The drain whisperer is probably the best plumber we have ever used!  One day, our drain in our basement wasn't draining and my husband was looking and looking for a plumber and so happened to find a plumber with a coupon.  Well, we called the guy and tried his very best to come out to us as soon as possible.  In fact, he came the same day within an hour of our call.  The best part of this plumber for me is when he first came to our house and before he stepped into our house, he put on shoe covers!  What kind of service person who comes to repair anything at your house would put shoe covers on?  Not many.  I was already in love with this plumbing company.  The drain whisperer is not only respectful of your house, but of course, he does a good job.  Once he cleared our drain, it has not yet gotten backed up!  I am definitely a fan of the drain whisperer and would definitely call him again.  There are a few things that the drain whisperer can't do, like fix our water heater, but he will help you find someone who can!  Great customer service, respectful of your home, and does a great job!  The drain whisperer's number is one we will definitely keep.

We have an old home, and I'm talking 1800s old. As soon as we moved in, we built quite the army of contractors we love and trust. Chris is one of those.

From quick fixes when we can't figure out why something's moving slowly to big, lengthy repairs of our cast iron sewer stack, we've been very pleased with his work. We genuinely feel like he's a good craftsman who cares more about getting you what you need rather than selling something to you that isn't necessary (though he is usually happy to share fun creative ideas if you're asking).

We have recommended Chris to several friends and we'll keep doing so! Thanks for being a trustworthy businessman!

Frank did a great job for us.  We needed a septic tank fix in a hurry and he got right out and got us moving again.

I rarely write reviews, however this has to be done.  The customer service in the US appears to be lacking in every industry, however BLT Plumbing gets it.  Their staff in the office and field are the best.  They all seem to enjoy their work and want to make a difference for their customers.  I can't say enough fantastic things about this group.

Had Gretna Plumbing come and install a warranty replacement water heater.  The service was great and the customer service was top-notch; to the point that the tech gave a heads up that labor will be on the high side.  They came out and did the job in less than one hour.  However, just as they said ...the labor was over the top.  To the point of being 75% of the cost of the actual water heater.  This was a gut punch for one hour of work.  PLEASE make sure you ask for their labor cost prior to any work done.  If this helps someone scared to ask those $$ questions prior to, it would make me swallow this ugly pill a little more.

We called out J&J Plumbing to fix a water flow problem to a steamer in our restaurant.  They left without fixing the problem and stuck us with a $633 bill.  We still have the problem, so if anyone knows a competent plumber let us know, because J&J certainly do not have a clue what they are doing.

Used them twice so far.  Very competitive prices, professional and knowledgeable servicing.  My go to plumbers!

Called Southside Plumbing as a second look at our outside water spigot. The first plumber said we had a split in our pipe. We were able to book Southside quickly to come in. When they came they said we didn't have a split pipe but said we could and implied we should maybe switch out the pipe for our spigot, but that we can just do it ourselves and told my husband to do it. The guy wasn't even here for an hour and charged $130. We tried to do it ourselves and found out that our pipe was split and we couldn't replace it ourselves because of how the original pipe was placed. We called and emailed the company to come back and now they won't respond and keep putting it off saying they're busy. It's been over a week, so now we're going with another company. The only redeeming quality is that they didn't mind our ~50 lb dog roaming around when they came. I do not suggest them.

If I could give Zero stars I would.  Most unprofessional plumbers I've ever met.  Tracked mud into my house but denied it.  Refused to clean up their mess.  Yelled and cussed at me and left the dishwasher unmounted.  Worst plumber!!!

Keven came on a Monday to look at the water heater to figure out the problem. Said he wanted to check out the shower faucets but wouldn't. He didn't have any tools with him. He took the fee I owed him per my home warranty and after that he was very hard to get ahold of. He was supposed to come back on Wednesday, but didn't- I had a hard time getting ahold of him to find out where he was. He said he was unavailable can he come Friday, I said fine. He said he'd be there between 11-12:30 and that he'd give me a call to confirm. I said that works. I didn't hear from him in the morning, so I called and left a voice mail at 9:30 just to make sure he was still coming. No answer. Then again at 11:30 and 1:30. No answer. He finally calls around 2p and says he will be there in 1.5 hr. He showed up just after 4p with no tools to do whatever it was he said he was going to do. He asked me what to tell the warranty company. I said I don't know- he's the plumber, he needs to figure it out. He declared I was wrong and there's obviously nothing wrong with the water heater and left. Whole thing took maybe 10 minutes.  I am still stuck with the same problem.

I strongly suggest anyone else who uses him to request to see his plumbing license and make sure he has the tools to do his job before he comes in the door or you will get scammed like I did.

I strongly advise against the use of this gentleman and his company.
