Had plumber come out for clogged drain since I had used them for my mothers house in the past.

I had to help him the whole time he was here.  Could not even locate the clean out.  Seemed very inexperienced and frustrated.  After jacking around for an hour he finally gave up and left without resolving the issue.  Said would be back 1st thing in the morning and then nothing.  Called them around noon and said someone would be out after 6.  Decided to go to home depot and rent powered auger.  Had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes.

They had the nerve to send us a bill for 2 hours of work when nothing was done besides breaking our clean-out plug.  Will be forwarding to our attorney to handle.  Tech even left his ladder.

InToday I just got done being overcharged for a gas leak repair. Repair website said this job averages about $489 for this type of repair job. . I paid just under $1,200.00. They're VERY unethical about how they bill for labor. They attempted to bill $208 the first night for spending 10 minutes to look at a gas line leak, tell us what we already knew, and then say he didn't have the tools!? Before leaving and attempting to get me to sign off on a $208 bill, I called the main office and they said we would resolve the billing issues in the morning. The technician Don got angry and stormed off before I explain to him give him something for his time coming out. But not being charged $208 to fix nothing.

The very next morning my wife gets calls and they say we're still on the hook for the $208!  In fact, they didn't even dig the hole where the gas line was!  It was an accident caused by some people who put a fence post in for us to reapur strom damage to a fance. I wish I could post pictures to show exactly what they did and were arrogant enough to try to charge $208.  You'd laugh....

Anyhow, they still got us back the next day they sent 2 technicians who did get the job done, did work diligently to fix the problem, but they were relatively new. I won't say brand new but probably had just year of experience so Mullin made up the difference on their labor costs ( taking close to five and a half hours to replace and seal a little bit of gas piping that was plastic and took probably two of the hours just to get the repaired  pipe not to leak.) They charged us for their lunch break!! And the rate per hour for the labor was never posted on the bill but was extortionate. They never made ANY attempt to give us an estimate first of what it would likely cost BEFORE doing the work is what I had the most issue with. And misleading my wife on the phone who originally called falsely implying that they were going to attempt to fix the problem that night.

This is really a sad situation because on two previous occasions they did do excellent work for us and I didn't even think to call and compare prices because of the good work they did in the past. But something in the company culture is clearly changed over at Mullin Plumbing. Now they seem willing to go for the quick buck  regardless  if they do all of the stereotypical shady practices of contractors. A long-term customer's trust lost and NO more word of mouth recommendations. Chasing nickels when they could have future dollars and still had a loyal customer and possibly newer unsolicited customers.
Looking at other reviews, I sure hope the work they completed for me today actually lasts. Feeling less confident about that too. We wound up having to pay half of the cost for that visit the previous night. $104 NONE of it was applied towards today's work....

My only advice I can give to other people is:  DON'T let somebody charge you if they're not going to do ANY work!!  Anybody can come out to a house look and charge for an hour's worth of Labor for doing nothing. That seems to be acceptable practice for these guys. That doesn't mean it's acceptable for me as a customer..

Wait! It just gets better........ We find out from the gas company that when the plumbers ran some air test, they blew out a thermal coupler possibly on our hot water heater and now we can't get our hot water heater lit!!!. So guess what happens? ....We call Mullin up, do they guarantee the work? Of course not! They say they're going to charge us $208 tomorrow to come. 'look' at the water heater (not fix) because it's a weekend rate. I think it's time to move on.......

We called Mullin Plumbing out in January 2022 for a lite clog. They ended up after several weeks & digging up our back yard, leaving our renters without water for a week & removing our fence, putting in a system that we did not want or need. We have continued to have problems with the system & they do not want to sevice it. They are the worst company that we have ever had to deal with. The lift station that they said we needed, but did not, has been down twice now, once 6 weeks ago & again today. Upon installation they promised a 2 year warranty on their work but when they returned 6 weeks ago they wanted to charge us, although the part was under warranty. They misdisgiagnosed our problem & now we are having continuous issues due to their work. Do not use them for anything, you will regret it. I cannot express enough how horrible they are. Stay away form them! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I put a review on here about mullins coming out and NOT doing anything to fix my fireplace yet charged us over $100.00 just for coming out.  He lit the pilot light and was going to leave.  We told him it would go out but he said it didn't matter because they don't work on fireplaces.  After seeing our complaint on their website they called and said they would send a different tech out and fix it for free.  Later they called back, I assume after talking to the first tech, and said they did not work on fireplaces with a wall switch.  They said they would not be able to fix it but would give us our money back.  It's been over 2 weeks and I am yet to see that money.  They are thieves in my opinion.

I had issue with my A/C turning on but no cold air blowing inside. I checked my unit and realized condenser fan and compressor not running. I don't have any knowledge on electrical. Plus I'm a bit nervous to mess with it. I figured I call the professional to come check it out. Tech showed up and open A/C panel side. Pressed on something to engaged fan and compressor. Split second I thought he fixed the problem.  I had know idea what he's doing. A friend I talked to before the tech came out. He told me the capacitor might be bad. I asked the tech if the capacitor is bad and he replied immediately it's good. Then told me it's my pressure sensor switch. I thought to myself.....He didn't do any testing and how's he for sure that it's my pressure sensor switch ? I'm not an expert but I wasn't buying it. He then went to check my furnace and told me over flow is good. It didn't trip no signs of water. Gave me an estimate $300-400 to fix the pressure sensor switch but not guarantee it'll fix the problem.... Easy money, lost $85.99 for showing up less than 30mins. Decided to do my own research and learn out to troubleshoot myself. Capacitor tested out to be under the tolerance. Order me a new capacitor and installed it. Now it's working like a charm. I've lost my trust with this company. Now I know how to troubleshoot capacitor, contactor, control board, transformer, thermostat and will no longer need a tech.

Wow, this is literally the worst plumbing company I've ever worked with. 1. Took a week to return my call 2.Missed the appointment that they were scheduled for. 3. When they did come out (to fix my toilet) they actually made the problem WORSE!   Unfortunately I didn't realize this till after they left... STAY AWAY!

Having a bad experience with Mullin. Tech came out Friday to replace a bathroom sink faucet and was not able to finish. Later that day it started leaking, noticeably flooding the bathroom after 6pm. We caught, dumped and bailed water for 2 hours while calling Mullin three times with no
response. It ended up flooding that bathroom, the master bedroom, the big bathroom, the hallway and the kitchen. We finally had to have the Rural Water department come out and turn off the water main Friday evening. When I called Saturday to say we needed them to come back out and finish due to the flooding and no water in the house they are trying to make us pay overtime labor for the problem they caused. I think it may have ruined the bedroom carpet and the edges of carpet in four other places.

This company just ripped off my grandmother.  She needed a new hot water tank, and they charged her over $1600.00, FOR WHAT??  I just had to have my hot water tank replaced as well, and used someone else, and it cost $700.00.  She said that the guy that showed up told her he was taking a lunch, and then would go get the parts and then be back, she was charged for over 4 hours, including his lunch hour.  The company that I used took a little over an hour and did an amazing job.  He shouldn't have went to lunch and got the job done. For that kind of money, they could have installed a tankless water heater.  This is insane and Mullins should be ashamed to taking advantage of an elderly lady.  There is no reason at all that it needed to take that long at all or charged that much.  She was already up to code, she just needed it replaced.  And the one that she had, was only 1 year out of warranty and the guy was rude about it and refused to even try anything, just told her he had to replace it.  Disgusting.  You make enough money, and you saw an opportunity to rip off someone that was older and didn't know better.

Although there was a problem with the first plumber that was sent to the job, I talked to the supervisor who corrected the problem promptly and adjusted the charge.  Very fair and thorough. Couldn't have asked for better resolution and job completed as promised.  Will use again!!!

Sad that I really don't ever want to call on Mullin Plumbing again!  Water Heater went out - Mullin had put it in and said they serviced it.  It took them a day to come out and when they did, the tech said they wouldn't have the part until 4 days!!!.   Then, when I called their office - the tech called my husband and said you're daughter called throwing a tantrum!   Really????!!!   Then another tech came at 10pm with the part the first tech said was needed - which was THE WRONG PART!!!   2nd tech was as upset as we were.  The first tech tried to put my husband in his place - (you man, ME plumber) .   They did get it working - THANK YOU 2nd TECH.    But I am done with the stupidity of this!    Sorry MarkWayne - we love you and your family, but you're business just ain't what it used to be

They gave us a quote of $1,288 dollars for fixing a leak in a line leading to our hot water tank. I should have just kicked the guy out of our house then, but he explained that because our water tank is in a closet in the garage with the air conditioner, he would have to remove the water tank, fix the leak, then reinstall the water tank. So I thought, okay, it's a bigger job than I realized. Then we asked how much it would be to just go ahead and install a new hot water heater since the one we have is about 9 years old. The price he quoted? $3,000. Absolutely outrageous. We said no thanks. So, after all this I was really curious to see our invoice and how they would break down the costs for the job to get to the quoted price of $1,288. I got the invoice and there was no detail. Just the one line for $1,288. I called the office and told them I wanted a detailed invoice and was told somebody from billing would call me. A while later I got a call from Nick, who refused to give me a detailed invoice and just kept repeating that was the price you agreed to. Oh, I also forgot to mention that when it became obvious to the tech that we were reluctant to spend that much for the repair, he told us that a big company had bought out all of the plumbing, heating and a/c companies in the area and we would get the same quote no matter who we called - which is absolute B.S.

Seems to be mixed reviews with either folks hating or loving this company. They are a bit higher than other plumbers but previously they always delivered - not this time; about 21 days ago they began what was supposed to be a five-day job. It is still not completed - the man in charge, Donnie, out and out lied to me, or is completely incompetent, the way I see it, either way it is unacceptable but he really does not seem to care. It has been continual promises but no results, commitments but continual no shows, just empty rhetoric with this guy. He said he did not lie, it may just be him and the way he tries to handle projects - and fails. I have never had reason to question their ethics, professionalism or commitment until this guy. He may actually work for another plumbing service company and is trying to ruin mullin's reputation - looks that way anyhow...

Gave this and them some time to fix things; they came back and although a three day job ended up taking about 12 working days, they did make it better than it has ever been.

I have used them multiple times and this is the first instance of initial incompetence but they really stepped up to correct it - kudos.

They installed our septic tank 2.5 years ago. This weekend, the pump went out & they refuse to honor their work. I would deep dive into my own septic tank before I would EVER use them again! When the company they hired to dig up our yard for installation left everything a huge mess, they refused to fix it. Mullin is a RIP off & the owner is a Trump licking troglodyte! $8000.00 should warrant better service. That might not be a lot of money to Mark Mullins, but it is a fortune to my family. So, no, I will not ever use or recommend them to anyone. In fact, if asked, I'll let anyone know our story.

I called for a quote on replacing a water heater, on Saturday. Their rate is $208 per hour on weekends. They said they would have to come out to give us an estimate. Cost of $208 for an estimate. I said it's a 50 gal gas tank, it's clean but leaking. I can text you a picture of it in place...I see no need to pay $208 for an estimate...every plumber knows what a 50 gal is. You talk about arrogant, impersonal and in control...The lady I spoke with could write the book on those issues. I got the tank installed for about $600. less than her guess!!!

This is a review for Mullin's septic pumping service. Scheduled Mullin to pump out our septic tank this past week. The septic tank is located in the backyard quite a distance from the street. The tech Jerry arrived and asked about parking in our driveway which is on the opposite side of our yard from where the tank is located thinking it might be a bit closer to reach with the hoses, but it really didn't seem that much closer and I prefer not to have heavy large industrial trucks in my driveway. Jerry sensed my discomfort and just pumped from the straight shot out to the street. Jerry did a very thorough job pumping out the septic from both access holes and washing down debris near the end with our garden hose to really get everything stirred up and pumped out. Afterwards, I noticed several large oil stains left out on the street from Mullin's pump truck. I am so thankful I did not have them park in my driveway! Pricing was competitive - they were a little more than another well know popular septic company - but that company told me I only needed to uncover  one lid to have my tank pumped out - Nick at Mullin told me I should have both uncovered because even if they just pumped out from one side, they still need to check the baffle on the other side. So I preferred to pay a bit more and get a little more service. Overall excellent. However, I would suggest that Mullin service its pump trucks so as not to leak so much oil. This would not a 5 star rating if that oil had been left on my driveway!

Have been paying for over 2 years for their Septic/ Aerobic system maintenance plan.  Have realized that they have been very inconsistent in coming out every other month.   Supposably came out early Feb.  after I called and reminded them they were supposed to come in Jan.   Fed up, went to another service and when they checked my system out.  NO Chlorine was put in my tank, control panel was detached from house and inside was eroded.  Mullin's response.  They were there, they have pics, and if it is working and not broke, we aren't fixing it.  DO NOT use them.

Had a sink backed up and filling with water. Called Saturday they said they would send someone Monday between 8-12. No one showed up til 1 because they were behind on another job. So the guy that shows up looks at the sink and I tell him they came out previously to fix same issue a few months ago: so he goes to his van to look at work order: comes back in to say he doesn't have anything to do that, (WTH) then says they are gonna send someone else by. So I let him know I have to leave at 4, I've already sat here waiting for nothing half the day, and he calls dispatch they say ya he can be there. Well it's currently 3:57, and no one's shown up. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Mullin. People are so inconsiderate of other people's time: I have a life and things to do. Get it together and show up when you say.

Very shady business practices. We are retired senior citizens and Mullin's preyed upon us to extract over $1500 to upgrade fully functioning HVAC equipment in order to make ourselves eligible for their HVAC Premium Service Plan (a maintenance warranty program for which we would also pay a nearly $1000 fee every year). Mullin's advertising for this Plan promised a specific service (air duct cleaning) in Year 2 or our participation, clearly implying a guarantee that Year 2 participation would be possible.
We made the large initial investment in upgrades in expectation that we would continue to participate in the Plan for the foreseeable future and factoring in the Year 2 air duct cleaning. However, six months after our enrollment, Mullin's informed us that they were no longer going to offer the Plan in future. So our large upfront investment didn't get us much, and certainly not the Year 2 service promised.   Mullin's offered to compensate us for the Plan's termination but with an offer far short of original. Adding insult, the service Mullin did supply in Year 1 of the Plan also fell short: while the Plan guaranteed free filters, the tech didn't have our size, so we had to supplying them, at additional cost to us of $250.
Minimal fulfillment of Mullin's contractual responsibility to the advertised plan would be:
(1) permit us to continue paid participation in the plan at agreed-on annual rate ($969) for at least a second year, most especially permitting us to receive the advertised free air duct cleaning
(2) provide filters to replace those not supplied in Year 1

I called them to hook up our washer and dryer after we moved here.  Plumber came out, hooked up washer but couldn't do the dryer because dryer was 3prong and wall socket was 4 prong.  He was not electrician so he said he would tell office and they would send an electrician.   He charge us $135.50 and we paid him...reluctantly.  We asked for a receipt and he said office would email one...but they didn't.  Next day the electrician shows up but di NOT HAVE THE PART he needed, even tho he knew why he was coming out.   He then went to Lowes to get the part and CHARGED US FOR HIS TIME TO GO TO LOWES!!!  He fixed the plug and charged us the ridiculous amount of $277.10 which we thought was TERRIBLE!!!   We paid him and asked for a receipt and he, too said office would email one.   They DID NOT!!
Next day, they had been scheduled to send plumber back out to replace 3 toilets and he DID NOT SHOW!!   Girl from their office called to see if we still wanted him and I told her NO, we won't be doing business with them again because of their unethical practice, their high charges, and their being unreliable.
A week or so later, we got a bill for an additional $59.19 without an explanation!   We called, got nobody who would help us but we were told someone would call.  NO ONE CALLED!
Today, we received another bill for the $58.19!

We have mentioned all of this to our neighbors and they all say we should not have called them!   I wish I knew that beforehand.

Do NOT do business with these people!!!

This company actually works on lala land time! We've used them to install a few fixtures in our house and the first time we had three.. count them.. THREE days of no shows before they finally came. Then they did subpar work that again required them to come fix.

We called early in the morning and they said a tech would be out later.. 5:00 rolls around and no call no show. When we called back they said a tech would be out at 6pm. They took no consideration that we have a young baby or not a care in the world of customer time! Worst customer service yet.

One of their drivers in a big red van this evening ran up behind me doing well in excess of 80 mph, and when I tried to get over to the right and he went by and I gave him the bird at his very unacceptable and irrational driving then swerved over into my lane and made me jerk to the right hand shoulder.  The driver then proceeded to drive off doing a VERY EXCESSIVE mph and sped off soon out of my sight. I got the phone number off the van and called. Spoke to someone. Didn't seemed too danged concerned.  Whoever this is I would never use or recommend them if the condone this behavior of their people on the road!!!  Unacceptable!

I called Mullin a few weeks ago. I specifically provided the model number and type of my hot water heater.  My HW Heater is a hybrid, so likely not every plumber would know how to work on it.

The plumbers called ahead to say when they would be there, so I left work to meet them.  The appointment time came and went and no plumbers.  I called their dispatch.  They couldn't reach the plumbers.  I told her limited time away from work and I would have to leave soon.  They did arrive about 20 min late.  So I took them to the HW heater and they kinda looked at it scratching their heads.  So I asked have you not ever worked on one of these?   They said no but ho hard could it be?   I was pretty pissed because this was exactly why I told the front office of the type of heater it was.  They messed around with it for maybe an hour then took the manual and both of them went and sat in their van to call the manufacturer.  This is no exaggeration...but it apparently takes 2 plumbers to sit in a van for 1 hour and 20 minutes to call a manufacturer and determine the heater and parts are discontinued and that they cannot fix my heater.  Are you kidding me?  I give you all this information before you come and you can't prepare yourself any better or be any more effective or efficient than using to plumbers to make a phone call?

They gave me a bill, rounding up to 3 hours for absolutely nothing.  Nothing was fixed.  2 plumbers for that.

I would never ever call these guys for anything.  Very unprofessional and totally incompetent.

We called Mullin when we had a gas leak at the new house we had bought. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They came out and said that they could not find the gas leak, charged us over $600 and gave my wife an estimate to replace all the gas piping in the house at a cost of almost $7,000. I went to a plumbing supply and bought the fitting to pressure up my gas line, found the leak, made provisions to repair it myself and called Mullins to complain. Meanwhile the gas company had shut off our gas so they had to come back out to pull a permit for a leak test. The gas company came out and got my gas turned back on after all the troubles and I  will NEVER use them again. I feel like they tried to take advantage of my wife and that they are very unethical and substandard quality plumbers at best. My recommendation would be do not call Mullins for any reason if you do not want to be cheated.

Very overpriced charged 350 an hour for the first 4 hours and then did not start the  repair for 2 hours.  Billed  for 10 hours, less than half actually doing the repair and  had the customer pay  3.50 for gas each time they came. The plumbers lunch hour was included in the hours worked, when I  complained they basically said they did not care. I have paid over 6400 this year and next time will go with a different company.

Mullin Plumbing was quick to respond, gave a free quote on all the work we needed done. They were back out to our home within a week and got everything done in less time than anticipated. Tony was thorough, professional and honest. Tony came in under budget and the work was excellent. Matt was also great and professional. We are very satisfied with the workmanship and would recommend and use  Mullin Plumbing!

We've been without water for 3 weeks. We tried getting someone in Vinita to come out but either they were too busy or they didn't answer their phones.  So, Mullin Plumbing said they would come to Vinita. We scheduled it for Thursday, 3/4 between 0900 and 1300.
At 1000 on Thursday, 3/4, Mullin Plumbing called to say they couldn't get anyone out to us that day. No excuses, just that they couldn't come out. They said they would call us back to let us know if they could fit us in on Saturday, 3/6. Well, no one called us back, so on Friday, we called them and they said, yes, they got us in on Saturday 3/6 between 0900-1300 (at the regular price, not weekend prices.)
So, we waited. At 1300, no one had come and no one had called. So, we called and they said, Oh, he had to go back to another job, but as soon as he's finished with that, he'll come to you. So, we waited. At 1500, no one had come and no one had called, so we called and they said, Oh, he'll be there as soon as he finishes this job.
At about 1615, no one had come or called, so we called back. Well, apparently the office already closed, because we got the answering service. They took our information and said that they would have a technician call us. Here it is nearly 2000 and no one has called and no one has shown up. Never, ever call Mullin Plumbing.

I needed a plumber to find a gas leak in a crawl space. What I got was a plumber that got frustrated and angry, even throwing his tools. He didn't want to do the work, to the point of trying to tell me he would have to cut a hole in a bedroom wall to get to a pipe. It was his anger though that threw me off. I'm a big man, but even I found his behavior threatening. Threatening to the point that I just wanted him out of my house. He fixed nothing, charged me $104, and the kicker, spent 15 minutes trying to sell me an HVAC service plan for $45/month before I finally got him out of the house. If you need an angry, dangerous, stupid plumber to charge you for nothing, Markwayne Mullin is your guy.

Called Mullen on a Saturday they arrived within 2 hours. I advised them that I thought it was a capacitor, it took a screwdriver and literally 5 seconds to determine this in fact was the issue. I realize it was a Saturday call and I realize it can at times take a lot of time to diagnose an issue but $130 for a five-second diagnosis that I told you most likely was the problem I think was pretty expensive. I think there should have been a little wiggle room there.
And then another $210 to replace a capacitor a 15-minute job I think was a bit excessive as well
$340 seems a bit pricey for the diagnosis that was involved in the labor that was involved.

My only complaint with Mullin was surprised it was fast service and the technician was nice and knowledgeable.

If your outside AC unit isn't running and the inside blower is try this.
Turn on the AC and then with a screwdriver start the blades spinning on the outside unit if it starts spinning like normal it's just the capacitor.
Do a search and I'm sure you can replace it yourself I know I will be able to in the future.

Hired these guys for the third time.  Yet again, the plumber was polite, knew what he was doing and didn't overcharge.  This time I was installing a new hot water tank and snapped an ancient and corroded fitting off.  I wasn't about to destroy more, so I called them. The guy came out pretty quickly.  He was never condescending about getting this poor dumb DIYer out of a mess and even gave me a few pointers on my project.

I called Mullin Plumbing to come to my house and unclog a sink that was clogged in the bathroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem professionally and courteously. They were here at the quoted time and had the sink unclogged in less than 30 minutes. I had several questions for the technician while he was here and he answered all of my questions in a polite and well qualified manner. I have used Mullin Plumbing many times down through the years at my house and rental houses and they always do expert work. I have even used them to do some electrical work for me. If you need a plumbing or electrical company then call Mullin; because in my opinion, they are the best in Tulsa.

I created this on Yelp because apparently the owner doesn't want people to know how awful they are. I will not complain just tell you what they did. I called and asked them to come out and shut gas off to cooktop and unhook it for new cooktop. The guy shows up and turn the gas off under cabinet then cuts the electric cord. Shorts out the oven and he just left it like that. Called asked for some help and no response. Judge ye for thyself. beware.

Scheduled customers are not worth their time if it's not a high paying job Mullin is coming out for. I was scheduled ahead for a diagnostic service. Made sure to have the day off since they didn't give a time except afternoon. I got a call at after 2 that they would like to move my appointment to the next week because the tech was at a big job. Your time is not important to them. Call somewhere else.

They were extremely overpriced and failed to explain why each sprinkler head cost $176. And the problem wasn't fixed. I called them and they said they might charge another service call. Ridiculous

FACT:
30 min to go get parts $64
20 min to fix tub diffuser, replace packing, and replace ball valve $128
Parts plus 50% upcharge (on top of The $64 to pick them up) $87
TOTAL= $279

When I called up there LANCE told me that's how a business works and that he understands that the majority of there customers are In desperate need of repairs so he understands why I was upset. Well my time of need in no way Justifies price gouging on your part. This is not the first time I've used them and never had a problem. I hope this is not their answer to surviving the corona rescission because if it is. They will not.

A little over a year ago I had an issue with a flooded basement at a residential, rental property I own. I called Mullin plumbing to fix the issue which they gladly took my money and did so. Except, I've had more issues with my plumbing ever since then. One issue that rose up within a few months of the major fix that cost me thousands in my basement, I called Mullins to come out and see what the issue is, since it seemed like my basement shouldn't be backing up after having the main line to my house replaced. The manager I spoke to on the phone the next day didn't give any answers, tried to blame my tenants on the problem (they've been living there for years and have never had these issues until i started using Mullin) and then offered their camera services, but stating that it would certainly be more money.
All of those issues were frustrating and even more frustrating when looking at the invoices for the work down and realizing that none of it is itemized and does not clearly state any of the work (One invoice only says Camera that I was charged $2,608 for). Even more frustrating is that I recently spoke to my tenants about that issue and found out that there was an OSHA incident at my rental property when Mullin was supposed to be working on my plumbing. I was told that OSHA stopped the work for a matter of hours, the work did not commence that day and then an uncovered whole was left there for some time.
I'm incredibly frustrated that this was never disclosed to me, the homeowner, whom Mullin Plumbing had already charged for the work prior to it being done according to the dates on the OSHA incident, the invoices and my credit card statement. Now, on top of all of that and the frequency of issues I've had at my rental property I'm wondering if the job was completed at all. There are a lot of questions to be answered and so far Mullin Plumbing has not been forthright in giving answers.

Not sure why this review shows coming from San Francisco...I'm in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
800.00 to replace a toilet!  I was told they charge 128.00 and 64.00 each 30 minutes.  I've had 1 toilet replaced and both removed and reinstalled when I got new floors, so I had some idea about the time involved.  I was expecting 400.00 to may be 500.00.
The plumber arrived a little after 1:00, came in and measured the toilet height and said he had to go to their supply store to get the toilet (they could have asked if I wanted a round 15 inch toilet on the phone).  The clock was running for this.  Going to the supply store and getting stuff out of his truck cost me 128.00.  After reading reviews I realize going to the supply store is standard practice for Mullins Plumbing.
They charged me 240.00 for the toilet.  The same toilet sells for 120.00 at Lowes and Home Depot.  That's a  100% markup.
4 hours and 800.00 later he was done and left at 5:00.

Called Mullin 2 months ago to fix out ac unit. They charge more than $300 for 30 min or less total of work. The part they replaced was $25 on almost every place I looked online and they charged over $200 more than that price. They fixed the problem so I thought. Two months later our ac unit breaks again. We call a different company. They tell us they added a capacitor instead of replacing the dual capacitor so the other half of the capacitor went out.

The worst. I had a leak at my meter so I called these guys to come out. I dug out the can myself thank goodness. Anyway, The guy came out and identified A LEAK in the pipe and repaired it. Water was still pooling in the hole but was told that it was ONLY because the ground was so saturated which make perfect sense. The inspector came out a approx 2 hours later and failed the job because another tiny leak was discovered, like a very, very light mist. It was in a joint connected to the same pipe he was working on however this part of the pipe was covered by mud. Not sure if it was a separate leak all together or he had cause it during the repair. They called and asked what happened and I told them the inspector failed it and told them what the inspector showed me and they needed to come back out because he didn't finish the job. They said they'd have to charge me again to come out. After going back and fourth with the girl on the phone she said she'd have a manager call me back. Eventually she called me back and said that she had spoken to their CFO (I was a little shocked when she said it to be sure) and that there were 2 options. 1. They would come out and fix it at a prorated rate for the labor or 2. They call the city, say what the did was up to code and I finish it myself. Well, I did myself, and it passed, I even replaced some of what they put in as well. What a joke.

The worst. A few years back I hired them to clear a clogged kitchen sink, something that other plumbers had done numerous times. They broke their snake off in the drain, leaving it hanging out of the vent pipe in the roof, making the clogged kitchen drain a whole house problem. Then, they refused to fix it (or do anything else except if I paid them more) blaming it on my pipes, and wanting to run a video camera down the line to show me how my pipes broke their snake. Never forget.

I would literally never be desperate enough in need of plumbing to work with this company.

Their quote was outlandish, open ended, missed at least 2/3's of what he was there to quote and their person that came out to quote was literally the worst chauvinist I've ever run across and I've been in this field for decades.

He also was supposed to have their remodel department that he was spending more time to convince us we needed (so much so that I think that's why he missed so many things he was there to quote... distracted with his sales pitch). The remodel expert was supposed to call us the following Monday but instead all we received was this ridiculous quote.

I'm disappointed in myself for not coming to Yelp first to read their reviews. That will never happen again.

Calling Mullins was a huge mistake. I needed three simple things done.. install a new toilet (which I already bought), fix one laundry room valve on the washer that wouldn't shut off and fix a leaking shower. The plumber came out and proceeded to tell me that the parts that I needed for the shower they didn't make anymore and that it would cost me  $1500-$2000 to fix the problem. The laundry room he looked at and said that it would take him a few hours to fix and that he needed to tear out some of my wall to do it. He didn't even acknowledge the toilet but said he could probably throw that in if I decided to do the other work estimated at 15 hours of work and $2000+. With that being said he didn't do anything.. not even install the new toilet and charged me $150. Thankfully I got a second opinion. It was all fixed within three hours of the Mullin plumber leaving and cost me $200 and took him less than an hour to complete all three jobs with a trip to Home Depot in there too.

I just moved in to a new house and found that several things just weren't draining like they should. So I called Mullin. They did a great job locating a pool leak this summer so I knew they would be able to help. Sure enough, they sent a tech that did a fantastic job clearing the main drain and went the extra mile to clean up the mess from it. I highly recommend Mullin for any leak, clog, drain needs!

A MULLINS EMPLOYEE ALMOST RAN MY 81 YEAR OLD MOTHER OVER AND TRIED TO START A FIGHT WITH ME. I called Mullins Plumbing to let them know what their employee had done and they told me they would have a talk with him and call me in the morning to let me know what the outcome was. I have not heard anything from them, I guess they think it's ok and professional to treat a customer that way. I have seen all the bad reviews on this company and now i know why. My mother has spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company and this is how they thank her. WTF

Was quoted on the phone $128 for first hour and $64 for every 1/2 hour thereafter. Plumber arrived, did a 5 minute inspection, quoted us $1300 for the first 4 hours. Then charged us $128. If they were honest with us over the phone about their rates we would not have had them come out. If they didn't want the job, they should have just said so and not charged us for coming out. Not to mention the guy was arrogant and obnoxious. I knew more about plumbing than he did. Will never call them again.

I asked for a quote to clean out my sewer line. Mullin plumbing gave me a quote of $1,200.00. I knew where the clog was and showed it to the Mullin plumber. He even stated it should take no more than 30 minutes. He would not budge off the $1,200.
When I told him no, he became very rude and offensive. The next plumber did the job and charged me $75.00

Very sorry I didn't read these reviews before selecting this company.
My husband and I paid Mullin to pump our aerobic septic system in preparation of listing our home for sale. 50 days later (only 10 of which we lived in the home), the buyer's inspector reports that our tank is over 40% full and requires pumping!
We called Mullin to come out to inspect and remedy the situation as needed. They emailed a copy of receipt stating we accepted the service they did, but they said they would come out anyway. They never showed. When my husband called to tell them we were getting another plumbing company to do it right, all they said was, fine, have a nice day. This company has no integrity and has no interest in rectifying the poor or dishonest work of their employees.

Their staff in the office are helpful , however, I had them come out and replace the diverted in a bathroom.  It would leak whenever you turned on the shower head.  Having had one fail in the other bathroom I didn't want to face to deal with this at an inconvenient time so I had them come out and do it for me.  A month and a half later, the first time I turned the water on in that bathtub I couldn't turn it off.  Had to go outside and shut the water off to the house.  Not happy at all!

These people are the worst they did a job for the business next door to me I have a flower shop in Midtown Tulsa I was concerned with all of the noise and wanted to know how long it would take they told me that it would take just a few hours which was true they had five guys sitting around outside for just a couple hours then they left for a three-hour lunch came back said they had to come back in the morning never once told me not to use my bathroom by morning the city inspector was there to meet Mullins Plumbing at their request and instead was filling out citations because of course the up open uncapped sewage pipes that they left open we're spewing sewage from the toilets in the connecting businesses!
At this point everyone was calling and calling Mullins no one would answer the phone there was no excuse given on why they weren't there at 9 when they were supposed to be there was no excuse why the supposed few hour job lasted more than 2 days no one ever explained why the plumber no showed by 3 that afternoon I was told on the phone when they answered that no one would be coming out to fix it the big problem was that for over a week no one wanted to fix the plumbing mess that was started by Mullins which for me mint there was no toilet for over a week in my place of business these people are unprofessional undependable and just all-around not nice people.

A friend of mine was quoted 3500 dollars just to replace a hot water tank in her garage.  I see a new tank from lowes  is under 500 dollars.  Home depot says their average install cost is 1750.  What's up with that?

I called Mullin Plumbing to request help for a foul odor periodically coming from our bathroom sinks.  It was an occasional problem and not constant.  That was the only problem because otherwise the faucets, drains and sink stoppers worked fine.
Troy Harbarger came out to check things and did some work underneath the two sinks.  He said the odor MIGHT be from a leak in one of the drain lines.  Said he could investigate it further but it would be an all day job and require tearing out some walls.  Charged me $325.24 for that visit.
Then a day or so later  I lifted the stopper pull to close the drain and the whole rod came out completely. Troy had left it totally disconnected from the valve underneath the sink.  I found the other sink pull was connected but didn't close completely.  Keep in mind that both sinks worked just fine before Mullin Plumbing worked on them.
I called to have them complete what they failed to do on the first visit and was charged an additional $202.88.  After Troy left the second time, the only thing that changed is I am now $528.12 poorer.
They seem to be friendly, but more importantly they are very greedy and charged me for shoddy work and/or work that was never done.  Then when I called to have them correct their mistakes from the first visit they charged me yet again and still didn't solve my problem.
I was swindled out of $528.12, nothing was resolved and I want a refund.  Please don't make the same mistake I made.  If you value your time and money do NOT call Mullin Plumbing.

We are very disappointed and unhappy with the billing for service we received by Mullin Plumbing.  We called Mullin Plumbing because we agree with the political and cultural positions held by ownership.  But we were not intending to volunteer to be taken advantage of.  We see reports on TV of folks being taken advantage of by contractors and service companies, but we didn't expect to experience that.
We had a slow leak in a shower valve.  I assumed the valve would be taken out, two or three rubber O rings replaced with inventory in the truck, then the valve put back.  But the serviceman said the valve needed to be replaced.  Of course, the water to the house was shut off and couldn't be turned back on since the valve was out.  So my wife said Okay.  Later, after the bill was presented and paid, my wife assures me she had no idea she was going to be billed in excess of $500 to fix this minimal leak.  We would never have agreed to pay $500 if we had been told in advance this repair will cost about $500.
I believe any reasonable person, if fully informed with understanding, would not agree to $500 for such a repair.  We would not have agreed to the work if we understood in advance it was about $500.
In addition, while the serviceman worked on the valve, the water supply line to the valve was broken.  It was not broken and not leaking before.  It was fine when he removed the beauty ring.  Nevertheless, we were billed to repair the supply pipe that the serviceman broke.
We asked that 50% of the bill be reimbursed.  We also ask that potential customers be clearly informed ahead, so that they understand it, about what the end bill will be.  Including the idea of paying $97 an hour to get a part.  Our request was denied.  I believe we were taken advantage of, and that the public should be alerted.  From any service company, get in advance a clear estimate of the completed cost.

SCHEDULING PROBLEMS:  I called and scheduled to have a gas line moved in my house.  The morning of the day they were to show, the Tech (Jeremy) called me to see if I could meet earlier than scheduled time set.  Told him I couldn't but I rescheduled for the next day.  Tech told me he has opening at 10am.  No show by 10:30 am, so I call main number.  They then tell me it's anytime between 10 am and 1 pm.  Told them they never told me its a range time.  So then come 1:30 pm I call again and say where are you guys.  I'm then told that they show my appointment to be sometime  later that afternoon.  To which I said YOU ARE FIRED

Don't believe everything you're promised by these folks. I called them to clean out my septic, which they did. Upon completion the tech informed me I had bigger issues and if I hired them to complete the work the cost of cleaning the tank would be applied to the final bill. It wasn't and charged my credit card in full. I have called them several times and am only allowed to speak to the receptionist. Left three messages with no response. Deceitful, unethical company

We've used Mullins numerous times in the past but will not moving forward. We had a major water leak in our garage closet that housed our water tank and AC unit. Both units had to be removed the fix the leak and the team that fixed the leak and took out the water tank was great! It was on a weekend and they were in and out in 2-3 hours. However when we went to have the unit re-installed (in a closet that had just been dry walled and painted the day before) they lady taking appointments said it didn't matter which went in first - the ac or the water tank so the way it worked out the ac people came first. Well that left Mullins with a smaller area to put the water tank back in and the pan underneath. From there it was a downward spiral. The two technicians here trying to put back the water tank back in and for 4 hours they banged it against my newly painted walls. I was then charged the 4 hours of them ruining my wall but then they took off that time after I asked them about it. After them being at my house for nearly 6.5 hours they still didn't have it back in right with the pan under the tank. The next day a supervisor came out and said after 5 minutes it needed a smaller pan so then they were able to make one and they came back out. I just feel the technicians were not qualified to do the job and left making a huge mess. The restoration team at Mullins did come out and fix the wall and repaint it but I felt I was over charged and this could have been a simple reinstall had the water tank gone in first which I was told wrong by their team. I feel like the supervisor is just wanting to get paid and could care less about customer satisfaction.

Had work done to fix a leak by the water meter. Beyond billing me $350 for 'extra' materials, when materials were said to be included in the hourly rate when they started, I had to call the plumber to remind him to schedule the city inspector because he forgot it several times. Once that was done, I called repeatedly to get the plumber back out to cover up the four foot hole in the yard, including leaving messages on his personal cell-phone and contacting the office to have him call me back. After two weeks of waiting, I filled the hole in myself since it was a safety hazard right next to a fairly busy sidewalk. When they mailed me a bill, it said I had been unresponsive and not able to reach me.

9 months later, the $1200 repair they made failed, according to the city inspector that was out looking at it, because the adapters to the pipes had been tightened too hard and cracked. Mullin refuses to fix this, because they feel city inspector should have caught their substandard work when they inspected it so they're not liable.

Stay far away. They don't return calls, they don't stand behind their (shoddy) work and they will tack on extra fees you were not told about after it is done.

I contacted the company because I needed an urgent plumber need. They called me back and said that they will come the next day from 1 to 6 pm. I waited until 5:30 pm and no one called or arrived. I contacted the plumber that they assigned three times, left mesages, sent messages. He didn't respond. At 6:30 pm he called me saying that he called me in the morning and I didn't pick up the phone. I was waiting for his phone call the entire day and I didn't have any missed phone calls from him! I do not recommend them to anyone!
Thank you,

Today we had Steven come by and unclog our kitchen sink. Not only was he very kind and friendly but he also informed us as to what was the likely culprit of our clog and told us how we could prevent future clogs like this. We tried to tip him several times but he refused; instead he just asked that we call them back if we ever have any other plumbing problems. Markwayne has helped build a Fantastic company and employs great and very qualified plumbers! Thank you so much, Steven, for all your help and prevention tips! We won't forget you :)
