherproofing the natural gas line, explained the grill's quick release connector including tips for winter, and left the work area spotless.  We'd been looking for a go-to local plumber with fair prices and LB will definitely be our first call for any service in the future. LB is a very pleasant and knowledgeable professional who services our business offices.  He's replaced toilets for us, fixed leaks, installed new plumbing and replaced a faucet that stopped working in our home.   Shows up with a mask and shoe covers!  Is quick, responsive, thorough and reasonably priced.  Definitely my go to plumber!
