If you're looking for a certified master plumber I highly recommend Freddy Bienka IV with Fast Freddy's Plumbing. We were in the process of a kitchen remodel but couldn't get kitchen shutoff valves to work. Freddy's came out within 24 hours and put new ones in for me. Great customer service and support. Tidball's has been our go-to for many years. They've fixed slow/clogged drains for our bathroom sinks and for our big basement floor drain.

I became involved with Bryant about 17 years ago with our new home.  I can say without reservation that they have provided exemplary service over the years.  We are now in process of replacing our current system due to its age and will have Bryant do the work again, no hesitations!

Just used spring plumbing (he was the second guy I called, next time he will be the first). Great service-nice guy, would definitely trust him in my house again 402 450 2025. (First time home owner so he was very informative)

They should really have trackers on their cars because they drive insane and like to cut people off on the roads. Almost caused an accident with me! Not very good if you ask me.

This company does not value customer time.

Assigned repair for our home warranty a week in advance. They provided a four hour window. I took off time from work and waited. I finally called 10 minutes from the end of the four hour window. Technician said he would be right over. I waited another hour. Their front office called my wife and I over an hour after that to see if the tech had shown up. Rescheduled through our warranty company, hopefully with a provider that values customers and customer time. I had to take five hours of my vacation time, and finally got a call back from the tech two and a half hours after the service window closed.

Worst customer service and the guy who answers the phone is not professional. I had them out three times to look at my water heater and each time they failed to diagnose the problem. I had an appointment to replace it (after a week of getting the run around) they came out and they didn't fix or replace it.  After speaking with the owner he informed me that they would still be charging me for the service call. They didn't fix, replace, or figure out what was wrong with it but I still had to pay them. I called another company who quickly replaced it the next day!
