Very professional, clean, efficient and courteous.  We are very happy with our faucet install and toilet repairs.  Mr. Sanchez and his assistant were scrupulous about COVID-19 protocols and even went over their work area with a UV light.  We were very impressed with their work.  We would not hesitate to recommend DYZ Plumbing.

I called to get an estimate. They said they charge a $45 fee to give an estimate! They said it is refunded if they are hired, but that is no way to do business. They could be extremely expensive, sub-contract - with a markup, or not seem knowledgeable or competent. There are lots of ways to do a main water line. An estimate not only is a point to get the price, but for the homeowner to evaluate the plumber. Not every licensed person knows what they are doing. They may be great, but I will not pay for a price quote. Other people have allegedly had a good experience, but it sets a bad precedent to charge customers to give them your price.

We had an emergency where our Water heater was leaking, in several places.  ow we are talking about making the call on a Friday evening around 6 PM and Z, the owner was like dude, we got you.  90 minutes later two techs are out and do an inspection and yeah that thing was finished.  So it's a full replacement and just the surface read at Home Depot says 1200 dollars just for the heater.  They give us a super fair quote and lock it in right there, even in their time went long.

And it did.  Six hours.  But here is why I rave.  These guys worked on it all the way through.  Never once complained about the time.  In fact when i offered to say hey, pick it up tomorrow, get some sleep they declined because they were actually worried that the tank might blow and cause even damage to my house.  That is how a good business runs.

Their techs were courtious, continually gave updates on their progress and were very aware of and keeping to the COVID rules with masks and distance and everything.  They answered every question I had and stood to the price qoute they gave.  They saved us a butt ton of headaches and i cannot say enough good things.

I have had him come out twice for 2 different issues. Yannis is professional, informative, and does excellent work!  He answered all my questions and ensures I am satisfied before leaving.  On-time, clean, and professional.  Excellent service!

I am currently having a nightmarish leak that we noticed at first as ceiling stains that grew over a 3 day period. Called DYZ and 4 other companies that said they were working on Labor day. DYZ is the only company that picked my call. The others never responded to my messages. DYZ is a highly professional group. They had a busy day so the Customer service rep set me up for an appointment day after labor day (today) and promised to call if a tech became available on labor day. By 2PM I got the call.

Janis, the technician that came to find the source of the leak, was extremely knowledgable and businesslike. He inspected the walls above and around the leak, the Attic and AC unit and was so knowledgable he assured us that the water stain patterns suggest we don't have a leaky pipe. Rather we have a crack somewhere in the bathroom that is letting water in. Then he correctly suggested someone was having luxe showers that lasted more than 20mins thus giving the water sufficient volume to puddle and create a source for the leak.  I knew he was onto something because this character exists in my home. He talked about the perils of our fiberglass shower bin as a potential culprit and he was right. He cut the ceiling by following the track of water stains and found the epicenter not long after. Bad news is we have to replace the shower bin. Good news is thanks to Janis, we have an accurate assessment. If we had a leaky pipe I won't hesitate to give them the contract.
Janis is an experienced water tracker. I definitely will call them if I ever had a plumbing problem. They know what they are doing and are courteous. They explain each problem and recommendation to you - the whys. They are simply very good.

Have used several times.  Every time they've come out same day within a few hours always arriving within the window stated.

Every problem i've had was clearly explained with cost break down very clear.  Cost has always matched the estimate explained beforehand.  Never had any issues with any of the worked performed.  

Highly recommend and will be using this plummer in the future myself.
