We have struggled with our furnace going out when the artic cold fronts come through under 25degrees. It would work ok above 25 but not below 25 degrees, when we desperately needed it. Dense Mechanical was prompt to help us out and did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They are willing to do whatever it takes to protect your family and your house. We highly recommend them. Rod B.

We were remodeling our kitchen in May 2018 and needed some plugs put in. Harris Electric sent Lance out, who found some additional problems/fire hazards from the previous owners, and we agreed to have him fix it for an additional charge. Now we are selling the house and had the house inspected. All the additional work Lance supposedly fixed failed the inspection, is still a fire hazard and is not up to code. When I called Harris Electric and spoke to the owner, he said since Lance no longer works there and they don't know what he did, that it's not their responsibility to fix anything. The response was, I am not working for free to fix something from this guy who no longer works for us and I don't have records for this work. It's in a box somewhere, I don't know, before eventually hanging up on me. So apparently I paid $1300 for nothing and now have to pay to fix it again, Use Harris Electric at your own peril.

The tech that was authorized to troubleshoot our poor performing AC system.
He said it was underpowered and too small for our home. I repeated my request to verify that everything was in good working condition. He assured me it was. What he didn't see was the picture I took of the gauges as they were hooked up to the system.
I did the research: our system read low side: 50 and high side 172 psi. The proper ranges are: low side 68-85 psi and the highside is 225-300 psi. Bottom line. The system simply needed recharging. Instead or performing this, the tech proceeded to tell me the entire system needed to be replaced and the best deal he could get me was $6,000.
Avoid this company like the plague.
