Great service! Needed master plumbers for a commercial job. These guys were prompt, and priced competitively. The crew was professional and did a great job on my restaurant. I would highly recommend!

Hello,
My Hot water heater went out last night. Being a home owner for 35 years . I have had to utilize plumbers from all over Metairie , Kenner and North Shore for different jobs. This morning, just to a gamble and called BC Plumbing out of Slidell. The young lady on the phone was so courteous and polite. She within one hour had a service scheduled for my home here in Greenleaves subdivision in Mandeville. Two distinguished looking very professional gentlemen arrived, quoted and did the removal and install. This was a Gas unit, up a stairs, through a bedroom closet and in the tight hot attic. They started exactly at 12:15 and we had hot running water at 1:14.
Also extremely reasonable and below all other quotations !
Kudos to this great team and the BC Plumbing family. Definitely a keeper !
Thank You BC Plumbing !!!!!!!!

Really efficient and reliable ,Honest down to earth kind of people, had our drain opened and flowing in less than a hour. Fair pricing... They don't leave until drain flow is resolved, or they will be upfront about other notable problems. 5 star happy John H

We didn't know if it was a clog in our drain lines under the house or a break. Steve and crew were punctual and efficient. They showed us the results via the camera screen, explained everything well, and were reasonably priced.

Plumbing issues, but they're also licensed electricians
Awesome guys, they came on time, was very professional and courteous. Did not try to up charge or add any unnecessary repairs(I knew what the issue was just don't have the tools or experience to do it myself). Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Local, honest, and just really good people. Everything you want in a small business.

I was checking prices for an inspection/permit on a gas line for my house. I had called over 30 plumbers in town. Blue frog told me it was going to be 700-1200$ for an inspection and permit. I gasped. They were the most expensive by far!! I got it done with national economy plumber for 450$ cheapest I could find. I told someone else and they said these people rip you off. Do your research!!

This small store at the end of a strip mall in Kenner is *the* place to get the part you're looking for. Those odd aerators for the faucet, the right stem for the faucet, replacement handles that actually fit your sink or toilet...it's all here. Bring the part if it is easy enough to handle and with few words they will walk down the aisle behind the front counter and come back with exactly what you need!
On more than one occasion I've come here after several trips to multiple hardware stores.... I no longer go to hardware stores and definitely not the big box home center for any plumbing needs - I just start here and do it right the first time!

Trust these guys. They were much faster than any other plumber and they fixed it. And they also were very helpful and explained the issue.

I highly recommend this plumbing company for all your plumbing needs. They have been great to work with and they really care about their customers.

Tony and his son Anthony arrived within 1/2 hour of calling them. They were so nice and took the time to explore every possibility that might be causing the problem. The first company came out, stuck his head in my cabinet and said I'd have I'd have to tear out my kitchen cabinets and cut into the wall. So I really appreciated the fact that they took the time to look at everything. I will never use another plumber. Moret has a customer for life!

Don't ever use Pete's Plumbing. I only heard about them because they were the company Lowes used for installation of their hot water heaters. Pete's Plumbing will try to charge you for upgrades to your home appliances that you don't even need.
Here is the story:
I had two people inspect my hot water heater before Pete's Plumbing came out to inspect. Both plumbers told me that my hot water heater was already up to code and that i just need to get someone to install a new hot water heater. I didn't use them because they both wanted to charge over $500 just to install the new heater.
However, when Pete's plumbing came to my home for the inspection, they told me that it wasn't up to code and that I needed work done in my roof and on the outside. I told Pete's Plumbing that two people came out before him and told me that my house was already up to code. Yet, this guy still told me I needed to get my connections up to code before they could installed my new hot water heater.
I realized that they were trying to make more money off the job. I called Loews to tell them to refund my installation charges and that they should not use Pete's Plumbing ever again.
If you are looking for a plumber call Lyle (contact me for his number). He came to install my hot water heater right away and only charged $200 to install it.

I called about a faucet leak in the tub and sink. The first team came out and said I need a shower valve. He didn't have the one I needed, it had to be ordered. He turned the hot water off for the weekend. The next team came out, didn't have the valve, didn't know one was ordered, had to leave to get the valve. Came back, said it was going to need modifications not covered by American Home Shield (extra $550). But he would have to come back. He did fix the leak in the sink, but made it so hard to turn on and off my wife couldn't do it. He capped the pipe in the tub so that we could have hot water again. The 3rd person came out, this one was able to change the valve and it did take a lot of work and he had to cut through 3 walls. He also fixed the tight sink fixtures. The next time we used the tub it wouldn't drain. I called and they said they would not have let any of the gunk from cutting through the walls and pipes go down the drain so they are not responsible unless I want to pay for another service call. He asked if I saw him stop it up. All I know is it drained fine before he came and didn't once he left. The manager denies that would happen.

I'm not sure what happened to these folks. I've left them three voice messages and two text messages since Friday afternoon (it's Monday, Noon now) and no response.
I don't understand businesses that don't respond to customers.

If you want shoddy workmanship, or want a vendor that does not care not double check their work before they leave, not even check with the customer and show that everything works (which in this case, multiple areas of their work was not finished or done properly--multiple times), call somebody else. Now they are whining about having had some much to redeaux. Had the work been done correctly when they were first here, had they not had to have been called back multiple times to fix things that should have been done right at the time of the installs, had they just paid attention to details, this review would have been in a different direction.
They spent a good part of the day working in my kitchen and bath. When asked what type of fixtures I wanted I stated a price range on several occasions to be used for everything, what they installed was 3 times that price range--then he states I should have bought my own. They did not listen or wanted to listen and they they blame me. I specifically asked to have the same set up installed in the kitchen--single faucet and a soap dispenser. That was even confirmed with the granite guy who drilled that hole for the dispenser--yet they walked away leaving a hole in the granite because they did not remember to purchase a soap dispenser and then had the audacity to ask if I really needed that. With the install of the kitchen faucet they actually left the base plate off (still sitting next to the faucet install) that goes under the faucet and smiled and asked if I really needed that. The faucet head was not tightened so that it bounced back when moved, the pull down sprayer was not set well--could have simply asked. The bathroom faucets were worked on and put back in such a way that in opposite working directions now, not in the same directions they were originally working. The tub's diverter wall plate was not screwed down at all, exposing the back of the wall. I had to call them back no less than 3 times to get everything in working order.
When they came back the 3rd time I told them I had stopped the check until everything was fixed, that there were too many mistakes. There were a few more points that need to be taken care of that was supposed to be done Monday or Tues. When they called Monday I told them that they would not be back in my house again and that their check had been mailed instead. Now he calls ME a crook and tells me something is definitely wrong with you, and is having a lien placed on me. Who is the crook true here? I felt that was my only recourse to have their work finally fixed. I'd had enough of the either their incompetencies or just plain couldn't care work ethics.
Do you job right the first time on every aspect of the work to be done, double check yourself and your helper's work and no one would be upset, and no one would have a check stopped. Don't call or use Raimer's Plumbing, You have to watch them like a hawk to make sure they actually finish the work, you have to double check every aspect of what they repair. It is simply not worth all the headaches and in competencies.
