This company was so nice and friendly that five stars doesn't seem like enough. It's hard to find a trustworthy company these days. Not only were the husband and wife extremely friendly,  but they were knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend!!

I was surprised how they accommodated me in my hour of desperation, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! Dude was kind, knowledgable and clean. Highly recommend Lies.

Wow I have never had such amazing service from a plumber before. Josh was so prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced.
He answered his phone quickly. He gave a ball park estimate for the cost of the job over the phone (I've not had a plumber do that without hum-hawing). He had time to stop by the SAME day. And because he truly is a master plumber he was able to finish the task in about an hour. The price was more than reasonable, that I wanted to tip him!

I have been so impressed with how everything went and how quickly he worked.

My water heater went out a few weeks back and I was scrambling to find a company that could come out the same day. Wichita plumbing was the only one I found. They were quick and clean and most importantly very affordable. Best water heater install I've ever had done.

Mr. Rooter is GREAT! My sewer backed up at 10:30pm. I called Mr. Rooter (I think I woke them up) and they were at my house by 11pm. Daniel was the poor guy on call, but was nothing short of amazingly professional and empathetic of my plight. He worked till Midnight to get my drain open, even going further into the pipe than he was required to (it ended up being a city issue). Speed, friendliness, and he was even quiet which was appreciated with a sleeping child in the house!

Before he even started Daniel gave me a quote in writing, showed me their rates and the bill matched what he said it would be. NO SURPRISES

I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that is having a plumbing issue. They are a great alternative to the other companies in town who offer the same thing.

One last cool thing, they offer a $99 3 year service plan with yearly inspections. If you live in an area that is older and has lots of trees, this is a no brainer!

We had the main water line coming from the street to our house burst in the night. I was able to get the water shut off and called Butler Plumbing and Restoration early the next morning. They had a full day on the schedule, but understood the impact my family was going through without any water. They said they would do what they could to move some things around and would try to get out that day if possible. We had a crew on site within a few hours led by Maury and his team. They got a brand new line installed in about 5 hours and our water service was back on. The owner Adam even came out to meet with us and make sure everything was going well. Very nice people at this company and the quick work they made of getting our water back on was amazing. I highly recommend this company and the work they do. It seems that customer service can be lacking with a lot of places these days. This company instilled confidence in us that great companies still exist! Thank you again.

We did a bath remodel in master bath, we went thru Lowe's thinking theyhadbeen checked out. This was a total nightmare. The job was supposed to take 2 weeks, that turned into 3 months of empty promises. We would never hire this company to clean my toilets let alone any type of construction this was the worse contractors we have ever had. Lowe's staff and manager were very good. They did erverything they told us they would, They fired this company because of the shoddy work they do. They had several dissatisfied  customer because of Regional.  They brought in Honey Do contractors to clean up the mess that Regional did. Honey Do did such a good job we hired them to do our guest bath. They will start work when the products come in.

After paying Joe in full at his request for installing an irrigation system, we didn't see or hear from him for 3 weeks. When he did finally show, he asked for additional money before the job was finished and we declined, he in turn,did not finish the job, and will not return our calls. We had other estimates at the same amount as Joe's, but we chose him to do the job. He had worked for us before with no problems.  Very disappointing, we had to hire another contractor to finish his work at additional costs. Don't pay him upfront and get his quote in writing!!!
